Well, things are okay, It turns out i made my counter wrong, our 6 month aniversary is AUGUST 23, which is around my bday actually, so whoopee! We think if mark goes owner/operater on a truck we can pick tessa up, take her back, then drop her off. DUnno. Well, off to bed for me.

My BD is such an idiot, she gave us the music for graduation YESTERDAY and you know what? IN HER FIZ-ACE because me and Ivy sight read ALL THREE PIECES, the low brass got one, and the trumpet clar and flute got two! OH JA! She's such an idiot, she doesnt think we can do it and BOOOOM. we have our alma mater, which is an idiotic thing that sounds like old christmas tree, a really odd version fo P&C(pomp and circumstance) and a medley from phantom of the opera. Theyre all ok, but i LUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUURF phantom

hey, this essay might suck, but its a guaranteed scholarship for 75 bucks of band camp,

Dear Paris Band Boosters

I would like to go to band camp again because I went last year, and enjoyed it. I learned some musical concepts that I had never heard of , and even learned things about my instrument itself that i didn't know. I made a group of friends last year, who I am planning on seeing there IF I can get this scholarship to help afford band camp. Not to mention the supply of free sheet music we get! There are alot of interesting pieces that could possibly be found for a concert next year, or played in class to learn something difficult or hard to understand by concept alone. If i remember correctly, one of the pieces performed at the concert on May 4th was played by the band I was in for last year, and seems to fit our instrumentation fairly well. Not to mention that it gives me a chance to be exposed to newer instruments, and the chance to become familiar with playing in a bigger band, considering Paris' size.
Band camp also has a social value, as well as educational. I would get another opportunity to socialize with people in band and/or interested in music like I am. The first year at band camp is more of a getting used to things anyway, I remember how easy it was to get lost, and now that I'm more aquainted with the campus,I should be able to enjoy it more. In summary, band camp is a musical and social experience that I feel is a way to keep any band student interested in music, and make them more interested in the places they can go and the people they can see on their travel with music.

more stuff
wow, i usually have to post on myo for school stuff...Wow..Well, tessa and i got in a small argument today, but its ok now i think. Yesterday I got a hug from the first guy i ever had a thing for, and i was blushing the whole night after that... not much else, im not supposed to be awake now, but you know me. Tessa is so sweet sometimes... I cant wait till she gets here, if she does. My neck is giving me more trouble than usual, I dunno. I'm starting to kinda learn trumpet, its fun, but tricky. I met a person with a pet chinchilla! how cool is that?!?! I mean, the word in and of its self is so effing cool man! woosh, moms about to wake up i can tell, i better get to bed. Night ya'll!

Project done!
Ok project 1 done, have two more, one worth 600 points and due monday, and one worth god knows how much. The how much one is a powerpoint thing i have to present in a teaching manner, because the teacher is pretty much trying to make us help ourselves, which is an ok way to do things i guess. Not really much else going on, other than teh fact that the BD is picking favors, severely.
