myOtaku.com: Wolf Dances

Saturday, January 8, 2005

my first posted poem!
so majesticly they bound
over rough and jagged terrain
so intricate their features
that we see as so plain
They rule the woods
with an iron fist
ending foods' lives
with a painful, wreching twist
When we hear the word "wolf"
we think of violence and murder
but relly they are just like us
killing for nurishment just like us
caring for others just like us
intelligent just like us
taking in infants just like us
why do we hate and fear them so much?
killing them and sending them away and such?
What have they done to us
that we would not have done
in the same situation?
ask urself, who makes the most destruction? us
Wolves; never taking more than they need, ruling the forests with no greed
never underestimate a wolf
never belief those tales of their having greedy, bloody jaws
never believe those stories of their having huge blood-stained claws
eyes hazel and honey, lustrious fur of black, slilver, grey, gold and white
why would ne one want to destroy this precious sight?
