Chapter 19 (FINALLY) plz read!
Tyrrea readied herself to move out. She carried the amulet, and had already talked to Faradon. All he told her was “Go to the human land, and call upon me again.” Then he disappeared.
She had packed the bare essentials in a beautiful emerald and amethyst dragon scale pack, and right as she turned to leave, she saw her. Malefique leaned on the door, waiting for her famous sister to notice her. When Tyrrea saw that face she immediately dropped her pack, rushed over, and embraced her sibling.
They stood without speaking for a few moments, but finally the awkward silence was broken by Malefique, “Are you leaving again already? I thought we would at least be able to catch up for a week or so! It has been ten years since you left with Destina to find her mate!”
“I know. I know. I have to leave again, and I just came home. I’ m really sorry Mala, but some things have come up.”
Mala cringed at her nickname, but didn’t say anything about it. Instead she asked “Can I come with you?”
Immediately Tyrrea’s face changed and she said a firm “No.”
“But aren’t you forgetting something? You promised that when I turned fifty five you would let me go with you on one of your journeys.”
Tyrrea’s face went blank for a moment, and then she became puzzled. “Have I really been gone THAT long? My own sister has grown from a baby to a toddler in my absence.” She mused to herself. “All right, but only because I will most likely need someone’s help for this now that I think of it; we need to hurry though. Be ready in ten minutes. We DON’T have time to spare.”
With this, the elder sister turned on her heel, crouched down, and snatched up the bag that had slid off her shoulder at the surprise visit. When she turned around, Mala was gone, but for some reason she saw a black and red glow.

“Why can’t I wake up?” I have to tell Tyrrea how to find Michael, even though I don’t know why they need to find him. I try to move, but only succeed in moving one finger and causing a roaring headache. I try to scream, but only succeed in whispering an inaudible noise.
All of the sudden, I can move, and I am back in the human lands; by Fayla’s pine wood cottage for that matter. The familiar smell-for a vampire only has to smell something once for it to be familiar-of magical herbs and ancient medicines lost thousands of years ago when whole nations were wiped out at once by natural disasters. Then; I hear a familiar sound.
“Brea, you have been in the dark long enough. I have used my powers to bring your spirit here temporarily. I need to tell you a few things before my magic runs out, so don’t speak, just listen. First, Tyrrea is in danger. The strongest evil elf has found her, and has found a way to get to her alone. While Tyrrea was out of the tavern, this person has been training. She is now stronger than your new Elvin friend. Now that I have told you that, you may ask questions, for I have a small amount of magic left.”
“Who is the strongest evil Elf?”
“Ah; that I will not tell you, for I have just sensed that you will never have the strength to wake up again!” With this her voice changed from that sweet familiar tone, to a sinister, evil sound, and she laughed and evil witches laugh. I have finally done it! I tricked you into killing yourself. Now we Evil creatures will win!” My eyes widen and she gasped, with a questioning and disbelieving look.
“Yes, that is right. I am the strongest evil witch. I knew all along what that ring was, see?” She took off a ring with a vine engraved in it, and the whole forest for a mile around became stained by a red and black glow. “Tyrrea’s younger sister will finish her off, and you will die in your sleep. What a wonderful day! Now we will win no doubts about it! Oh, and do say hello to Faradon in the underworld for me? I wouldn’t want him to live his entire immortal after life thinking that his one sired son killed him! Tell him that I am sorry, but your side would have won if he were alive…”
“At this, Tears of blood swelled in my eyes, for much of my hatred for Bolero had been because of that act, and many hours had I wanted to cry for my sired father. Now with this new news, I burst. Within the second, I would have clawed through Fayla and killed her on the spot, had the image not faded away, and my body lost all movement once again. I could still hear that evil, shrieking laugh in her ears; I could still hear the roar of Faradon’s death cry; I could still picture Tyrrea dead on the ground. These thoughts all rushed in my head, and I screamed with all of my might, clenched my fists, and felt the blood flow through my veins faster than ever. The next thing I saw was that room and the nurse from before rushed over to her bed, but for some reason she looked a dark red purple. Then she realized that her eyes had actually started to bleed, but when Ammoriane, I think that is her name, tried to wipe off the blood that had splattered on my body, I waved her away, jumped out of bed, and yelled, “Where is Tyrrea?”
“She can’t leave!”
“I am afraid she left just ten seconds ago. You would be able to catch her, but you are in way to bed of shape to leave this hospital wing!”
“I don’t care!” I screamed, and she still didn’t get the hint, so I did something I hate to do. I used the lord’s name in vane. “Shut up God damn it and tell me where the hell the hell she is! She’s in danger!”
She pointed left while backing away, shocked, and I sped out of the door in that direction.
“I will find you Tyrrea, before it is too late. Please, help me do that by staying alive a little while longer!”
