CH 1: wolf to wolf

I awoke in the snow. There were trees surrounding me. I slowly got up to my feet. Where am I? I asked myself. Which way do I go? I started to walk with a limp in my front left leg, my only white one. Why do I hurt so bad? Did I get into a fight? I walked into the city. Some humans darted to me with things in there hands. I couldn’t see very well, blur. They had put the thing around my black neck. I refused to have it on me. I shook and bit the stick and jolted it to the side braking it in half.
With the round part around my neck and the other half on the ground I jumped on one of them. I bite the side of his leg, then I turned and bit another’s neck killing him in a instant. People ran to safety all around me. Some had babies in their hands and others had their loves’ hand. I had no reason to harm them so I walked away.

After a while I became a ally, and in less pain. “Hey you wait”. I stopped and looked back. A person with a gun in their hands started to shoot me. I dodge every bullet running towards him. I jumped in the air and bit the gun and it split in half. Then I looked up at the man with the frightened face. He started to run but I chased after him. I jumped on him, and grabbed on to his shoulders with my fangs and pulled back. He screamed for his life and shook in terror.

I let go and he fell to the ground. I herd a howl near by, then foot steps ran in my direction. I turned and saw nothing in every view. Then a strip of pain came threw my shoulder. I turned and saw a white wolf with tip back ears and a tip black tail with brown eyes and a small feather bracelet on her left leg ripping my skin. Blood ran to the ground from my body, and I jumped with a yelp of pain, then ducked and bit her leg.
She whined and I lifted my face and knocked it against her jaw biting her tongue. I thought it was pretty funny. She backed up whimpering her mouth around then looked straight at me. In a split second she was running at me. She lowered her head and bit my neck to quickly so I wasn’t able to dodge it. I whimpered but she didn’t care. I ran around her for a second and jumped on her back, biting her side, when she let go. Blood fell to the ground with her following. She didn’t move an inch. I walked up to her and waited for a few and then walked the opposite way. I was heading to the road when I herd her paws move again. I quickly turned around and she jumped, biting the side of my face. I ducked my head into my paws while I whimpered like a baby. I couldn’t believe it I can actually be beaten by a random wolf? No. Not me. Not ever. I higher my face with the blood gripping my side. Then the blur came back. She stood there waiting for me to attempt an attack.
I wasn’t that stupid, I was growling as hard as my heartbeat. She couldn’t wait anymore she jolted right at me for a head-on attack. I dodged it while grabbing on her hip and slicing it with blood dragging her. She laid there on the hard cement. Not a single bone in her body moved an inch. Then suddenly she got up again. I got ready to fight with still blood dripping from the side of my face. She turned around and walked the opposite way.
I don’t know if she was for-fitting or going to another part of the fighting arena. She walked with plots of blood following her. Then she crept around the side of the building. She was gone, I beat her. I turned around and walked the way I came. Then I thought to myself, Maybe I should make a huge wolf pack so I can take down wolves like that in a synch. I know I can and I will.



















CH.2: bob cat

It was now night, I had decided to take shelter in a large log in the woods that was once a tree. Still dried blood handled the side of my face, fresh. It wasn’t a full moon out so I decided to crash out early. Suddenly a strange noise woke me up. I got up, forgetting I was in a log I bumped my head on the top of it. I jumped down with a bump. “Shit,” I said while I got up again dodging the top.
I slowly crept out and looked around. A flash of brown eyes peered straight at me. I wasn’t to afraid but I couldn’t let my guard down. It jumped at me, and whined. Why would it whine? I looked closer at the figure with eyes and the moonlight shined onto its silky white and black fur. It happened to be a pup. Its puppy eyes told me that he wanted a place to sleep over night.
I grabbed its neck and brought it inside the hollow log without thinking. I placed it beside me and I curled up my tail around it for a blanket-like-thing. It had the scent of blood. I knew it wasn’t my blood because my blood had a wolf’s scent on it. This one had a bobcats’ scent. I tried to ignore it over night. Next morning I got up and the puppy was still next to me. The log had a crack in it and the sun when threw it, shining on the wolf’s white and black silky fur. Giving off the detail of the blood left on it.
Blood was everywhere on it. Its neck, legs, muzzle, ear, and tail. It was everywhere! I started to lick it off when the scent of the bobcat drew stronger and stronger by the moment. I suggested it was the baby’s blood until I herd a stick brake. My ears stood straight up. I spun around and began to look and sniff. A tree moved and scratched the side of my face with the dried up blood. That was no tree, that was the bobcat. I snarled and picked up the pup and threw him in the back of the log where he would be safer. I ran towards the cat and I jumped on it with full force. I felt a sharp pain from underneath me. I whined and got up.
The bobcat’s back legs appeared to be broken from to much pressure, while mine bleeding. The bobcat lay there hopeless. I said, “he wont make it anyways”. I grabbed the bobcat, killing it limped my way towards the puppy, with the cat in my mouth. When I reached the hollow log I reached inside and grabbed the puppy in my mouth and, when first ate the bobcat, then I began to walk south again.
















Ch 3: dog catcher accident

The baby’s blood had disappeared but mine is fresh. The side of my face hurt like a bitch. I tried to ignore it but the pain became worse and worse. The next thing I knew I was half way threw to another city and I saw a black shadowy figure and I past out.
When I woke up I was in a cage/car like thing and the puppy was next in the corner whining. I looked at the driver which had a pretty happy face on him. I looked back at the pup and walked towards him. “So, uh what I your name pup?” I asked. he sniffled, “Ookami no ko”. That meant wolf cub in Japanese. “So are you a boy or a girl”, I asked? “Boy duh!”, he said. “Where did you come from?” I asked. No answer.
He lowered his head and said, “I was with my sister when the bobcat separated us. The last thing I did remember was the bobcat running towards me and my sister jumped on him. Then she told me to run and I did. Then last night I met you. I thank you for the shelter, but now what?” “Now what? I tell you what, do you enjoy blood of people you don’t know?”, I asked “Well I guess so,” Ookami no ko responded. “I am a wolf”. “Okay let me wait for the perfect moment,” I crouched down getting ready to attack the person driving.
Ookami no ko didn’t seem to notice what I was aiming for. I ran full speed then I jumped and I tore down the screen/cage. The human yelled and lost control of the car. He almost hit about five other cars when he took control again. He tried to ignore me, but he shook like a saltshaker which gave it all away. I began to growl and like a beast and I snap a few times then I bit his left shoulder. He screamed in pain but I kept a hold with my fangs plunged into his bones.
He began to loose conscience and I let go and reached down for the brakes. I couldn’t reach because of the human. He was as fatter a pig. The coffee spilled on my fur and it began to burn. I jumped and yelped and my head hit the horn and it turned the wheel. The car was heading for the ocean. There was a huge bump and we all went flying. I rushed to the back and grabbed Ookami no ko by the neck and I threw him out of the window.
At least he was safe. Now what about me, I was stuck between the human and the stick-thing. I began to become afraid. I struggled for my life. I can hear people outside of the cage/car screaming for their lives. A human suddenly bashed up against the windshield with blood scattering. We hit one, she’s dead, the driver is dead, next is me.
We hit the water, It rose in the car giving me a less chance to breath. The next few minutes the water rose and the car went deeper into the deep water. Soon enough I wasn’t able to breath. I herd Ookami no ko call out for me with a howl. The water was all in my body now and I couldn’t breath at all.
Suddenly I herd another wolf cry. Then I saw a white block of fur rush down the water. I then past out. I saw a quick flash of a white light. It told me “come. This way your paradise awaits you”. “Paradise?” I asked myself. I remember, mama wanted me to find it no matter what it took. But after what I’ve been through, this was to damn easy! “I want to stay!” I snarled. “You must!” “I don’t want to go!” I growled. “I‘m serious, you have to go.” “must I hurt you?” I asked baring my teeth. “well-no. why do all wolves do this to me?” cried the voice. I saw the light move into a position that looked like he hit his hand against his forehead. “You may go,” he said. “Alright!”























CH 4: never hit a girl even if you are one yourself

The next thing I knew the light was gone and I was surrounded by complete darkness. Then I herd a sound. It sounded like a wolf. Maybe it was Ookami no ko. No. This one was different. It was larger and sounded like a girl. Like the one who rushed into the waters. “Is she going to be okay?”, asked Ookami no ko. “I don’t know Ookami no ko. I’m doing all I can, But ill try my best”, said the voice. I suddenly opened my eyes and when I saw another wolf. I got up, ready to battle.
I started to snarl and spit came flying out. I looked around and noticed we were in a a-banded wear house. There were spider webs everywhere, not to mention rats, too. I looked down and saw a patch of blood that was once mine. I looked back up at the female wolf and she was ready to fight too. Then I looked at Ookami no ko and he was backed up into the corner, behind a shelf. “Who are you?” I asked. “My name is Ookami”, she responded. Wow a Ookami and a Ookami no ko. This must be his sister. “And I’m Shiro, also known as Keiti”, I said. Then I began to attack. I was aiming for the legs to slow down my target. But she quickly dodged it and took out my own leg instead. Now I was slower, giving me the less chance to win. I still hurt from the first wolf and the bobcat. That would give me the chance to loose. But I wont take that.
No, not now, not ever. I got up having a plain, I decided I’m going to use it. I went in for a head on attack. She dodge it to the right. I stopped and moved to the right, getting ready to move to the left, I try again. I went in in for another head-on attack. She moved to the left. Before she was able to I did, too. I ran full speed towards her. This time she couldn’t dodge it.
She was stuck between a shelf and the wall. I ducked my head and bashed her against the concrete wall. Then while I was underneath her I bit the side of her and dragged the skin down-words.
She yelped in pain while I backed away getting ready for another attack. She restored health quickly and shot right me. I didn’t notice it until it was too late. She grabbed the side of my face that was bleeding and tore it down. She let go and I laid there, as still as a twig.
She began sniffing me. I opened my eyes and mouth and chomped the side of her neck. Blood squirted everywhere. She fell to the ground and everything dead stopped. “Neara?” Ookami no ko cried. Neara who is Neara??? “Keiti why you hurt my sister?” cried Ookami no ko. “First tell me who Neara is.” “Neara is her nickname. Mamma and Papa used to always call her that when she was little. Now I cant trust you anymore”.
He crept up underneath Ookami, err Neara and began to whine. Walked over to them and picked up Neara. “c’mon.” I said. I brought Neara outside and threw her into the river so the blood would drift off her, and to make sure there will not be an infection like I have on the side of my face. “Is she going to be okay?” Ookami no ko asked. I took Neara out of the water and dragged her up to land. I laid next to a rock then fell asleep.
Ch 5: leader

My eyes opened slowly and I saw a bird feeding its young. I looked around and I saw Neara and her brother with 5 other wolves. I crawled to them. My body hurt like hell. My bloody side had become swollen so my eye was closed shut. “Who are these people?” I asked Neara. “oh this is Rouka, hoshi, Gekkou, Tsuki, Rakuen, and Yuki.” Okay and you couldn’t tell me this earlier why? Wait. 1-2-3-4-5-6-7-8 and me. 9 wolves right here. Now only if we had one more. “Hey guys can I become one of you”? I asked. “You mean join the pack?” asked Hoshi.
“Okay. In fact to prove yourself trustworthy, in that condition you must beat one of us. If you beat that one you have a choice to fight the leader. Then if you beat her You will become the leader”, cried Rakuen. Oh c’mon now. “Okay”, I said shaking with pain and scarce. I leaped up getting ready to fight. One of them stepped up.
It was Hoshi, meaning star. “Lets get this fight over with”, she said with a giggle. She lowered her head and got into a fighting position. I lowered too, and we both snarled and showed our teeth. I jumped and ran towards her. I jumped but fell on the ground because of the pain. She came over too me and grabbed my bloody face.
I shrieked and knocked my head against her forcing her to get off me. Now that I was free, I hurried up and got up to my legs. I jumped and waited next to the rock. Hoshi got up and ran full force towards me. I quickly dodged it, while she hit her head on the rock. She was knocked unconscious quickly, because the rocks were more of a boulder like. they was bigger and the shadow covered my body. Then the
leader walked up to me.
Her teeth were as long as a Minnie knife. I couldn’t be fooled by that. I lowered my head once more. Tsuki attacked and bit my leg. I whimpered as I could not move that leg now. It was to badly damaged, so I limped my way through.
She attacked again, aiming for my side. I quickly fell to the ground, dodging the attack. Tsuki missed and rolled onto the smooth cement. She quickly got to her feet and attacked again. Man ‘o man she won’t stop. I tried to dodge it but I was to slow. She had grabbed my fur and blood started to gush out of me.
I ignored it though I whimpered in pain. My legs shook thoroughly. It was my turn to attack. I sprang into the air, using my back paws and landed on Tsuki. I quickly sank my teeth into her flesh. She started to whimper but my jaw was too tightened around the neck, It got stuck. Tsuki tried to get me off and I tried to. The longer the more blood. She whined in pain, while I whined in scarce.
I didn’t want to kill her nor brake my jaw. I had to tear off her skin, endangering her for her life. I slowly moved my fangs downwards. It seemed she was getting ready to pass out. I only didn’t want to make her unconscious because it might kill her. Oh and she had gray fur that was so pretty. I didn’t want to kill the old leader anyways.. Now that the blood covered it, well yeah.
I quickly jumped and opened my mouth as wide as mouth would go. Tsuki yelp and fell, she had past right out. Well I beat the leader… now what? Aren’t I supposed to be leader now? “You beat Tsuki!”, cried Ookami no ko. “You are now our new leader”, replied Rakuen.
The wolves started to surround me saying good job and stuff and then Tsuki got up. She came over to me and said, “congratulations. You are the new leader of the pack”. I was so proud of myself beating a wolf leader in my condition. Rouka, which appeared to be Rakuen’s lover, came up to me and everything went pitch black and I past out right there. It took me a while to gain consciousness. But when I did awake, everyone was around me. They seemed to be human-like. They had hands and feet and clothes, and shoos. It took me a while to get up, and then I sniffed them a bit. The blood from the side of my face had disappeared. There was only a few scars on it, the infection was taken out.

I asked them, “why are you human? It’s a disgrace to our kind. You’re a wolf not a lazy human”. I thought it was horrible to do that. In fact I thought it was completely wrong!! “You know what Keiti we have to do this BECAUSE of the humans, not to be like them”, cried Gekkou. They had a point. It could be a way to get through humans without fighting. So I changed into a human. I thought it would be hard but it was pretty fun actually. We made a fire when Yuki came back with marshmallows and sticks. She handed out some. I said no thank you. I lay down and closed my eyes, then I fell asleep.


Ch 6: forgive me

I was out for no longer than an hour or so. I was awoken by the pack getting ready to howl at the full moon. I got up and stretched, then I looked up at the moon. There was something different about it. It was red, awkward but awesome at the same time.
At the time being I caught a scent. A scent of another wolf. It was had blood all over it… and it had my scent on it too. The white wolf with tip black ears and a tip black tail came out from behind the huge rocks. The blood of our fight was still on her, dried. She was in no condition to fight so I didn’t even think of it. She came up to the old leader, Tsuki and said, “Tsuki, I failed you. Please for give me for all I had done. I did not mean to go off alone, the snow storm made me loose sight of you, and loose scent. Please forgive me”. “You should not speak to me,” cried Tsuki with dried blood surrounding her. She turned and looked at me, “You should tell her that. I am no longer the leader”, cried Tsuki. The other wolf looked at me with the most disgusted face ever, it made me wrinkle up my nose and growl a bit. She came up and bowed next to my feet. “Please forgive me”.
I couldn’t seeing what she did to me, but I had to know why. “Why did you attack me that night?” I asked her. “that man you killed. He fed me when I was starving, and I had to avenge his death at the time or I would had never forgave myself”, she responded still bowed. “Look at me,” I told her. She slowly put her chin up enough to see my face. “If you couldn’t forgive yourself if you didn’t do that what makes you think I will forgive you”, everyone in the pack looked straight at me, dropping the leftovers. I felt like I was the one in trouble, not her.
But either way I couldn’t do this. Not to her, not to anyone. I do not want to become a leader that was shellfish and booted everyone in the pack out, or they left because of me and I was left there to die a lonely death.
“There is only the fact that I don’t not know you that well, and I want to know you so I DO forgive you”. the pack started to say things behind my back, I only hope it was good things and not horrible and nasty stuff like how I did bad and crap.
A few minutes past when I decided to go up to the wolf, which was now eating a marshmallow, and I said “so uh, what’s your name kid?” “Kage”, she responded. That meant shadow in Japanese.
Suddenly a strange noise came from behind me. It squeaked, so it had to be a squirrel. I slumped down and pounced on it. Sure enough it was a gray squirrel. I brought it back to the clan when something clamped on my back side. I turned around in pain, dropping the gray squirrel. A black bear, the size of me had his fangs deep inside my skin.
I turned, thinking it would fall off but it didn’t so I had to attack it. My fangs plunged into his neck, he let go in pain. I tumbled over and got back up. blood dripped from the side of me and from the neck of the bear. I jumped into the air, landing on the bear, braking his spine. He was paralyzed so I grabbed his neck and twisted it. A loud CRACK sounded the area, and he automatically died.
Then in a quick second a bank vole thrived past me. I looked in the direction it was going in and followed it. Then a white-tailed deer ran by behind me. I ignored it and followed the bank hole. Suddenly a goshawk slammed it into its beak and flew away. I didn’t know which way the pack was so I decided to follow the bird.
While running you could hear a yellow-bellied sapsucker slurping sap from a tree not far from here. A raccoon past by me and it made me loose track of the bird. I should go back to the pack , which way are they though? I looked down to my paws seeing a spring peeper eating the insects surrounding me.
I looked to my left and saw a river. I jumped in it to get rid of the mosquitoes. I then threw mud all over me. You couldn’t tell I had mud seeing it was dull out and my fur was pitch black except for my right paw which happened to be white.

Ch 7: lost

I looked to my left and then to my right. There was no scent of another wolf, all there was was forest animal’s scent. I had lost my late night snack so I had no food. Then I remembered that it was a full moon and I could howl my way back home.

I took a deep breath and let out a long howl. I said in my long howl, ‘where are you?’ A howl answered, ‘where we were before you left’. I gave it a longer howl, ‘can you tell me how far away I am from you’? Another wolf’s howl answered, ‘I have not a clue’. I began to worry, what if I never found my way back home?

I lost hope of the pack and trotted the way I came. The only thing that made it hard was it was muddy out and my paw prints were beginning to fade. Soon, half way back to where I started, my paw prints were completely faded away. I had to follow my scent, but there was none. The white tailed deer had been through hear, so I must had been at that point. All I had to do was go straight, if I was correct. Sure enough there was a fire, and there they were. I ran to them with a smile on. I was home again, I was so tired I plopped down, fast asleep.




Ch 8: the homeless girl

It was morning and a droplet of water fell on my face and I woke up. Everyone was up arguing about where to go next. Hey, I’m leader, I choose! I got up and said, “We’re heading South, to paradise”.
“Paradise, what that?” asked Hoshi. “it’s a wolf wonderland”, it was the first thing that came to my mind so I said it. I darted towards South, with everyone following. After a while, we ended up in a desert. We had no water but we kept on going.
A sharp pain rushed through my back left leg. “Keiti!” cried Tsuki. I turned around and saw that a dingo was on me. Over the hill, some more were heading towards us, and they looked hungry. The one on me must had of been the leader or it wouldn’t had been in the front of the rest.
I turned and turned and turned, making me and the dingo dizzy. Suddenly he let go, face first. Some little Great Jerboa’s ran by. I hurried up and grabbed at least ten. I carried them over to the dingo’s, which were fighting my pack.
I dropped the Great Jerboa’s and they all ran to them. A fennec fox came by and grabbed one. I looked up, seeing a patch of cactus wren were flying above, catching small insects. Then I looked south, and started to walk again.
A lapped-faced vulture was eating something ahead. I ran over, making them fly away and I checked out what they were eating. It was a few thorny devils and some dead Addax’s too.
Yuki started to eat, so the rest began too. I joined in. After we ate out dinner, we headed south again when a sidewinder tripped Neara. We helped her up. “What is that”, asked Neara? “It’s a sidewinder,” cried Ookami no ko. It quickly got up and ran off. “okay, what was that all about?”, asked Hoshi. Oh and if I already didn’t tell you -

Okay? Okay! Anyways we headed South again. I know I am a loser for saying that over and over, but what the hell… we did didn’t we? So get use to it. The reason why I chose south was because of a scent. A scent of a human, no a flower. A lunar flower! Either way I had to find out why I was drawn to it.
A few days past and we ended up in a desert city, Oartred. A weird place, I mean I never even herd of it before. The streets were filled with crap, such like paper, and trash that included pop cans, filth, beer bottles and the beer once inside of the bottles every where, including cigarettes. I wondered who would like to live in a place like this? I saw some people in rags standing outside next to streets. Their clothes were ripped to shreds and their body hadn’t been washed in weeks, months maybe.
“Stay here.” I told the pack. I ran to one of them. I went up to one that was around 10 years old. She had long brown hair and bluish eyes that brightened her smile.
I went up to her, she didn’t seemed too afraid so I put my head on her lap and sat down. My feet were spread apart, and so were my ears. My eyes were closed, like I was in a deep trance. I felt warmth when she placed her hands against my face. She seemed happy to be this close to me, but at the same time calm.
I opened my eyes and she was smiling, though she had no friends, nor a mother or father, and yet. This girl seemed different from the rest which was why I chose her and only her from the others. She got up, and walked with me back to the others. The others seemed calmed like I did when she walked over. Her dark skin blended with her black hair. She had a few freckles on the sides of her face.

Without a sound we walked off with her. Later that night, we made it out of the desert and found a lake side view, where we made camp. The girl was still silent as ever. I changed into human, which didn’t seem to surprise her. She came up to us and she spoke, with a calm voice, “So what are your names?” “Mines Shiro, the leader, you can also call me Keiti, and this is Ookami, or Neara, Rouka, Hoshi, Kage, Ookami no ko, Gekkou, Tsuki, Rakuen, and Yuki”, I spoke to her while pointing to them while I said their names.
She smiled a huge smile that made me glance a smile back, if that made any sense. I lay there, with my head in her lap. Everyone else was cuddled together that made them look like a huge hairball pile. Still, I felt so calm around this girl. Her eyes flashed with delightfulness, then I went to sleep for he night.























Ch 9: meet the wolves

I was awoken by a sound of another wolf. No one else was up except the girl and I. I looked around and the girl stood up, so I followed. Then she looked North, so I did, too. There stood a beautiful brown wolf with three bracelets on his right paw, sitting near the large rocks. His eyes glazed into mine, my heart drew fast for him. He went up to the girl and me and started to sniff.
I looked at him while he sniffed, but the girl looked straight ahead. The pack was still fast asleep. He came up to us and asked, “What are your names”? “My name is Shiro, or Keiti, and this is… uh,” “Sahiru”, she finished for me. “Oh, well my name is Toboe”.
“Where is your pack, Toboe” I asked? “They are on the other side, they sent me to see if anyone is around”. he changed into human form, so did I, and he smiled. “How many are there?” “Ummm, about 5 or so”. He looked at the fire and curled up next to it.
I followed, so then did Sahiru. He looked at me as though he wanted me to lay next to him, so I did. He scooted closer to me, with his head down, as if he was embarrassed. I got up and laid over him, then fell asleep like that. The next morning, Toboe was gone. I caught his scent, woke up the pack and followed it. I was in lead, on me was Sahiru, behind me was Tsuki, next to her was Kage. Behind them was Rakuen, next to him was Rouka, his ‘girlfriend’. Behind them was Hoshi and Gekkou, then behind them was Yuki, Neara, and Neara was carrying Ookami no ko in her mouth. I saw Toboe with three other wolves. A white one with yellow eyes, another fat brown wolf with a collar that had an Xon it, and a gray one with a scar on his chest. Tsuki and the gray wolf looked kind of alike. When the white wolf saw us, he growled and attacked me. Of course I threw the girl off, He bit my neck with rage. Tsuki went to attack him, but the other gray wolf hit her, making her loose control and she ran into the rocks. Then those two began to fight.
Toboe sat there innocently. Then Rakuen and his girl friend ran in for an attack. The other fat brown wolf bit Rouka, making Rakuen attack him. Rouka hit her head and passed out, making Rakuen go out in full headed rage. Everyone didn’t want to get involved. The white wolf ripped open my neck, forcing me downwards. I fell straight to the ground, with a yelp.
I wouldn’t take that, I jumped on him and sank my fangs into his flesh by his neck. His eyes showed horror in them. Toboe looked around as though he was about to cry. I tried to stop, but the wolf kept on going. He jumped on my back and flinched his fangs into it. I gave a great big “YELP”. blood rushed to the ground.
He got off, so I grabbed a hold of his neck. He whimpered, but tried to get free. When I saw Toboe, I had to make this all stop! I couldn’t let go, not for a frikin’ second, or he would attack and then we would get no where. His blood was dragging across the ground. Then I knew I had to let go. He struggled with all his might. Then I let go. He ran towards the gray wolf and turned around so he faced us. The white wolf asked, “Are you okay”, while he caught his breath. “No prob.” called out the gray wolf catching his breath, too. Tsuki and I cornered them while they caught their breath. We had to look tough or they would kick our ass’s!! they still didn’t back down.
The white one attacked Tsuki this time, and the gray one with the scar on his chest attacked me. The gray one was easy going, pretty slow, too. I ran to the rocks, yes that plan again. He attacked me head on. Of course I dodged it, making him hit his head and pass out. Next was the white one again. He already had defeated Tsuki, so it was my turn again. He came over to me. His fangs were SO big. At least the size of a baby saber tooth tiger’s front teeth. Now I panicked. But for Toboe… I had to do it.
I stood there, showing off my teeth as hard as I could, until my top lip was over my nose now and it hurt. I couldn’t attack though, I had to take what he gave me. He jumped on me and sank his teeth into my neck. Blood fell to the ground as hard as hail. I whimpered, but I took it. He held on for a sec and then let go.
My legs shook, and I saw black but, no not now, please not now. He attacked again, I dodge it to the right. He missed and hit his head on the sharp and pointed rocks. He didn’t pass out, he got up and attacked me again. He went for my neck again. He almost had it, I didn’t move an inch. Suddenly Toboe jumped in the way and took it, he fell to the ground. He had passed out, a blood pool formed around him. The white wolf and I looked at him. “No,” he cried. He looked at me as if it was my fault. But I suddenly fell on top of him. Blood flowed from my insides. My heart beat flew fast. I could feel the blood gushing out of me, then I felt a sharp pain, and I passed out.





























Ch 10: Cheza

I awoke next to a fire. I got up with blood underneath me. I looked around and nobody was there, not even a scent. I couldn’t see at all. Still next to the lake side, I got up and dried up blood covered my fur, and the ground. I looked around, still nothing. I was cold but the fire was warming me up. Suddenly I caught the scent of the girl. I ran towards the scent. Five or so minutes past and I saw a bear. He took a quick look at me and darted at me.

I dodged in pain. The White wolf had done some serous damage. I jumped on him and ripped open his back fur. I jumped off the bear, though I still hurt. I fell in pain onto the ground, my before wounds had opened up and began to bleed again. The bear could smell the blood and he came up to me and stood on two feet. He then brought his paw high in the air.
I began to worry but I was unable to move from the pain. The bear slashed me with his claws and I went flying in the air. I fell to the ground, though still conscience. Blood drew to the ground even harder. There was a huge claw mark on my side.
Lucky, if he would have hit my back I would have been paralyzed, or dead. Still I couldn’t move, and if he were to hit me again I would die. The bear came over to me and started to sniff me. I began to panic even worse. He stood up again, ready for another attack. Suddenly I heard a noise. A noise of something running. Then, a wolf jumped onto the bear and began ripping his neck. I couldn’t see which wolf it was, but I was guessing it had to be one from my pack. While I was thinking, the wolf had others helping him bring down the bear. The bear made a huge crash onto the ground.
Its blood scattered towards my body. They had defeated it. The wolf came over to me and dug its noise into my bloody fur. I slowly opened my eyes and saw which wolf it was. It was the other pack, including Toboe! I tried to get up, though I could only get my two front paws to stand. The wolves surrounded me.
They didn’t attack so Toboe must had explained to them who I was and what happened. “So who are you guys”, I asked? “I’m Kiba”, cried the white wolf, “or the leader. This is Hige, Tsume, and as you already must know, Toboe”. They helped me up and brought me into a ally where everyone else was.
By now, it was sunrise. The moon was gone, and everyone was awake. “So who’s ganna lead?“ cried Tsuki. “What do you mean?” I cried. “Aren’t we ganna combined packs?” Kiba and I looked at each other. “Well, I guess uh we can… vote” I said nervously. “WHO VOTES FOR ME?” I cried. 7 wolves began to howl. “And for me?” asked Kiba. Only 6 votes, “I WIN!!” I cried. I smiled big.
For a few months we began to walking south, to paradise.






*dream*
There was a voice. A sweet, and calm voice. I dead stopped in my tracks, “What the-” I whispered to myself. I looked around, and I saw a pink dot. I ran to it. Though it slowly became smaller and smaller. All of a sudden a tree branch hit my face. I lay there on the ground, getting up. Voices in my head went spinning, it wasn’t my voice though, like little demons speaking for me. ‘Who are you’ ‘why are you hear’ ‘what is your purpose’ ‘do you have any friends’ ‘does anyone trust you, like you a little bit’. These voices were spinning in my head like crazy, then I awoke from the nightmare.
*end of dream*

I was in the middle of a forest. Where am I, I asked myself? I got up with a pain in my side, I then began to sniff. A scent of a flower, a lunar flower. I was attracting me towards it so I decided to go towards its scent. While I got closer and closer, its scent began to become more and more attracting.
I followed it until I came to a dead-end in an ally. I jumped over it in a synch. On the other side was a flower/women dressed in pink with pink eyes. Her smile when she saw me was so delightful to see. I walked up to her, and she leaned towards me. Her head tilted so she was facing my body. She put out her hand and began to swish across my fur. When she was petting me I felt like I was in that paradise I was meant to be in. All the pain in my body was all relaxed so I couldn’t even feel a stubbed toe.
Her smile made me feel like the moon was above me. She began to sing. I felt so good that I just wanted to sleep away. In fact, I did. I fell straight to the ground and went into a deep sleep.


























Ch 11: Story teller

Awaking in the women’s lap I realized she didn’t hate wolves. And in fact, she was in love with wolves. That made me feel like I always had some one there, even if we just met. “This one thinks we should find the others”, she bowed her head and told me. This one? Does she mean herself? “Where do you think they are?” I asked her. “This one believes they will find us”. “Oh, and I didn’t catch your name before, may I ask what it is?” I asked. “This ones name is Cheza, and you might be,” “Oh, me? My name is Keiti, also known as Shiro”, I said.
“Shiro? Does it stand for your right leg? Other wise it means the opposite of your fur color, correct?” I looked up at her with my head between my knees. “Actually your right, it does mean my right paw.” “And why are you also called Keiti may I ask?” it took me a while to answer. “I am also called Keiti because I I had an owner.” Cheza leaned down and listened to what I had to say. “Her name was Junsui Josei or JJ. and she treated me like a dog, even though she knew I was a wolf. Nobody knew our kind existed at all, so she was able to walk me around as long as I was calm and didn’t bark, howl, or growl at all.
She called me Keiti until that one day.” “One day?” she asked. “Yea, the day I will never forget.
Junsui Josei and I went out for groceries and when we came home, there was nothing left. Our house had been torn to shreds, the door was knocked down, the windows were shattered, the walls had claw marks and the wallpaper has nothing left of it, and the floors had ashes and filth on it. All our stuff was taken out. We ended up on the streets, homeless. She called me honey for the past week, until I over herd a two people talking. ‘Did you hear about Queen Onkei destroyed this old lady and her dog’s house so she could find out if that dog was a wolf or not.’ ‘No, I didn’t but of course not, wolves hadn’t existed for thousands and thousands of years!’ ‘Not what they found out’ ‘huh?’ ‘they found some animal hair so they had a DNA test on it, and sure enough it was a wolf.’ ‘na-uh’ ‘yah` huh’. ‘boy what I would have done to get my hands on the last wolf ever,’ ’yea me too.
We could get big bucks for that one if we can just track it down and capture it’ I remember I was so mad, I lost it and attacked them. My owner was so scared, she tried to stop me, but I wouldn’t stop. Then she fell back and broke her hip, and died automatically. I dead stopped there, and, well.” it was silent.
“I KILLED HER!!!” I screamed, and began crying. “I killed her,” I whispered to myself. “And I’ll never forgive myself for it”. Cheza lifted her hand and placed it on my head. “This one thinks you can see her again in paradise, is that what you believe”? I stiffened, “Y-es”. “But first,” I sniffled, “I must get my revenge on Queen, Queen Onkei” “Onkei?” cried Cheza. “This one knows where you can find this women.” My face lifted and looked towards Cheza. “Where?” I whispered loud enough so she could hear me. “This one will show you”. She got up and looked West, “This one believes she is this way” I sat there, while Cheza began to run towards the castle. She stopped and turned around, “Well, C’mon”. I got up and ran with her to the castle.





























Ch 12: Queen Onkei’s castle

We’ve arrived at the castle when some solders went by, I grabbed Cheza and threw her behind me so she wouldn’t have been seen. I know if she would have to been seen, we would be shot down to the last of our hairs or tracked to the end, but if they saw me, they would just chase and shoot. God, I’m clever! He, he.
She jumped on my back, and I slowly carried her into the castle. She wouldn’t make it out here. At least not with all of these solders around. A solder saw us while we entered, “Trespassers!” he cried. I let go of Cheza and bit the man on the neck.
He lay there and bled to death. “There they are!” cried another solder with eight or so more behind him. I grabbed Cheza, and ran up the stairs. Round and round we went, heading to the Queen’s room. It was around 7:00am so she would be more likely sleeping in her room, right? It took forever getting up all those twisting stairs. bang!! I yelped, and blood ran down my side. I fell to the ground, I tried to get up but I couldn’t move. I could hear Cheza sobbing. My eyes were slightly open, I saw a few solders come up and grab Cheza.
My upper lip rose and my eyes opened wide. The solders looked at me and kicked me on the side that didn’t hurt. “What a runt,” cried the one with Cheza. My anger grew worse and worse the further down the stairs he went with her. Suddenly, I got so pissed off I got up with no pain. The blood ran threw my side but I was so mad I couldn’t feel it.
My growl was so fierce the men down below could hear my spit come out. The one with Cheza looked up at me. I jumped down the stairs and grabbed a holed of the mans arm, ripping it away from Cheza. He jolted away and let go of Cheza. She began falling down the hall. I got a bit freaked out, and finished off the man and the others. I jumped down, grabbed Cheza and got back up on the stair way.
She was okay, but next time I have to be more careful. I ran up the stairs again, and the next thing I knew I was in front of the Queen’s room. I still couldn’t feel the pain, but Cheza quickly began petting it. It made me feel like I was never shot in the beginning. I opened the door, there was Queen Onkei in her bed.















Ch13: attack of the wolf

I put Cheza in a corner, and I began walking towards Queen Onkei’s bed. I jumped onto the bed and I faced the Queen. I was on top of her and I began to snarl. Spit flew on her face, which awoke her from her sleep. She began to worry, as the old lady she was. Queen Onkei showed me a thing I thought I would never see in her.
She wasn’t a human, she was a wolf. A grayish wolf with a left blind eye. She shot out of bed and split open my side again. It hurt like hell now. Blood scattered all over her bed. Why would she want to know if there was still wolves if she was one herself? I had no time to think, I had to hurry. I grabbed her back with my fangs and blood reached the top of the walls.
Queen Onkei turned around and grabbed my tail, making me snap and spit at her. She didn’t let go and blood kept on draining. I couldn’t reach her until I got close enough. Then I yanked my tail away and sliced her other eye, making her blind in two. Nothing is what it seems, wolves don’t need to see to kill its prey. She stood there for a second or two then glanced at me .I didn’t move, nor breath.
Still, I knew that she knew where I was.
She hopped and landed right on me. She slanted towards my neck, I struggled but she wouldn’t get off. In a split second, her jaws were over my neck. I could here Cheza crying. I couldn’t move anymore, she was off me but still. A dark shadowy figure slipped threw my head. The next thing I knew the Queen left. She was still in wolf form when she left so it wouldn’t take long until…
“Look, I told you there was a wolf in the castle”. I herd a gunshot, then a yelp. It figures. I lay on the ground, bleeding. Cheza came over to me ad pet my head. The pain vanished but I could still feel my life drip away. My eyes were closed, my breath was faint, but I smelled something. Something familiar. Was it the pack? No, Toboe? “Keiti!, Keiti!”, cried the voice. It was Toboe, but I still couldn’t move to greet him. “Keit-”, the sound of his voice sounded stumbled. “Keiti?” “This one tried,” cried Cheza. I herd more wolves enter the room, they sounded stumbled like Toboe. Then, the rest, was cut off by a deep sleep.

















Ch14: Awoken

Paradise. What does it look like? I’ll tell you, Its beautiful. There was water everywhere, fresh. The buffalo were ready to be hunted. And yet, something was missing. What was missing? There was a pain in my chest but I couldn’t figure out what it was. A man came up to me. “Who are you?” I asked the man. “Me? My name is Jiyuujin. It means free man, or person. And your name might be?…” “My name Is…Kei- Shiro”.
“C’mon Shiro, let me show you around.” He took my hand and brought me over a sided hill. The buffalo were grazing, as well as the deer and other animals. He took me down there, we began to walk around for a while. My stomach growled once or twice, “Are you hungry?” Jiyuujin asked me. “Well yah, kinda”, “Okay, lemme catch you one”. He got up, he ended up to be a brown wolf, nothing else but the exact same color of brown all over. He leaned towards a buffalo, one, two, three! He jumped onto the buffalo, ripping his neck to shreds. The buffalo was small, so it was an easy one.
“Here you go,” Jiyuujin waited for me to go over. When I did, he asked me, “Will you stay here? Will stay here forever, with me?” I let go of the grip of the buffalo. “What?” “Will you stay with me, forever?”
It was a silence. “I-I-I can’t”, I whispered “Wha-?” Jiyuujin cried.
“Why not?” A name came into my head and got stuck there, “Toboe” “Toboe? You mean that freak?” “Freak?” I screamed “Yeah, his ugly mug was as ugly as a close up on a fly”. “What the hell is wrong with you, I love him more than you, you may be pleasing, tough, and enchanting but Toboe is 2x that. You are now only selfish, rude and a coward”. “Coward?” We began to growl at each other. “You’ll pay for that!” he jumped on me and bit my back, I yelped, and bit his thy making him jump off. We circled for a while and I attacked. His left back leg was split open, blood ran threw the Paradise’s grounds. He whimpered while he stood, “So I was right, you were a coward”.
“No I’m not”, Jiyuujin jolted at me, aiming for my side. I quickly dodged it and smacked him on the side with my back paw. He landed on the ground, a-lot of blood was draining from his insides. “You will die,” I cried. I grabbed his neck with my paw and smashed it in hard. I looked at him for a second then I sank my fangs into his flesh. No more Jiyuujin.
I walked over to the buffalo, “I should eat some and save the rest”. I began ripping the buffalo to shreds, eating it one half by another. I picked up the rest of it when I was done, and threw it onto my back. No scent of a lunar flower, nor another wolf. I was alone. All alone. I walked up to the mystic water. It had a reflection of my wolf. The water was all different colors, such like orange, dark green, green, light green, dark blue, blue and light blue.
I had to get away from this place, even if it was my paradise, I want to be with Toboe. I herd a noise. A crackle of some kind. I quickly turned around to see what it was, there stood a brownish black wolf with a blue eye and a gold eye. It seemed to like to kill a lot. “Who are you?” I asked. “Darcia” he quickly responded walking towards me. “Darcia? Wait aren’t you that person from the Book of the Moon that__”.
“How did you know, it’s nice to meet some of my fans. To bad I have to kill you.” “W-what? Kill me? Why? Here take the buffel-” “I don’t want the buffalo, I want you.” he charge at me with rage, the buffalo fell over into the water. He dead stopped and snapped at me so I snapped back. He started to run after me like a prey, he tried to bite my side but I was running to fast. I turned around and threw my fangs into his face.
He somehow got control fast, like he didn’t feel pain. He grabbed my hip and blood scattered onto him. I yelped in great pain, he let go and I turned and bit his side. His blood went everywhere. I let go and ran. He ran after me. He got ahead of me and jumped onto my back and ripped it.
I fell back onto him and squirmed. I looked around, the paradise I was just in, gone. It must had of been the wolf’s blood against the flowers or something. The entire lands were all dead.
While I was distracted, Darcia had bit my neck. Blood was everywhere, from both of our bodies. The only difference was I felt pain, Darcia didn’t. I fell to the ground whimpering. He grabbed my neck with his fangs once more, but he was expecting death. Before he had sunk his fangs in all the way, someone had bit his neck, making him let go. “I will kill you. One day on the way to paradise, I’ll be waiting.” he jumped out of the broken Paradise. “Keiti are you okay?” cried the voice that saved me. I opened my eyes and looked up. There stood Kiba, “Kiba?” “Are you okay?” he stumbled. I put my face onto the ground and closed my eyes. I fell fast asleep.




























Ch15: what happened?

I awoke from my sleep. My pack was around me, along with Kiba. “W-what happened?” I asked them trying to get up”. “Get down!” cried Tsuki. My ears dented and I laid back. “So what did happen? How did I get here?” I asked them all. “We were looking for you after you past out. Some how you just weren’t there in the morning. Kiba was with us when he, and only he smelt your blood. He followed it, but we got separated.
He found you and brought you back to us,” cried Rakuen. “Wow,” I said. I looked left, there was a fire. I looked right, there was my pack. I knew I wasn’t alone anymore. Ookami no ko came up to me. “Are you dead?” he asked me.
“No, Ookami-ko, I’m not dead,” I giggled. He got up onto me and cuddled. I think he thinks I’m his mother, err something. Ookami no ko was fast asleep, and the pack followed. I stayed awake for a look out. After all I am the leader and I should begin doing my responsibility. An hour or so past, still nothing strange. By morning, Kage awoke first. “Good morning,” she told me. “Good morning to you to, Kage,” was my response. “Go ahead and go to sleep. With all of those wounds you’d be needing lots of it”.
“Okay,” I put my head down next to Ookami no ko and waited for a sleep to kick in, but it didn’t. Ookami no ko seemed to be having a nightmare.
I tried to wake him up from it, but he wouldn’t budge. Finally he awoke. “What’s wrong?” I asked. He looked around, “I had a dream. The one you were attacked by, whatever his name is. He-he killed all of us. One by one. Me first.” he seemed scared. He began to shake. “It seemed so real, and I could feel it, too”. I began to get worried about him. “It was only a dream”, cried Kage. “Don’t worry about it.” but I was.
Rakuen awoke, “what happened?” he yawned. “Nothing,” spoke Kiba. “C’mon, lets wake up the others and go find my pack,” he suggested. We began to howl as loud as we could for a wake-up call. When another awoke, they’d began to howl, too. Everyone was up, so we headed to look for Kiba’s pack.


















Ch:16 Run to where you want

Kiba and I were in the lead, though he was a bit ahead. Weeks and weeks past as we looked for his friends. But still no sign of them. Then I could sense Toboe. He was near by. The snow was fierce. It was faded, but he was there. “KIBA!” I shouted. “THIS WAY!” I turned around, pushing myself through the storm.
He looked at me like I was crazy. But he followed me. My pack was having trouble following me. Especially Neara, and Ookami no ko which was in her mouth. “CAN YOU SMELL IT?!” I questioned Kiba. “YEA!” “THEN GO ON WITHOUT ME. I NEED TO CARE FOR MY FRIENDS!” Kiba headed towards the scent. My pack stopped and followed me. “C’MON” I shouted. We headed for a snow cave near by.
“I-Is everyone okay?” I shivered. “Ye-es”, cried Rouka. Rakuen was over her, trying to keep her warm. Hoshi was next to Kage and Gekkou. Tsuki and Yuki were together too. I felt a warm spot on my side. It was Neara and her brother. All of them were panting hard. I was worried for them. The cold weather might kill the weak ones. Such like Ookami no ko and Neara. They were the youngest. “We should get some sleep. And when the storm clears a bit more, we’ll go find Kiba and his friends,” I suggested. “Not a bad idea,” said Rouka. We all laid down, cuddled, set down our heads and fell asleep. Morning came, the storm had cleared by much. Again, Kage was the first one up. “Mornin’” she called out.
“Uhh” I moaned. “Yah ready?” she was in a good mood. “Yeah”. we woke up the others and headed for Kiba. We caught his sent fast. That wasn’t a good thing. That means either he was attacked, or he’s an easy prey to find! I ran in the lead. My pack followed behind. Though Ookami no ko in my mouth. Suddenly something attacked Rouka.
























Ch. 17: the unforgiving

We went to see what attacked her. It was another wolf. Darcia to be in fact. I threw Ookami no ko to Neara, “RUN!”I shouted. When I turned around, Rouka was already dead. I felt like a betrayer. I store at her for a few seconds and then in a split second Darcia was right in front of me. “I told you I’d be back to finish you off.”
My heart beet was running like a cheetah. I quickly turned around, everyone was gone, except Tsuki. She bit at Darcia trying to keep him away from me. He was a Big wolf. Even bigger than me and Kiba put together, probably. I started to attack him, though he was to strong. Minute after minute more and more blood.
It was horrible. I needed a plan. I jumped on his back and bit it as hard as I could. I didn’t let go. Then, Tsuki bit his face. “Fools!” he cried. He swung Tsuki out, and bit my side. Making me let go in great pain. “Remember I don’t feel pain. What makes you think you can defeat me anyways?” he said. He did have a point, but I couldn’t give up. I took a deep breath. Then another. I didn’t feel any better.
And I couldn’t get up. Tsuki was not far from me. “Tsuki?” I asked.
“Yeah?” she said. “Are we ganna make it, by die trying? Or sit here and rot?” “Die trying.” we both quickly got up and shot at Darcia who was about to finish us off. I bit his leg, Tsuki got his eye. “Nah!” he screamed. He flew back, his left eye had an scar on it now. It made him look like he was possessed. It wasn’t really a scar, just pink. Ha, pink eye! But he seemed pretty pist off now. He looked straight at me. Spit was dangling from his jaw.






I began to run, hoping he would leave me alone. Instead he chased after me. He bit at my feet while I ran. I began to trip a bit, he bit my leg and I went flying. When I hit the ground, I bit my tongue. By the time I got up, he was taking off for the pack. “No!” I cried. I started to run after him when I herd a cry. I looked over, It was Rakuen. I went over to him. “Are you okay?” I asked.
“Sh-she was pregnant,” he gulped. “Oooh,” I know that really didn’t help, but what else was I to say? “I’m sorry, I couldn’t save her in time.” I walked away slowly, then something caught my scent, it was the girl. I remembered, the girl, the homeless girl! Oh my god, I forgot about her for all this time. But I had no time for her right now. I was in the position to die, and yet I had to save my entire pack.



























Ch. 18: What is death?

I ran for Darcia’s scent. Though I limped my way threw. My blood lost my body again and again. I felt like I was ganna pass out, but my friends need me. Suddenly I could smell blood, not mine, Rouka’s, Tsuki’s, nor Darcia’s. it was Gekkou’s. He made it to my pack already? No! I began to run faster and faster.
Drool hung out of my mouth, as well as blood. As soon as o caught up to the scent of blood, Gekkou was already dead. My pack and Darcia was no where to be found. “Gekkou, no!” I said. I leaned down and looked at her. “Keiti? Is that you?” came a voice from underneath the dead body. “Yeah,” I said. Ookami no ko came out from underneath Gekkou.
“Oko’ are you okay?” that’s pronounced, ‘ooh-kay-o’. “Yeah, but as you can tell Gekkou isn’t. Neara out me under hear, so my scent mixed with Gekkou’s and I wouldn’t get caught by Darcia. Keiti, when will it stop?” cried Ookami no ko. “When will what end?” I asked him. He got up and leaned over my leg. “All this death crap. Everyone is dying. Can we stop it?” I let out a big sigh, “Oko, death is unstoppable. It’s like your life. It must happen to everyone, and death is the exact same thing but you..” I was caught off by a gunshot.
I got up, and I herd a howl. I grabbed Ookami no ko and ran to the cry, leaving Gekkou’s remainings. As I ran, the blood was still exiting my body. If I run, my wounds will open, which means they wont close, which means I might bleed to death. Either way, I have to help my pack, its MY responsibility. When I arrived at the scene of where the gunshot was fired, there was a black dog and a old man running. The dog looked straight at me. She looked just like me but with blue eyes and pier black. She had a spike collar on and a leash, which held her back from attacking me. I growled back, but I couldn’t to hard, I gots a pup in my mouth, and I hurt like a bitch, even though I am one, but a wolf, not a dog
Remember that. The man aimed a gun at me. I was ganna pull it off at the last minute (dodge it) but when he fired, I was to weak to dodge it. I got hit in the neck, and fell. Then all was black.















Ch 19: Death is like…

Does anyone know what it’s like to be dead? Anyone at all? Well I have a guess. it’s a place like paradise, but its not real. A fake, and that’s always what it will ever be. But lets just find out if I’m right. All was black, I saw nothing. All my pain, all my fear had vanished.
I had nothing to worry about. I saw a light, “It is time” it called out to me. I ran to it, without a thought. When I entered the light, all was grass, all was tree’s and all was fresh water for an everyday life. I looked around, and ran around. There was Rouka and Gekkou. I ran up to them with a slide. “Hey I thought you guys were dead” I shouted surprised. “We are,” Rouka said. “Wha?” “And so are you,” cried Gekkou.
“Wha- what do you mean I’m dead, I’m here, aren’t I?” I puzzled. “Yeah, you’re here in heaven”. I looked down. The grass became clouds, and I saw the world. We went down to where Rouka died.
Rakuen still lay there. “He is almost dead of starvation,” cried Rouka. “So how did you die,” I asked her. “That wolf jumped on me and I snapped my neck, that’s why there was no blood involved.” We flew over to Gekkou, “And you?,” “The wolf fought with me, I told the others to go on but Neara and the young one didn’t. I fought to protect them, but I died.
Neara quickly ran over to me and threw the young one on me and he crawled under me, and she ran,” she explained. “Where am I?” I asked. We traveled over to where I had died. “See that blood stain,” cried Rouka. “Yea,” “That’s your blood stain. That man killed you.” “What about Oko?” I cried. “Who?” asked Gekkou. “Ookami no ko,” I said. “Oh, behind that dumpster over there waiting for you to come back,” she cried. “Where am I?” Suddenly, the Earth became the heaven’s paradise, again. I felt sharp pain. Blood thrived through heaven’s hearth. I screamed in pain. A slash of blood covered the grassy plains. Some here, a slash there. And another and another, while I cried in pain. “Are you okay?” cried Rouka, in total shock.
My body began to fade. Little by little I saw another light. I couldn’t go the other way so I went threw it. On the other side I found myself in someone’s care. I felt a cold breeze coming threw the fire. Wounds and blood covered my body from head to toe. I was alive again.













Ch 19: Maria

Oko, and the others. I have to find them before it was too late. I tired to get up. “Stay!” cried the girl. I was surprised. I was in wolf form this entire time, and she cared for me!?! I didn’t back down, “Who the hell are you?” I asked. “Maria”, she answered. I got up anyways. “I said sit your ass down!” she yelled at me. “Fuck you!”
I started to walk with a shake. Maria came over to me and blocked my view out. Her fur, It was as gothic. Just like mine, but pier black like that dog, but she wasn’t a dog, she was a wolf. “I said stay” she said aggressively.
“I don’t care! I am the leader of a pack, and they need me. If I don’t act quick they’ll all die!” she looked at me and moved over. As I walked past her she leaned towards me. “Okay, you’ll have your way. But I’m comin’ with you weather if you like it or not.” with that she ran to my side and helped my stay up. We ran for a while, then we came across where I had once died. I looked over into the trash cans. One by one I looked for Oko.
The second to last trashcan a man stepped on my tail. I howled in pain. “Move it runt!” he cried out. He looked at me again, “huh?” I was bleeding, even though my wounds were covered with bandages. My top lip rose to my snout. My teeth had grown larger from all my fights. They were as long as a round CD . The man had the most horrid face on. My blood dripped from my bandages. “LEAVE!” I screamed. “Yo- you talk?” he stuttered. “And more, but its better if you don’t find out. Leave now or you will!” He slowly began to move, and then jolted off. There was a small howl. “Ookami?” I ran to where I herd it. Sure enough, there was Oko. “Keiti!” he shouted with glee, and jumped on me. I fell back. He began to lick me all over, especially the wounds. “Oko I missed you so much,” I cried. Suddenly, Ookami no ko looked up. “N-Neara!” he shouted and jumped off me and ran to her side. I got up. The pack was behind her. “Are you guys okay?” I asked, hoping they say yes. One stood up. It was Yuki. Her white fur had been covered in blood. Her bow on her neck had been ripped to shreds. “We needed you, where were you?” she lowered her head. “I’m so sorry. I tried my best to get here. But- I-I-I-I-” I stuttered. They wouldn’t believe me if I told them I was looking for them and I died, and I’m right in front of them. But I told them anyways, “I died looking for you. You don’t know what I went through to find you.” “Oh yeah, if you your dead than I would be seeing your corpse right now! I thought you were a leader. But I see you are only a liar.” cried out Hoshi. “You big Runt!” she jumped on me. “Where the hell were you, really? Out picking berries for yourself.” I rolled her over and was on the top. My wounds felt like I was in a world of hell. “For your information, stalker, I was looking for you,” I cried back. “Then what the hell was keeping you?” she cried, “I TOLD YOU I DIED!!!! I saw Rouka, and Gekkou. They said ‘hi’. Death is no laughing matter, when you get shot in the neck while trying to save Oko, err young one YOU FEEL LIKE HELL” I shouted. “You don’t have a clue what I went threw so shut hell up!” I growled. Her face seemed displeasing. “If you are telling the truth then what was heaven like?” she asked lifting her one eye. “It was a Paradise. Made only for you. The only problem was it wasn’t real. The reason I am still here is because of Maria.” I pointed to the black wolf. “That bitch?” cried Rakuen, “That pretty one?”. “Excuse me, uh what ever your name is, I am NOT a girl dog, in fact I am a pier bread wolf.” cried Maria. “Pfft, yeah right.” she turned around and tackled him. As he lay on the ground, and she lay over top she said, “What me to prove it?”























Ch 20: fight across the moon

Right there, I got off of Hoshi and prepared for a bloody battle between genders. Maria attacked, the chomped her teeth and bit Rakuen. He flinched and bit her. Some blood was dangling from their sides. Hours past. Everyone in the city had been scared away and locked in their homes. More and more blood while time past. “Still think that I’m a bitch now!?!” cried Maria. “Well you are a little lopsided,” said Rakuen. “Bastard, I’ll show you!” Maria jumped onto his back. She began ripping it to shreds. Rakuen bit her side at the last second. A pool of blood had formed around the two. They both let go and jumped off. They began to attack again. Then it hit me. If I let this go on, they’ll both die. Either from each other, or they would be to wounded to fight, or get away from Darcia. I jumped in between the two and they both grabbed my skin and sank their fangs in.
The wounds under the bandages were bleeding again. New wounds were formed. I fell to the ground. “Keiti!” one called out to me. I couldn’t see. I felt a wet nose roll around into my black fur. I opened my eyes and got up, slowly. “I’m sorry, are you okay?” asked Rakuen, I didn’t respond, and I began walking. “Where are you going?” asked Maria. I turned around, “Maria, you are now part of the pack. Everyone follow me.”




Ch 21: Goodbye

While we ran to find Kiba, and make sure he was okay I noticed the entire pack was starving to death. I looked around while we ran. In these dried up and grounded deserts, we’ll never find anything. Hours past and still nothing. Then I glanced and saw a cantaloupe. In a blink of an eye I was ripping it to shreds. My pack helped bring it down. It was an easy kill, seeing it was already dieing of starvation. After the clan ate, we headed back to the search. Day by day past. Less and less food, and water. Then I saw a white dot land on my nose. A SNOWFLAKE!!!! We began to catch the snowflakes with our tongue’s. While I was looking up, something ran into me and bashed me towards the ground. When I got up, it was Toboe!!! I jumped on him.
Kiba and the others were hear, too. I began to lick him, then I thought of something. Something I would have to tell only Toboe about. “Toboe, follow me,” I said. I brought him to an opened area with grass everywhere, but still no animals. It was a full moon that was piercing down on us.
“W-what’s wrong?” Toboe hesitated. “Toboe, I have to tell you something, some good news, and bad,” my head lowered to a sad mode, so Toboe did the same “What is it?” “Toboe, I love you!” his eyes went into total shock. “Well, to tell yah the truth, I love you, too Keiti.” our eyes glanced into each other’s hearts. We gave it a smooch on the nose. “bad news?” he cried. “I cant, I cant do this. We cant be together. My pack and yours are going separate ways, it wont work,” My head leaned onto his chest, giving him a wolf hug. “Please don’t go. I need you, stay with me,” he struggled. “I cant, Toboe. I’m the leader, remember? that’s why it wont work out as well as I thought it would. I’m sorry.” I got up from underneath him with tears in my eyes. “Wait!” he cried. I stopped and looked around. “come back real quick,” he cried. I walked over and he gave me a red bandanna with black spots on it.
“I love you, Keiti, and don’t forget it!” “I love you too Toboe. Bye!” I’ll tell you something about goodbyes. There is not such thing. Its like trying to say ‘goodbye’ to your heart. You will always see that person again, so really, goodbye doesn’t mean a thing. ‘See yah’ is more like it. Anyways, I went to get the pack and move on. I saw Tsume hitting on Tsuki. She went under his neck and back out. She turned around, slut wise. Her tail flung against his chin, teasing him. “hey babe, look. I’m just not your type,” she giggled as she walked away. Tsume looked devastated. Tsuki laughed and when she past by me she silently said, “You know, he ain’t so bad.” ready to leave, I glanced back at Toboe, “I love you,” I cried. “I love you, too,” he said. I looked behind them, and there was Cheza. Her face seemed sad. “I’ll meet you again, in paradise,” I whispered. I began to walk, so my clan followed.





Ch. 22: gays in the outfield

On my way to find paradise once more, we got lost. “Umm. Where are we?” asked Neara. “Not to far from here there is a city, I can smell their disgusting food,” I cried. “Maybe we can go there and ask where we are and we can handle it from there.” it took us a day or two to get into the city, from the snow fall. We had to walk threw an ally as a human to get through, though, It smelt like beer and cigarettes. Even old garbage. While we ran through it, holding our breaths, two guys were standing by a trashcan and a door.
One was dressed in a black tight shirt, and tight black pants, with a white-beaded necklace and black sun glasses. As the other one wore a tight pink shirt that said ‘rock on’ and tight, camouflaged, pants. “You guyth going Thomewhere?” cried the one in black. “Umm, we were wondering where exactly we were, I was hoping maybe someone in this town could help us,” I told them. “Thure but it’ll cotht yah becauth eight of you are girlth,” he said. “umm how much??” “Leth thee, there’th eight of you though theven dollarth, one dollar off becauth that chick over there ith quite cute,” he cried, pointing to Tsuki. The one in a tight pink shirt hit him. “Dude, no, never gain!” “I’m tho thory Bob, I won’t do ith again, I promith,” he cried. “Dude I think they’re gay!” I told Rakuen. “So watch your back.” “Tho, pay up and we’th thell.” we paid up. We have found some money on the ground before we got in the ally. “So, aren’t you ganna tell us?” asked Tsuki. “Well, I gueth tho. You arth in Jothy Thown. North ith the greath lakth oth Jothy, Orth Jothy Lakth. Westht ith the othpitalth, eatht is the dogth’ poundth, and thouth is mountain Jothey,” he said. “Do you mean I am in Jolly town, north is Jolly Lake, east is the dog pound, west is the hospital, and south is Mountain Jolly?” I questioned. “Thaths’ what I thaid!”
I rolled my eyes, “What ever!” “What he say?” asked Rakuen, silently. “So how old are yah?” the other gay said. “Well, I am 15, same with Tsuki, Rakuen is 19, Hoshi is 14, Oko is 4, Neara is 7, Kage is 13, as well as Yuki,” I told the two. “Why you ask?” “Wow you bitches young!” he shouted with surprise. “Umm, we’ll be leaving now, hope you don’t mind.” I turned south and began walking to the Mountains. At that moment I saw the girl we once met with the freckles walk by with a mom and dad. I stopped. “Wait, your leaving us?” cried one gay. “Well, yeah, and thank you for the gift,” cried Tsuki.
“What gifth?” “The gift of telling us where we were, thank you” Tsuki smacked a kiss on the attractive man’s cheek. Suddenly the cute moment was gone when both men fell on the ground, dead. I didn’t dare to look up, but I did. There stood Darcia. “It’s been a while, hasn’t it Keiti?” his wolf eye glared into mine, and I felt like I was about to die.
His sloppy smile with drool reminded me how much my wounds hurt. By three seconds, they were bleeding again. My eyes changed into a wolf’s and I began and spitting. I couldn’t look away from his eye, it was as though as it was trying to convince me he was a one of us.


“Photosynthesis takes over the life of a flower, blood takes over the wolf. Whenever one is taken away, both of them die. But when a flower’s blood becomes the wolf’s blood. And the wolf helps the flower stay alive without both photosynthesis and blood, and succeeds on the top of the mountains where it shall take place, then Paradise will be opened,” he said.
“What the- What the hell are you talking about?” I yelled nervously. “Paradise.” my eyes squinted, “Paradise? that’s what you are talking about?” I asked. “Say it again you frikin’ loser!” cried Tsuki. “Uhh, I can’t seem to remember!” cried Darcia. “Tell us now!” Tsuki got up, quickly and grabbed Darcia’s neck and I watched the blood fall.
















CH 23: Tragic deaths come at tragic times

Darcia leaned over and jammed Tsuki into the brick wall. She fell onto the ground, unconscious. He looked down at her, this was my chance. I jumped at him and landed on his back. I herd a big a CRACK and a yelp. I got off him to see what happened. He stood still, like he was dead.
One problem. I could smell his flesh, he was still alive. I waited for him to move. Though he didn’t. in a quick flash his eyes opened and he jumped at me. I squirmed backwards, and fell on my back. I watched his fangs get closer and closer to me. I closed my eyes and waited for it to end.
I herd some garbage cans roll over, I opened my eyes to find Yuki on top of him. Rakuen helped me up. When I looked into Yuki’s eyes when she was fighting Darcia, I saw complete rage. Spit was flying onto Darcia’s face. She was ripping at the front of his neck. I was shocked seeing Yuki do this.
Before, I saw her as a quite and pretty white wolf with a huge pink bow on. She let go of Darcia’s neck and got off of him. Darcia bolted off south. Yuki ran after him, so we had to follow. Tsuki was being carried by Rakuen. We ran and ran until we found ourselves next to Jolly Mountains. I looked up and saw Yuki chasing after Darcia way far upward. I started to jump up so I could catch up easier. I jumped and jumped and jumped until I began to get tired. I dropped onto the ground and I herd something. I looked over the mountains but saw nothing. I herd a big yelp, I looked up and my pack was running towards it. So I followed them, wasn’t long before I was in the lead again. As tired as I was, I nearly made it to the top in no time at all. As soon as I got up on the top ledge, I saw Yuki’s fangs into Darcia’s body.
His blood threw to the ground.


Darcia turned around, in total rage and grabbed down on Yuki’s fur and began to drag her.







Blood rushed to the ground. He yanked left to right, and than Kage couldn’t take it anymore. Out of no where she jumped up and landed full force onto Darcia’s unharmed body. Darcia let go forcefully of Yuki’s helpless body. I got up and ran towards Yuki to see if she was okay. She wasn’t. she was dead. Blood was sunken into her pier white fur. Like I say, tragic deaths come at tragic times. I herd to cries and I quickly turned around. My eyes became covered in total fear. Both Kage and Hoshi were dead. Kage had blood all over her side and her head was jammed in. Hoshi had blood dragging from her mouth, as well as her neck. Her tail had been broken in half. Or in other words, cut off by a pair of fangs.



I didn’t know how it happened but I was for certain it was Darcia. I charged at him, full force, but I was blocked off by Neara. “So the runt wants to die first?” cried Darcia. He opened his mouth and jumped onto Ookami. His fangs sunk into Neara’s lower neck. She fell onto the ground. I sat there watching to see if she was still alive.
Took a while until suddenly I saw her mouth flinch and she was clamped onto Darcia. Her eyes had no black in them. They were pure as light. Darcia threw himself on the ground with Neara on the bottom to softer the fall. he did it again, but this time jumping of the ledge. Neara didn’t let go. I could see her teeth digging onto the other side of his skin. While still in the fall, Darcia made sure Neara was facing the ground. Then when it hit, she let go and blood threw out of her mouth.
I jumped down but the rest of the pack stayed on top. While coming down I had to make an attack on Darcia. While he was cut off guard, I landed on his back and I closed my jaws on his neck, the opposite side of Neara’s wounds. He tried to get me off but I was hooked. I looked over at Neara. She didn’t move. Not even a breath. She was dead, as well. I looked at Darcia his rage was building. He looked like he was getting ready for the kill.















Ch 24 : Let it Rain

I still didn’t let go. Darcia went underneath my clamped jaw and knocked it, making me tighten up on his skin but letting go. I fell to the ground. He leaned over me so I couldn’t get up. He tried to bite me but I grabbed his muzzle with my fangs. He struggled and threw me off. I landed on some rocks. I shook of the pain and looked up. He was charging right at me. His mouth opened widely and Rakuen pushed him egress-fully. I didn’t see what happened, but Rakuen’s eyes pierced open and fire flew onto him. He fell to the ground, burned to death.
I looked at Darcia who was now in human form. He threw a match box aside, of the edge of the mountains. He took another look at me, and then he looked up at the pack and jumped it.
The higher he got to the pack the more pissed off I got. His jaws opened and prepared for an attack on Tsuki and Oko. I got up, but I couldn’t make it. I tried but I new ‘it’ was coming so I closed my eyes. I herd a shattering scream. I opened my eyes once more to the darken day it was. Maria slashed Darcia’s face open.
He fell off the ledge back to where I was. His golden eye opened and he knocked Maria off the mountain. I screamed, but no one herd me. I looked down to where her body fell. Nothing but fog I saw, seeing we were up so high. My eyes became watery. While looking down, Darcia jumped on my back, making us fall. I fell in the same path Maria did, a frightening one. But suddenly I saw a ledge I might be able to, only if this creep gets off me will I. Suddenly I felt a droplet. And then another. It was beginning to rain. It was so foggy out, I couldn’t see the ledge anymore. I had to make an guess. I kicked Darcia off my back and leaned towards the mountains. “There,” I told myself. Seconds past and I felt a hard landing. Blood flew from my mouth but I was okay. I got up and shook some of the wetness off, then looked into the foggy, and deadly night. A pair of fangs came out of nowhere and gripped my neck. I yelped with more blood coming out of my voice. He made me loose my balance again. Gravity took over. I fell again.
I knew he was going to take advantage and make me hit the ground just like with Neara. I turned so I was on top. “Won’t get me this time bastard!” I screamed. He looked at me again. The fear shivered down my back once more. Minutes past, I was still on top. The rain had cleared a bit. I was no able to see the ground, but there was also another ledge close by.
I knew he had to be making plans for the last minute, so I jumped off him and landed on the edge on all four. I looked back at Darcia’s hopeless fall. he was nowhere to be found. Not on the ground, not falling through the air. No where. I looked up, “Here let me help you,” cried a voice. “Wh-who are you?” I asked. “First get up here!” it cried. I took the unknown hand and it pulled me up to a safe distance. I couldn’t see who it was because of the shadow on the cliff. “You aren’t hurt, are you?” cried a sweet voice. “Nah, these wounds I don’t give a crap about. Only the inside wounds hurt right now. “Okay,” said the voice very happy, as they said that they came out of the shadow. What I saw was something amazing. A female silver wolf that glows in the moonlight. Her silver eyes were different from a normal wolf’s eye. It was happy and pure. “Who are you?” I asked the women. “My name is Oberon, and you are,” “Keiti. So tell me Oberon, why are you up hear, in the mountains, alone?” I asked her.
“Well, me and my pack were searching for paradise. But on the way they were beginning to starve to death, three had died by being eaten by our pack. Of course, I didn’t chow down. Still the others died of starvation, some how I lasted longer than them. Then at the top of the mountain I waited for it to open, but it never did. I had to live off of that dead tree over there, which was once filled with green leaves and was so pure. Now it is dead and I will soon die off as well,” she lowered her head and her ears went back. She turned around. “C’mon lets go,” she said. “Go where?” “To paradise,” she said. My ears perked up.

Wait what she say? “Say it again!” I demanded. She looked ay me, “Photosynthesis takes over the life of a flower, blood takes over the wolf. Whenever one is taken away, both of them die. And the wolf helps the flower stay alive without both photosynthesis and blood, and succeeds on the top of the mountains where it shall take place, then Paradise will be opened.” her unpainted eyes looked at me. “So are yah coming?” she shouted further up.
I smiled and walked up the mountain with her. We didn’t get far when I noticed a familiar scent, Tsuki! It was still drizzling out, so I couldn’t be certain. She must have had Oko around or I wouldn’t sense another wolf. “Oberon, follow me,” I lead her towards Tsuki’s scent. I took a step onto a rock and when I looked up I saw two gray eyes. They began to howl.



















Ch 25: tragic mistake

Noticing it was Tsuki and Ookami no ko, I ran to them in full speed. I jumped on Tsuki and she fell back. “Are you okay?” she murmured. “Yes!” I cried with my blood dripping onto her. “Where did Darcia go?” she asked. I got off, “I don’t know really. It was like as if he vanished in thin air.” her face became covered in fear. Both Oberon and I didn’t dare to take a glance behind us. But I did. There stood a wolf with dark brown, light black fur. His teeth were pressing up against my skin. It was Darcia. My eyes grew wide as he store at me. Someone had to make a move, but they didn’t. He clamed onto my neck and began to rip. I got all the way off of Tsuki and hit his jaw with my back foot so he would let go. I needed to make sure he was away from my friends, so I went a bit lower down the mountain. Darcia followed me. I ran until I tripped over a rock, I tumbled and when I caught track, I stood and waited for Darcia to catch up. I couldn’t see him, the rain had left the fog behind.
That might be a bad thing. Minutes past and he didn’t come down, he might have chased after Tsuki and the other one instead, that would be horrible!! I looked down real quick, I wasn’t that far down from the ground. I would make it if I were to jump, but a human sure wouldn’t.
I felt something hard jump on my back. I fell down the rest of the mountain that was left, but I was okay. I felt a sharp pain rush threw my veins, while I tried to get up. I looked and there stood Darcia with his fangs plunged into my body. I had to get him off me, so I bit his neck while I lay on the ground. He still didn’t let go, in fact he switched and sank his fangs into my back, instead. I tried to get him off, but nothing seemed to work. Blood threw to the ground. I was already wounded from before. I closed my eyes and wished for the pain to just go away. Some of it did. In fact, with my eyes still closed I didn’t feel him ripping me anymore.

I opened my eyes and found Tsuki and Oberon fighting Darcia. Oberon was on top of his back, sinking her fangs into his neck, as Tsuki was ripping out his face. As Darcia struggled I it got harder and harder for me to get up. As soon as I was on my legs again, Darcia was free from their wrath. He bit Oberon and dashed over to me. While she fell to the ground, I dodged Darcia’s attack and rushed over to her side. “Are you okay?” I said quickly. She opened her eyes and her mouth, while her ears perked up. at that second everything faded. The last I remember was feeling something grip my side and saw my blood fall. Then I fell onto Oberon. My bandanna Toboe gave me fell off. Then I went into a flashback.













Ch26: flashback

Flashback:

I woke up with the gloomy day piercing threw my eyes. Mama was there. Only three months old I asked, “Mama will we ever reach whatever we are looking for?” she responded, “I don’t know baby. I hope we do. Until then we are stuck like this.” I looked around and thought about those words. Everyone was covered with filth and we haven’t eaten in months. Most of us had scars on us, some infected. Mama licked the top of my head and grabbed my neck. The pack began to move out, so mama was carrying me. Mama is the last thing I have of my family now. Daddy was the old leader of this pack, he tried to protect us but he died doing so. My brother and sister died also, one of a sickness and the other one died at birth. Their names were Musuko, and Musume. I’m not really a lucky pup am I? It doesn’t matter, because I am lucky. I have my mama here and she’s the best thing that could ever happen to me. After mama stopped carrying me, we were in a old forest. Practically a dead forest, there were no leaves, nothing growing on the ground, just dirt and every which way was trees! Mama and the pack looked around suspiciously. I didn’t understand what’s going on. Suddenly I herd a stick brake behind mama and I. I began to worry, then mama grabbed me and ran into a cave with the rest. We hid for a while and then something clutched onto my black fur, I quickly turned around and mama bit the thing off. I wasn’t fast enough to see what it was. Then, my eyes opened, and I saw huge bug like creatures. Like giant potato bugs. Mama and the pack began to fight them, but seeing I was the only puppy left out of the pack besides Jennuea, a year old pup, she grabbed me and brought me up onto a ledge. There I sat watching mamma and the pack fight. It was then when I realized I had to toughen up a bit. Even Jennuea had courage, mamma with love and courage, Senshi, the leader, with the heart of a warrior, Sougen, Jennuea’s mother, with the heart of freedom, and her dad, Hogo with courage as well. I know it’s not a big pack, but they all died on us. Some of starvation, and like daddy, fighting. I watched them fight for minutes. Then when Sougen went down, Jennuea got up and lost rage. She went to her mothers side, and while I watched, she cried “Mother! Are you okay?” Sougen didn’t move. My eyes began to water when she said, “Mother please don’t leave me!” Mama ran to her mother’s side and tried to picked her up. But when doing so, she was helpless and was attacked. Mama was soaring threw the sky when I had noticed she had died. My eyes opened on fear thinking, ‘what am I going to do now?’ when mama’s body fell on the ground along with Sougen’s I cried a painful and hurtful cry that made the bugs vanish. I jumped off the ledge and ran to her side as quick as I could. “Mama!” I screamed. “Mama don’t go! You’re the only thing I have left!!” I began to cry. “Mamma!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!” it echoed.



Ch27: the Cholo and Ice effect

I was quickly awakened from a sound of a howl. When I opened my eyes, there were two wolves around me. One pier gold, quite strange for a wolf, and the other was white but with a black back and a silver right ear and cheek. Under her left eye was formed a scar and on her back a scratch. “Wow your covered in blood, what the hell happened to you?” asked the gold wolf. I got onto my front feet, “None of your business.” she grabbed my hand as I tried to walk away. “You know something is wrong. Tell me,” the gold wolf let go and walked up to a rock and sat beside it. I sat right where I stood, as well as the white and black wolf. “I remembered that my mama wanted me to find paradise, but I can’t now. Paradise is lost,” I said holding my badly wounded arm with my eyes closed and my head back against the mountain‘s rocks. I herd a noise that made me open my eyes.
“Ahh!” I screamed when the gold wolf appeared before my eyes. “If you think paradise is lost, then you have no pride for a wolf! Same with sitting there and whining like a baby. If you had any since in yourself, you would know that being a wolf means never giving up on your dreams. But like you, you’ve become a measly human,” she snarled. “Look!” I said getting up to meet her eyes. “I am NEVER going to abandon my dreams, and if I do I may as well be dead. Your right, I may be giving up on some dreams, but that is because I gave them up for a more reasonable dream that everyone wants. Say if I wanted to be a human, I would damn more like it if I would go to paradise as a wolf, because a wolf is who I am.” my eyes looked straight into hers, “And do you have a problem with that?” I asked. “Nope.
Not one bit, Ice c’mon lets show this girl to some food.” Ice took some food out of a bag on her back. “Here you go,” she held out her hands that held some cold steak in them. I jumped on her, as starved as I was, I ate everything in there bag. While eating the gold wolf told me her name. “Cholo,” she had said. At that moment I got up and be I remembered Tsuki, Oberon, and Ookami no ko. “Wait!” cried the two following me. “where you going?” they panted. “I cant believe I forgot the others,” I told them. “Others?” I could smell the scent of fresh blood. It was them alright. Took about an half hour until we got to the side of the mountain where you were able to get up it. I began to jump up, worried.
Cholo and ice followed without knowing what was to come. The last jump I made was when I landed on something heavy. I got off the creature to find Tsuki, badly wounded. “Tsuki!” I cried running to her side. Remembering mama, I knew what to do. I picked her up and went farther down the mountain. Cholo went in front of me and blocked my path. “Okay tell me what the hell is going on here!?” she cried.

“Just move and I’ll tell you later, okay?” I said. She looked at me and pouted, “Okay.” after I landed on the soft and wet ground, I put Tsuki down. But before I knew it I saw Darcia again. “Bitch what did you do to her?” I screamed while he sat there and watched. “I said what the hell did you do!?” “I did only a few things. Head in for the kill, which didn’t work, so I did something to put her like that,” he growled. I came up to him like a beast and snarled, “You bastard!” it was then when he bit my neck, so we began another fight. He tried to attack again, but I dodged I, he tried again and this time I jumped on his back and slowly entered my teeth into his flesh.
He panted and then shrieked. While the blood fell out of his mouth I jumped off and skid over his face with my uncut nails. Now he had a faded scratch mark over his blue eye. He watched the blood drip for a while and then he looked at me. Chills went down my back while I spit with rage.
“Bitch!” he screamed coming out me. I lost control over my body and I went straight for him. Not a plan in mind, but just to fight. Hours past and more and more blood dragged. Not one spot on my body wasn’t covered with blood. I fell on the ground, badly injured and when I looked up there stood Darcia, with not a scratch on him. But what happened? Those wounds I made… gone? He stepped over me and said “Fighting doesn’t solve anything. But killing does!” he opened his jaws and laid them over my neck. He slowly gripped them and began to close. I waited for the end.

I looked up and said, “here I come heaven, at least your fake paradise will do.” I closed my eyes, and felt a more bigger grip on my neck then I did before. Suddenly I herd a painful cry that made the grip end and made me open my eyes. Ice had bit Darcia, making him want to fight her instead. I couldn’t move to stop it. I lay there on the ground bleeding to death. I saw a black shadow and then some one picked me up and began to carry me. Oko, I remember you, and I wont forget.
Time past and the girl sat me down. I regained some more consciousness and hurried up and got to my feet. I quickly looked down and watched Ice and Darcia fight. I put one foot out, getting ready to go fight gain. I herd someone say behind me, “Get back up here!” I turned around and saw that the girl that was carrying me was Cholo. I sat down knowing she wouldn’t let me go.
So I sat and watched them fight. After a while I got tired, and fell asleep.















Ch28: a howl for you

When I woke from my painful sleep, I found Tsuki next to me. Cholo was over on the left edge and Ice on the right. She was pretty badly wounded. In fact some of her blood was still fresh. I got up onto my feet and looked down on Tsuki. Her eyes opened a bit, “Tsuki!” I suddenly cried. Cholo and Ice ran to her side, also. “Are you okay?” Ice asked. “Are you dead?” everyone looked at me. “Hey what else was I supposed to say?” I said embarrassed. They looked back down. Tsuki muttered some words that was impossible to make out with. “What?” cried Cholo. “Oo-k-am-I no - ko I-I-is sa-fe. H-es beh-ind the ro-cks up-hill,” she muttered. “Ookami no ko? You mean Oko, right???”
I asked. She slowly shook her head. I grabbed her and put her on my back, then went to where she said he was. But sadly I slipped and fell back to the ground. Cholo and Ice came running after me. Tsuki was fine, but I was badly hurt. Cholo picked me up and was beginning to go up again. Ice grabbed Tsuki. I herd a distanced sound that made me open my eyes. While on the back of Cholo, I saw Darcia on the side. But it was as if Cholo, Ice, and Tsuki couldn’t see them.
He rushed for me, and only me. I turned and closed my eyes. When I opened them, noticing nothing had happened, I looked to the side again and the figure was gone. I began to sweat a lot. I looked to the other side when I felt a disturbance. Something was put there. Darcia all of a sudden appeared and bit Ice, making Tsuki fall off. They both rolled over a while, “Ice!” cried Cholo, dropping me and running to her friends side. Darcia pierced threw Cholo’s gold fur making it red. She fell overtop of Ice. Darcia took one look at me and came charging over. Trying to act dead, I could here his bloody growl over anything else. He must hated me really bad. I felt his nose pressure up against my black fur. I held my breath in as long as I could. I know when I stop to take a breath, I’d have to attack him or he’d attack me.

I really needed to breath bad, Darcia waited for it. I flung up and opened my fangs as wide as I could, it was then when I took in a huge breath. My fangs handled his face for a second, and then he backed away. He sat down in pain and quickly got back up and darted at me. I wasn’t in the position to fight, so I just sat there. Suddenly a gold slash threw before my eyes. It made me dead stop in my tracks. I looked down to see what it was and what had happened.
Cholo had slashed Darcia’s face opened. And this time, there was a mark. Blood dangled from his face to the ground. He screamed in pain, and then while Cholo laid on the ground, getting ready to get up, he bit her side.
He yanked back and forth in complete rage. I sat there watching Cholo die, and then something inside of me just snapped. Ignoring my pain, I quickly got up and forced my teeth on Darcia’s raged body making him let go of her. Darcia and I rolled a few times with me stuck on him. He tried to bite me but all he was able to do was snap.
I was off the part of the body where he could reach. The more he struggled the more rage I had and the more rage I had the tighter I was on his fur, making it bleed harder. He struggled for minutes and then something happened to his rage. Both of our rages were so fierce the battle would never end. Without noticing he was getting closer and closer he then grabbed my fur and clumped it so that almost all the blood I had left came out. It was then when all my rage was let go, as well as Darcia’s. we both fell on the ground with defeat.
But something happened. The weirdest thing ever, he jumped up and cried “Oh no it might be too late!” he jumped at me and set his foot on my neck and chomped my neck. He did that to Cholo, and Ice, too. He ran into the dusted fog and vanished. I got up and looked around. A pool of blood had formed around each and every one of us.
I went over to Tsuki, who was still barely alive. I already knew the others were dead. I held her face. Then I smelt smoke. A weird kind of smoke. My eyes opened wide, now I know why he ran! I grabbed Tsuki and tried to run. I jumped up on the mountain to a high point, and walked over to an edge to see what was going on.
Something flashed threw the sky that made my loose balance. I fell off the edge, but saved myself from death by grabbing the edge. I had no time to grab Tsuki. I quickly looked down as soon as I knew I wasn’t going to freak out and let go. I saw a gray dot. That had to be Tsuki. She was on the ground once more, but this time on mountain’s ground. Jolly mountain was huge. Before night it looks kinda freaky and haunted. I could barely see Tsuki at this time of the day. Before my eyes I saw a red glare and it made everything explode like a bomb. The half of the mountain I was on collapsed and Tsuki, probably dead. Falling threw the air and being hit by rocks isn’t fun. One boulder, or piece of the mountain hit my head HARD!! and I past right out.














Ch29: faded away

I woke up from some heart breaking howls. Howls that told me something was wrong with Toboe. My ears perked up. I was barely able to move. I think I was paralyzed. I had some strength left that pulled me over to the edge. I was below half of the mountain.
I saw Tsuki, dead, Cholo, dead, Ice, dead. I crawled over to another edge, Ookami, Kage, Hoshi, Rakuen, Yuki, and Oberon. All dead. I’m the last one except for Oko. “Where is he?” I asked myself. “OKO!” I screamed so loud it echoed. Suddenly I herd a howl, a babies howl. I howled back. We past threw like that for the time being. Still the pool of blood, scars and wounds fresh.
Suddenly two little brown eyes pierced down at me. “Oko?” I asked softly. “Is that you?” “Keiti!” he shouted and jumped down next to me. “Are you okay?” “Please Ookami no ko. You have to much of a sweet heart to see me like this,” I struggled.
“But Keiti, you’re the only one I have left what am I going to do now?” he shouted unpleased. “Oko, do me a really big favor, will yah?” I asked him. “Anything,” he responded. “Grow old. Go to school and blend in with the crowd for the longest time possible. I hate to leave you, Ookami no ko, but I cant cheat death like I did twice before. Its my time finally, and I just gatta do it.” he began to cry. “Please don’t leave me mamma!” he screamed lowering his head onto my body to cry on. My eyes opened threw the flashback I had, this was the exact same thing of what happened to me. I remember it like yesterday, /:/:/ ‘Mama don’t go! You’re the only thing I have left, Mamma!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!’ /:/:/ my eyes flew out of the flashback. “Mama please don’t go. You’re the only thing I have left, just don’t leave me like my other mama, please?” he cried. I put my hand on his head and took off his hat. “Just do what I said, please Oko, and get out of here. I don’t need you to die too.
And then when your old enough, you can make your own pack and follow in my paw prints, sound fun?” I asked him in pain. “Please?” I begged. “Okay mamma, I will.” he got up and started to walk with his hat in his hands. He was a stray once more. He didn’t belong anywhere, except his heart. I couldn’t do anything else for him than that.
I dragged myself to a broken rock. I sat down and howled for all the souls that had died. The howl was so long I ran out of breathe and fell on the ground. I didn’t understand, why can’t I die? Time past, I still bled. nothing happened. The pain worsened. I could smell Darcia’s blood on me, too. Suddenly I herd something coming. My ears perked, but nothing else. I herd a growl and then something came charging and spiting at me. I closed my eyes, scared for once. The beast stopped in its tracks so I was able to open my eyes when I felt its spit fly onto me. It was Tsume!! “Keiti?” he asked.
I opened both eyes. “Tsume, help me,” I begged. He came closer, “What?” “Finish me off.” his eyes looked as if he’d seen a ghost. “Hell no, are you crazy?” he screamed. My head lowered in pain. He watched. I then threw up blood. “Tsume please!?” I begged again. He began to cry a bit. I got up to my oboes and knees. “Stay down,” he cried. “But Tsume…” I pleaded, “Don’t talk either, you need rest that’s all!” “Tsume, stop you know that Toboe died, my pack died and my child just left me,” I said. “The pack, child? You had a child?” he asked. I looked at him, “two adopted, one died, one gone. See I told you, nothing else to live for, now please Tsume.
Give me the paradise I need my doing it,” I said being truthful. He went down on his knees and put his mouth around my neck and squeezed harder than Darcia. But this time, it didn’t hurt. “Lets meet again, in paradise,” I said to Tsume while going into a deep sleep. The black that had once haunted me came back, but this time it was white, and it took over all. It was time. Yes now, yes forever. My bandanna that Toboe gave me flew away in the slightest breeze.
I awoke in the paradise heaven land. I looked over and there was my old master, I looked over again, there was Toboe and his master. I looked behind me and there was the pack.
“You guys don’t hate me?” I asked them. Neara jumped on me and bit my ear, “How could we? You saved us”. I thought, when? “everyday,” she spoke like a grown up. I had my baby again. I smiled and hugged her then went over to JJ. She opened her arms with delightfulness. How I loved it being here. Maybe this was, really, a true paradise.





Keiti and the rest if the wolves finally met their paradise. Each and everyone of them. To this very day, they run free in the paradise they were sent to. The young lady with the freckles had gotten a family and was never herd from again, sadly.
