   This is just SO like me!
Well, once again I've gotten into too many projects...inking this, painting that, reading this, drawing that...writing this...why do I do this to myself?

My boss is driving me up the wall too. Ugh, I need a new job...preferably one that pays well enough that I can drop the night job...well, guess I've got to start looking. It can't be helped.

But for now....back to my new painting program...ArtRage is interesting...doesn't compete with photoshop, but it's a totally different method of approaching digital painting...kinda cool.

   Wind Rincar Eats Asphalt
heh, well, maybe not, what with the lack of asphalt and all, but i finnally finished playing S3. *stretches* ahhh, that was fun. what shall I play next, hmm....I think, Legend of Dragoon is a good choice. And I think I have time enough to start it before going to bed too...though, there's other stuff I SHOULD do....like painting...and writing...and...*cough* cleaning *cough* ...well, heh. At least I'm never bored!...and, I'm off towards a new adventure! ttfn.

   ho hum
well, i'm killing time to be honest. I'm at work and everyone's gone for the day, and i've got half an hour before i can shut down and...well, go to work #2...ugh. And i'm tired!!! I think I'm becoming anemic again, which is such a pain. It means I have to start remembering to take vitamins and such again, or eat right, and that one's just not going to happen. lol.

Anyway, I've done all the rp stuff I've had to do for now, so I think I'll type up the crappy story for my writer's guild that I need to send out now. I almost want to apologize for it...so bad! ah well, i guess even i can't ALWAYS be a genius. heh. will try to not be lazy and actually scan some art this weekend...but i want to beat suikoden this weekend too...*almost done!*

well, i wish everyone love, laughter, and stickers until I post again...because stickers rock.

   still being lazy, but...
Well, I'm still being lazy with scanning, and experimenting with new venues...watercolor, and i want to try oils...and my passion for digital coloring has been reborn, so my quick and easy colored pencil stuff is becoming a thing of the past...well, maybe, maybe not...they're still really fun, but I'm having one of my "let's learn lots of new things" phases right now...which is difficult since i'm still obsessed with suikoden III, but i DID upload a piccie today. Go me. Yeah, I know when I've got a small pile of them sitting next to the scanner, or waiting to be colored, one measly pic isn't really much of an accomplishment. I should really *cough* work *cough*. But aaanywayss...suikoden is calling and i might actually finish the game tonight, sooo, off I go.

   blame Suikoden III
I've noticed that I haven't scanned a damn piece of artwork lately...I blame Suikoden III, in case anyone is curious. I've become obsessed and every ounce of free time when I'm home has been devoted to the silly game! Ah, but it's so much fun! I had such a quandry (yes, I just said quandry, shaddup!) at the end of chapter three...trying to pick the next flame champ and all. I was like, well, I like this one, but he doesn't scream "savior of mankind"...and that one...might be the most qualified but...I think deep down she's just totally hopeless...and...but...agh! Well, on the up side, I only have two chapters to go I think so I should be productive again after that, unless I suddenly fall in love with another game. Hah! Well, I guess even a "workaholic" like me has to take some time to slack off sometimes. And speaking of slacking off, my ps2 is beckoning...and so is my stomach.

   Argh!
Today I wasted an hour of time repainting half of my Jaques pic because photoshop freaked out and saved it as an unreadable file...yeesh. Thank god for multiple saves, so I didn't have to redo the entire thing. But now I've wasted an hour that I was supposed to be working on other stuff. *grumbles*...ah well, no fun and cool stuff out of me right now, busy busy...and fighting off the cold from hell.

   Night of Imminent Doom...
Heh, well, not really, but i'm kinda pooped. I spent all day at work, well...drawing, but that's the usual. Finally finished the two "stupidest idea of all time" known as drawing Mikage from the Ceres artbook. Well, it was good for me though, since I did a decent job, but the coloring of it must have taken me something like six hours...and then there was the pencil...and the inking...urk. I guess practice is the only thing in the world that will make me faster though...

Then I had to go to the mall, and for the record, unlike most females (who I hear adore such hideous places--if rumors hold true), I loathe shopping. I wasn't even buying anything fun--sheets, light bulbs, a mat for my bed so I can't notice the spring poking me in the hip... Well, I treated myself to a new manga and japanese food to make up for the un-fun stuff though! Speaking of which...time to eat!

   Fun with Pencils
So...has anyone else noticed that colored pencils are WAY more fun then they have any right being? It's my latest discovery. I was doing all my coloring digitally until a week or so ago...gotta love photoshop, but recently I started using these cool colored pencils my mom bought me for christmas (yes, i just opened the box recently...heh), and I like 'em. They're just cool! Well, I guess expanding my horizons isn't necessarily a bad thing...

   YAAAWWWN, happy easter
Well, I stayed up late watching anime last night, knowing full well I had to be up and out the door early am today to drive to my parents' house for the holiday...that was kinda stupid, huh? And on top of that, I went and made myself wake up an hour earlier because I wanted to finish the pencil of the drawing I was working on while watching anime all night...since I'm incapable of just sitting still and watching television...

Doing only one thing at a time must be nice...

Geez, this is sad...i'm actually dozing as I post this. Think I'll put in some Weiss to wake me up and get back to work on my doodle. If I can finish the pencil I can probably work on it while I inevitably sit in the living room with the 'rents wondering when someone is going to say something... unnatural and awkward silences, how I loathe thee! YAAAWWWNN....Bah. Hope everyone has a happy easter! (and that I'm conscious for the two hour drive...)
