   new art up!!! ^_____^
ya, so i drew this really cool Kakashi picture last night, and im really happy cuz it came out the way i wanted...

anyway, the main reason i drew it was because i was looking through the Naruto fanart, since i'd been gone for so long (i didnt want to miss any good pics...) and i found this Kakashi pic thats really good. its pencil shaded and i really like it. its called Kakashi's Headband and its by hexadol. ok, so it may hav been up since before i went all MIA for nearly a month (heh, ^^;;) i still really liked it, and it made me want to do a pencil shaded pic...

then i drew one and we're back to where i started. anyway, i pulled it up on Photoshop 7 just to check out the program... kinda scary since ive NEVER used any version of photoshop in my life, but it came out pretty cool ^^ it took me about an hour (excluding the half hour it took to touch it up a bit...) thanks to the hair, but that was the funnest part ^^

hhhmmm...thats it, i guess....oh!! next week me and Nessa find out if we get to be on the crew of Peter Pan!! personally, i hate Peter Pan, but working on a play set for the drama club sounds like fun^^ ill just be submitting that colored pic now....

   Mid-Winter Break!!!!
ya, umm....it's been a really really long time since ive updated...so ill just be explaining that now... all i can remember is this past week, so anything before that is beyond me, lol ^^;

well, on Monday, school was cancelled because there was an ice storm Sunday night, i think. i wouldnt know for sure, cuz i was sleepin' ^__^ on Tuesday, i had dance class....we're almost done with our ballet number (which is really kinda fast, btw...) and we reviewed the latest section to our jazz number, cuz its really confusing...(im still havin trouble cuz i keep forgetting the smallest little parts... but i practice what i remember...) anyway the jazz song is Sophisticated Lady by...i forgot who, but i dont really care for it much anyway... i always forget to ask what the ballet song is, but its some song by Billy Joel...

eeehhh.....ill just be moving on now... on Wednesday....i dont know what happened that day, other than this stupid Biology test that we WERE ALOUD TO USE OUR NOTES ON!!! i didnt even need to use it...i just checked one or two of my answers with it... this is just the stupidist class ever... its WAY too easy, but i really shouldnt complain ^^;;

on Thursday, i gave my demonstration speech in Lit & Comp. i hav it 2nd hr, but i was already gettin anxious in 1rst hr. speaking of 1rst hr, which is geometry, Thurs was the best day in that class ever!! all we did was watch a cartoon!!! thats it! no assignments! ^__^ it was an old Disney cartoon called "Donald Duck in Mathmagicland" and it was kinda funny^^

well, in Lit & Comp, i did my speech 3rd, and when the 2nd person was going, i felt like i was gonna hav a heart attack!! i was so nervous! (the wierd part is, i NEVER get nervous. i usually do speeches with no problem! sometimes i actually get excited about it and volunteer!) ive NEVER been so nervous in my life, and apparantly, it was obvious, because Mrs. Sredich mentioned it on my graded rubric... i still did good, though! once i was done, she asked me a few questions while i was still up there, but i wasnt nervous at all when i answered, cuz i knew wat i was talking about... well, i still feel that i did a pretty good job demonstrating "How to make a comic strip"...heh. i got a 20/27 ^__^

and now its Mid-Winter Break!! ^__^ i dont want to go to gym on Tues, though, cuz we start swimming that week...and once that week is over, i get at least 5 more weeks of it....-_-; im REALLY bad at swimming.... i can swim on my back for a little bit until i freak out and screw up... i can hardly swim on my stomach because i cant get the breathing rythm right, so i choke or run out of breath... oh ya, did i mention i hav a fear of deep water? wen i was about 6 or 7 i went under in water that was too deep and it scared me to death... that was before i learned to swim (poorly...) and since then, i havent been able to learn to tread water...cuz i freak out completely..... damn childhood traumas.... if it werent for them, i'd be able to swim like everyone else...

*sigh* im fine with gym class, actually. i cant run or jog long distances, but i can hold my own in sports and i can do the push ups and sit ups, and im not ashamed that i cant do a single pull up, but strip the ground and replace it with water and my confidence drops like a rock, and i become a shy, scared little girl, like i was wen i was 4, and i hate it.... up to this point, i have to admit that i like gym class. i just cant deal with swimming....

   *yaaawwwnn*
ya, um....srry for not updating for almost a month...^^; well, exams went ok, but on last Wednesday, i missed the bus and got stranded at school!!!! Tyler and Amie were waiting for me cuz their bus is next to mine, and they got stranded with me^^; i still feel guilty about that... i stayed after school again on Thursday, but that was on purpose (i had to finish my Tech exam...). my Geometry exam actually turned out ok, though it took me a whole hour and a half. i got an 89 on it, which is a B+. i got my Lit & Comp exam back yesterday and i got a 92!!! yyyaaayyy^__^ last year i nearly failed Language Arts, but im passing this year!^^

well, enough about that. on last Saturday, we went on a little road trip over to Best Buy to pick up the AVP dvd and a Sony walkman for my mom. also while we were there, we were browsing the movies section, and they hav a really big section of anime dvds! there were box sets galore, too! they had a Comic Party one, and a Yu Yu Hakusho one, and a Wolf's Rain one...which i got!!! i had to pay for half of it, but i only had $15 on me (which is all i got...had). so im working it off, but my mom said i deserved the set, because i worked so hard on exams... its got Wolf's Rain Vol. 1 dvd, the Wolf's Rain Original Soundtrack, and a wolf Kiba plushie^^

i hope it didnt sound like i was bragging, but it is awesome.... anyway, ill be submitting some art now....^^;;;

more art up soon!!! (i hope....)
ive been drawing a lot and im starting to hate my style, so im back to fanart. at least i dont feel the same way about my fanart!^^ not sure how many i will post, but i can tell u wat to expect. there *will* be Kingdom Hearts, Naruto, and im not sure but maybe at least one original that i drew before my art started to suck.

hhhhmmm....sketchbook assignment of last week was: 'it wasnt funny then, but it is now' i have no idea of wat to do, and none of my friends can remember anything either...not even the ones who are ALSO in art class!! -_-; its due Mon, but i dont wanna do it then, cuz i need that time to work on my open project. i am SO behind on that....i still hav to add two more things, ink it, then color it...and its due Tues!!!

the next two weeks are gonna suck,, cuz ill be studying all next week and the week after is exams. at least they made exam week tolerable so our heads dont explode from concentration and stress^^ lol. Monday of that week is normal, then Tues, Wed, and Thurs are half days and we go to 2 hrs only each day. Fri is "Records Day" or watever. i dont really care cuz its no school for students. i like records day. all schools in our distric hav it (not sure about others). hooray for Records Day!!! ^^

srry for not bein around for about another week ^^; ill probably be around a bit more next semester. how do i know? i know because i hav to vent my hatred towards P.E. somewhere! ^^ lol

   a week already?!
wow. my first week back really flew by! srry i havnt updated ^^; im not sure if ill update tmrrw... i got hw to do. its not a lot, but its long hw -_-; i hav a rather large geometry assignment (like always), a short story to edit, rewrite sections, fix typed version already on my comp, and print it (title page and all) by tmrrw since its due mon. i also hav a sketchbook assignment to finish. this week its "illustrate the meaning of the word INSANE" fun fun^^

speaking of art...we're doing open projects (a project where u can do watever u want). i got this really cool idea to do a small poster for the manga currently being developed by Nessa and me. ive been working on it for two days and havnt gotten anywhere. im stuck in a constant loop where ill draw a part of it, then think it sucks, redraw it, think THAT sucks, then redraw it AGAIN.....on and on and on... i hate it! >< hating ur own art rrreeaaallyy sucks -_-; i keep feeling like i cant draw anything right anymore....or maybe its just cuz im trying to draw guys. i cant draw guys as well as girls (original charas, at least. i hav a bit more confidence with fanart guys) does anyone hav any advice or sumthin to help me out? i could really use some.... we only hav 7 days to do it! (that first day, Thurs, doesnt count) im doomed. ;_;

   Haha! i finally have it!!! o____0
GREEN DAY AND SWITCHFOOT! i now have American Idiot and The Beautiful Letdown^^

well, i dont know how late/early i was up, but my parents woke me up around 9:30 cuz they had to go somewhere (i got to stay home^^). i just went back to sleep after they left, lol i slept in till 2! XP

i drew a really awesome pic yesterday for one of my best friends (Nessa aka WolfDemon13)^^ she wanted a cheetah lightning demon, so i decided to take a stab at anthro. i'd never done anthro before, but it looks awesome^^ she asked to make it look like her, and i did pretty well according to her^^ wat was kinda weird was that i drew her wearing one glove on her right hand, and it turns out that Nessa wears one glove on her right hand too! o0;

wweeeelll.....not much else to say, so im gonna go visit some sites^^

   this darn thing is driving me nuts!
im now a member of blu moon's site Wolf Fan, but i cant put the banner up or itll block my most recent post! and i cant find any blogs that actually work anymore. i really miss my old Sano one! ;_; i hav one up anyway in hopes of it someday working (ya, itll probably never work, but ive really got nothing to lose if it doesnt...)

   Kingdom Hearts and Flight of the Pheonix!!!!
well, i finally stopped being lazy and finished Kingdom Hearts. now i just gotta go back and finish it with all the right requirements so i can see the bonus featurette!! ^^ (i was planning on doing that the first time, but i got Chain of Memories for X-mas, so i decided to go ahead and finish it) i started playing Kingdom Hearts: Chain of Memories right after all the credits and cut scenes were done. wen they say that COM takes place immediately after KH, they really do mean immediately after! im not gonna say anything more so i dont spoil it for anyone else... i CAN say this, though: KH:COM is really fun to play!! despite it being a card-battle system, its not too complicated and battles are actually really fluid (almost as fluid as KH depending on how u play...).

we saw Flight of the Pheonix today!!! ^^ that movie is so incredibly awesome!!! the crash scene is magnificent and the movie is full of suspense! a reviewer said that the crash scene was one of the best ever to be put on film. the start of the movie isnt slow at all, it actually starts close to the action^^ both my parents have seen and love the original, but even my dad said that of all the EXTREMELY rare times that a remake is better than the original, this is one of them. i highly recommend this movie!! its interesting to watch the different personalities clash, how theyre brought together, and how they deal with some extreme situations. the soundtrack is good, too. they put the right music in the right spots, so it doesnt feel out of place.

   a day all to myself!
i didnt hav to go anywhere today!! ^^ i was supposed to go to the movies with Maddy to see Phantom of the Opera (she absolutely loves it! shes got the soundtrack and everything) but she never called....

i worked on chara designs for the manga im working on w/ Nessa. one of the charas look sooo cool, i wish i could post it, but i wanna keep it a surprise until we actually start the manga (we're still discussing chara designs and profile info, as well as some of the story) not much else to say, so im gonna go visit everyone's sites^^
