To my fans

i have a lot to think about and tons of places to go...so to keep u busy i put tick tack toe and i give u this riddle...
Only one color, but not one size,
Stuck at the bottom, yet easily flies.
Present in sun, but not in rain,
Doing no harm, and feeling no pain.
What is it.
