ok well right now im gonna rant and complain. anyway. something ive noticed back in December is that my childhood is strictly a memory. i dont mind the fact that im no longer a kid. thats not what i ment. what i mean is that things that i enjoyed as a child are different. the one that got me the most was Cookie Monster. he no longer eats cookies whenever he wants. its just a sometimes food. and that made me realize that people are becoming less tolerant these days. lets face it the only way to be tolerant of others is by facing it and dealing with it. not by hiding it from everyone. and its stupid to. like i cant tell a person "Merry Christmas" anymore because there are other realigions out there and they might get offended, but i have to put up with everybody elses choices for living, but they dont have to deal with mine. thats not being tolerant thats being racist. people are sweeping everything under the rug trying to hide it so now people cant deal with it. all i know it when i have kids they are going to watch the old Bugs Bunny cartoons, old Seaseme Street with the Cookie eating Cookie Monster and the character with the STD because they need to know how to have a sense of humor and how to freaking deal with life. people need to lighten up. im sorry that just really pissed me off. and normally im so calm and level headed. and now so this post is also fun:
