today i went to the chiropracter to check out my shoulder. its a good thing too because i had dislocated one of the joints and tore some muscle. he just poped it back in. he said to take it easy so it can heal, but it should heal fast. which means no rugby turnements until it heals. darn. well thats about all the news here.

well im back. this weekend was interesting. i got in trouble way less this time then i did last time. i slightly improved my mile time(they have everyone take a fitness test everytime we go), but im not happy with the time. i still cant get it under 8 minutes. oh well. well like i said im back and im not dead from all the work. oddly my shoulder doesnt hurt anywhere near as bad as it did before...... that confuses me a bit.

well tomarrow at about 5 in the morning im heading off to training. what a fun job...... getting up that early to travel 3 hours to get some military training. oh well its what i signed up for. i knew what i was going to go through. today im gonna go and buy some batteries for my flashlight and watch so i ccan use both during my fireguard duty. this weekend is going to be fun.......... especially with my shoulder screwed up still.

well i havent updated in awhile so i figured what the heck. lets see whats going on in my life right now..... nothing. next weekend my oldest brother is heading to Texas to pick up his friend in the Airforce. that same weekend im gonna be getting some training. ill be paid sometime after that. my older brother is supposed to be looking for a job but he isnt. my family watch The Butterfly Effect yesterday. i didnt because i had better things to do.my step sister is creeping me out by saying im her favorite step brother. i know its BS though because she knows i hate her. and sleeping has become harder. ya not the feel good post of the year is it.

well my weekend is shot. i was supposed to go to a rugby turnement but that got cancelled. i guess that works out for me though because i seriously screwed up my left shoulder. considering my job i cant afford to complicate matters. speaking of my job i got paid today. so i am no longer poor. im gonna cash it tomarrow.

6 years ago today i was in a major car accident. its how i got my scar. that day was probably the day that made me who i am. ive thought about what happend over and over again. thinking from a logical point of view i should have died. we were driving on the freeway. some idiot cuts off a semi(for those who dont know what those are they are really big trucks). the semi swerves into the small car my family and i are in. im sitting right where the semi hits us. i was messed up the worst(no surprise there). i had a clean cut on the right side of my head. a chunk of my skin was removed. you could see my skull. having thought about that day ive changed a lot. that isnt the only thats helped to change me. this was just a big thing at one moment.

well i survived yesterday. i avoided people as best i could in the lair(my room). just so you people know im not really a people person. are you shocked? saw a free firework show. had one of my own. basically it was a productive day. oh piece of advice to anyone that has any fireworks left. light them as they are. today some idiots about my age killed a guy when they messed with some fireworks. they will be in prison for a minimum of 20 years.

well today is the forth of July. America's independence day. but more importantly it is my mom's dog's, Bob the WonderDog, birthday. well atleast according to my mom and step dad. we are having a big BBQ today. what joy. i think ill try to stay away from everyone that shows up.

today(technically yesterday) was long. i spent most of the time i was awake doing errends. why did i have to drive? then when i get home i had to get ready for rugby practice. that was fun. my neck is stiff though. but whatever. found out i can get some free gear for rugby. i just need to ask the coach where to go. team just got a sponser so thats cool. thats about all thats going on now.

i have returned and im not dead. this whole weekend i got about 8 hours of sleep. we had to do fire guard and i had to do 2 shifts both times. they were both an hour long. i did over 300 push-ups, 200 sit ups, and ran/walked 50 miles. but im ok with that. well nothing else to say. i wont get payed for about a month though because i still have to fill out some forms no one told me about.
