My new baby Chocobo!
Today, January 1st, 2007, as I groggily chugged down a bottle of apple cider I imagined what it would be like, to become a Chocobo rider. Oh how great it would be! Especially since I had to give my dog away and I wanted something else to cuddle and love and call my own. Well, while walking through the crisp morning air, trying to clear my pounding head of all the excitement 07 brought, I heard a small cheep. It was barely loud enough to be detected but I picked up on it and followed the lonely noise to a clump of bushes. And there lay a small yellow chick, I knew right away that it was a Chocobo from its large, intelligent brown eyes. With great care I lifted it from its egg and cradled it in my arms, wondering what to call it. As I pondered how I was going to take care of the chick a whole onslaught of questions hit me. What did Chocobos eat? How was I going to feed it? Where could I keep it? Do they get sick? What would I tell my parents? For now I'm hiding my baby chocobo in my room on the second floor of my house, I'm wrapping it in blankets and feeding it bits of fruit, it has quite an appetite! I need any advice on Chocobos that anyone has because there aren't any moogles seen often in my area. My own Chocobo!
