Flooding
So yeah lately we've been getting a LOT of rain. So much so that we've been given flash flood warnings a lot lately. Now there's a lake forming around the highway that sits next to us, and said lake is even starting to get into our yard.
Actually both roads that are leading to our house are both closed because it's not just one lake that's forming, it's two! Never seen it flood like this, but hopefully it'll clear up soon, but it's already effecting most of the town here. It has a LOT of dirt roads, many of which are leading to a lot of people's houses, but all those roads are flooded too. Several of those roads are in bad shape, so this kind of thing could be pretty serious given the right conditions.
And with the way the people here are, they'll probably be driving up and down all the roads in their trucks or ATVs.....
Anyone else been effected by the abundance of rain that's been sweeping through the southern regions of the US?
