   Love and apologies (to anyone that still cares...)
i feel so guilty for "abandoning" theOtaku/myOtaku!! it was entirely UNintentional, i just got wrapped up in things going on in my life (my dog dying, for instance. 10 days after my last post, we got a new dog, much to my displeasure - it felt like she was being replaced!). i'm planning on updating a little more often and submitting a few more things, just getting back into the groove again.

i read about the huge convention scandal not two hours ago in the Otaku Dispatch (i might not have been around, but i haven't forgotten my roots!!). such a horrible thing, i can't believe it. i'd never think the anime community to be the target of such a crime. i wish i could do something to help, but my current situation keeps me from really being able to do anything. my heart goes out for those affected and i wish lots of luck in the drive for compensation (as well as catching those bastards! ^_~).
