   aching...
I had my first track practice yesterday/monday. It was hell and I ache all over from it. I was so relieved to hear I didn't have practice today because of snow!But i'm still hurting abyway. I should be ready to run tomorrow despite my reluctance. Plus I got study hall tomorrow so that's a definite plus! Ryoshi will bring my spirits up as always.
