A Funny Day

I laugh at my life sometimes. Humorous things tend to happy to me because of my luck or just my fails.

I got what I think is my tuition and all that straightened out. She tagged our ACT scholarships onto our balance, which payed 450 of it I think. Turned out I only got half of the outside 500 dollar scholarship. Maybe the other half is for next semester? I hope so. The remainder on my balance should be... 200 if I'm right. My brother still owes 450 though.
I figured out why my dad didn't want to talk to the IRS. I think he's lying about not making any money in 2008, since he told me he didn't make any money and then turned around and told me I could say he made 300 a month. He didn't file a tax return. I do remember him making money in 2008, though not for long. Then when I told him that he needed a statement from the IRS stating he didn't file, he told me that they don't need one since I'm an independent, which I'm not, I'm dependent! So I think he totally evaded his taxes, which fucks us up for financial aid shit. It has resorted me to searching though countless cites for scholarship opportunities.

ANYWHO! After financial aid, I went to turn in my Phi Theta Kappa form when I saw there was a meeting for the club next door. Stupid me went in, even signed in!! It was a meeting for the sophomore members. I wasn't even inducted yet, duh! I quickly realized I didn't belong in there but it was too late to leave. I hung out in there to see what their meetings were like. It helped me actually. After watching some of the speakers I went to the sign in book and scratched out my enhanced membership and changed it to basic. I don't want to be involved with those annoying people. Besides, they called for ALLLOOOOT of community service, way too much for even a busybody. Clean here and there. Clean my house and I'll join!

After that ordeal I decided to go to my car to drop off a book before going to Biology class. On the way I met this drug head kid who would've been a junior in high school now if he didn't drop. I was surprised that we had a decent conversion, even though it was a minute long.

Dropped my book off and walked back to the library. I decided to go in and check my account and look at filling out the MTAG (Miss. financial aid). Sadly ALL the computers were taken. I just walked through and out the back door. It leads straight to the building where my Bio class is. On the way there someone decided to target me and yell out such immature names like "Sweetheart and cupcakes". Wtf with cupcakes. He won it with that and I looked. He waved and smiled but I shook my head and kept going. Stupid losers.

I finally arrived at the Biology class and chilled out outside waiting for the teacher. I got thirsty and went outside to get an orange Fanta from the vending machine. It got stuck in that hole thingy though. Some guy started to ask if I needed help. Psh, I can get this Fanta out of this stupid machine. The closer he got the more I wrestled with the stupid thing. I got it out in time though! Hahaha. I went back to the class and sat on the staircase next to the class. Yeah I waited for a good 10 minutes when a classmate walked up, looked at the door, and jumped for glee. I didn't see the dang paper that said class was canceled for the day -___- But I'm happy, I finally got my first canceled class! Woots!
So I headed to the computer lab to look at my account some more when the same guy who tried to help me with the vending machine walked in and sat to the computer next to me. Luckily I had my earbuds in. Hahaha again! Then I couldn't remember for the life of me what else I needed to look at, so I gave up and went home.



And I have to say, I'm quite thankful I didn't go to our Pawn Shop Tuesday. There was a robbery and the owner of the place got murdered. I was planning on going in there to look at their car radios! Whew. It made me see how quickly and unexpectedly life could end ): I don't fear death, but I really don't wish to die early. I still want to see Japan and Korea!! AND LIVE MY LIFE! If I do die, I love you guys! Make sure to play my ipod on loudspeakers and dance at my cremation ceremony!

Anywho, I got to start cleaning my place! My brother and his gf are moving in either tomorrow or Sunday.

Uhhhh

Anywho, I didn't update last night because the Preliminary Bibliography I thought that was gonna be easy turned out to be a headache. Literally. I got a blistering headache from it last night. Plus, my boss still hasn't given ANY days off after I requested it a week ago. Oh my word I can imagine how much stress will be gone when I get at least three nights off a week.

Ugh forgot what I wanted to say again.... I'm so sleepy T___T I lost my ipod dock too, so I can't charge my ipod or put stuff on it til I find it!

After Karate class I have to stop by the library and get tons of books for my English paper and my Psychology midterm paper which is due next week. (Actually the rough draft is due next and it's voluntary. I think it's a whole lot better to convince myself that it's the final due next week instead).

You watch, after I post this I'll remember what it was I wanted to say. -______- I need a vacation.

THE PLOT THICKENS

I keep catching colds days before my period. This is like the 5th time in a row, and I only get colds right before em too, never between my periods! =\ Another reason to hate periods!

I'm gonna shoot myself, I totally had something to say but I forgot what it was.

Earlier in the month or two months ago, I decided I was gonna major in Secondary Education and teach English in South Korea. Well now I'm starting to reconsider teaching Korea because they are starting to get a tad nationalistic over there. Specially over that whole current ordeal with 2PM's (korean boy band) Jaebum. The guy is Korean American and moved to Korea abut 4 years ago, but his first months there were rough because from what I hear Koreans can be quite discriminating and gossipy. Well, after his first months he posted a comment to his friend on myspace saying how he hates Koreans and Korea. Some people apparently dug it up and threw it in his face which caused an uproar. Short story is that now he's quitting the band and moving back to the US, even after he issued an official apology on the old comment. Poor guy. But this incident is making me reconsider my future. Wonder how much Japan pays for English teachers...

In other Korean news, MY Kim Hyun Joong has swine flu!! T___T Let him get better~

Also, the fact that I was sick when I visited that kid with cancer yesterday struck me while I was in class today. I hope it doesn't hurt him or anything ;____; I swear I'll hate myself if something bad happens like his condition getting worse. The poor boy just got out of the hospital too! T^T

Who knows how to resize gif images? I've been trying all last night, and I got sooooo close! Freakin site wouldn't make it 100 by 100 to save my life -____- Did 100x99 and 100x101, but not 100x100. Rawr

THE PLOT THICKENS

Well I surely shopped til I dropped today! I spent a nice 500 dollars on clothes. Hey hey hey, it was my first shopping spree EVER! I never got to spend more than 30 dollars on clothes. Today was perfect too! Me and my cousin went to Marshall's and TJ Maxx. I can't believe how cheap it is there. I got alot of shirts for 10 dollars and pants for 15 dollars. Okay okay let me get a count on the inventory I bought before you flame me and shoot me dead for the amount I've spent: 20 shirts, 10 pants, 2 dresses, 2 jackets.

If I would've gone somewhere else it would've been more like 5 shirts, 2 pants, 1 jacket, and 1 dress for that price. <___< *justifying herself* Dad was gaping when I told him, but I'm surprised how quick he was over it when I showed him all the clothes I bought. BELIEVE ME, THIS WILL ALL LAST ME ABOUT 5 YEARS! Sadly I didn't try on any of the jeans and I thought I still fitted into a size zero, so my Bermuda shorts didn't fit me at all! Plus some of the jeans I bought fall into that skinny jean style! I hate that style T^T Even the dress pants I bought are skinny! I don't like them cause it makes my big ugly feet much more noticeable. >__> Think I'll just deal with them though. I'm afraid Karate is gonna give me more muscular thighs and butt which isn't gonna help me very much when it comes to my small jeans. ):

In other news, you remember my WoW brother who moved to Wyoming for his gf back in January? Well him and his gf are moving into the house this week or next. Turns out the gf's step mom was giving them hell like not supporting them and feeding them and such. Then my brother overheard her mom telling her she could do better than him. I feel so bad. Otherwise I'm rather excited their moving in, even though we're about to go broke. Maybe they'll bring back some excitement into the household! I also hope they can find some jobs quick though. :)

Oh yeah, on my way to Jackson with my cousin, we stopped by her brother's house and I got to meet his 11 year old son (cousin's nephew). The kid is terminally ill with a rare cancer, the one of four who have it.

Well, I met him today and we talked about Yu-Gi-Oh and Pokemon because he collects all the cards. I felt so bad!! I wanted to hug him )': And he has a brother who's two years older, but he is sooo jealous over how he gots so much attention. One time his brother stole his legendary blue eyes white dragon card and ripped it up. I feel sorry for the brother too, he's young so he can't understand the pain his brother is going through T_T Poor family. Think I may ebay for a Yu-Gi-Oh or Pokemon card to buy him....

SICKNESS

Ugh. I'm soooo congested. Damn sinus cold has me dying. Throat hurts. -___- So much better to know how the swine flu is making its way around our town too. Yaaay. Maybe that'll get me out of classes... nevermind.

Anywho... I can't remember much. I worked the evening shift yesterday with the newbies. Wasn't so bad, cept the new guy definitely needs training on pizzas. Otherwise I spent the down time reorganizing the back hallway where we keep the stock. Turned out my friend wanted to switch shifts cause he found out the new guy was bisexual and was hitting on him last week. Also, he went out to the club for the first time for his 19th birthday. I got a text at 3 from him telling me he's gonna take me with him next time so we can laugh at all the drunks. Not sure my dad would be too fancy over that...

Last night I had a dreaaaam. Not a weird dream either! Shocking for me. But I was working and then T.O.P. from Big Bang:

Yeah, he walked in and bought something and then went to the register to check out. It turned into a nightmare quickly because he left before I could get the courage to ask for his autograph.

I get to go shopping tomorrow with my cousin and her kids maybe. Her kids are the annoying brats from hell I always talk about, but I wish they would come cause then I'm more comfortable with the mom. Besides, they're fun too... <__<

Such a Busy Day!

I'm in a T.M. Revolution mood :D Cause Takanori is the Japanese smex bomb. Specially for 38 years old O:

Well TGIFF! Yes FF, you could probably guess what the first f is. Yeah I'm a potty mouth. Bad Jean, bad!

Since it's Friday, that means it's the high school's first home game, which means tooons of pizza orders at work. Last night I saw one of the orders for today, which is for 22 pizzas at 5:45. Thing is I go into work 5:30 and the order is to be started at 4:30. I think the pizza girl before me found out and now she is trying to get me to come in at 4:30. Psh. Forget that lazy girl. I also warned my other coworker not to get suckered in by her like she did to him last week. She needs to buck up and deal with it.

Today I'm gonna go take my driver's license test. That is if I have all the documents and pass the written test first. I'm quite nervous because it seems the woman is the mean strict one who makes you drive to the next town and back while the guy is the one who tells you to drive in circle in the parking lot. -____- By the way, what do you do if you lose your birth certificate?

Amazing how when I switch to daily posts I still manage to forget the things I wish to say..

Oh yeah. I did manage to take the WHOLE LARBOR DAY OFF!! It just came with.. "equivalent exchange." My friend said he would take my Monday if I work his evening shift with the horrible pretty girl who tries to get off early all the time and the new guy who I hear is a one speed person and is dumb as a rock. =\ That's gonna be a long shift T^T

I SMELL FREEDOM APPROACHING!!

Well I got my permit renewed. I couldn't take the road test because Dad has no car insurance. My brother failed his written test which superbly pissed off my dad. I guess doing my own shopping Monday is off, unless I can convince my dad to drive me, I doubt that. I think I can go with a friend shopping. My dad isn't too fond of him though. =\

Work has reached a new level of annoyance. Turns out almost everyone has being trying to reach me to come in early. Why? Cause no one wants to do the dirty work, (Pizza Making). My girl managed to get someone else, but that someone else is now trying to back out of it. My boss won't cover for it; therefore, they're trying to get me in. Sadly I was searching for Fish fry and my last resort was the store, but I put my excuse in and told them I'm cooking ^__^ I swear if I get fussed at, it's days there are OVER! And Dad is behind me on that issue :) Cause they're walking on me now.

Messing Around =\

Rawr man. RAWR. I stayed up til 2 in the morning working on my essay. Got to class to find out it's due online and the deadline is midnight tonight. Least I got it done... I just lost sleep over it -___-

Then I found out today that the school is saying I owe 600 for tuition and my brother owes the full 900 tuition. That means that our ACT scholarship isn't anywhere to be seen, and that means they took 300 out of my other scholarship and put it towards my tuition. Can they do that? Shouldn't I have a choice of what my scholarship gets used for? And also, that scholarship was suppose to be 500 bucks... what happened to the other 200? So confuzzled. I tried to find what was going down, but the financial aid office sent us across the whole campus to the Business Office, and then they wanted us to go back across the whole campus to the financial aid office again. Yeah, I'll deal with it some more tomorrow.

Otherwise, my throat kills. My legs ache so badly from Karate kicks Tuesday. I'm sleepy. I want off Labor Day so I can go shopping. I'm hungry... I want a hotdog uber badly.

Ugh

Well after staying up til one in the morning, I did very well on my first Psychology test. I think I only missed one problem which was a discussion question. The Spanish test was uber also. On the other hand, the Biology test caught me offguard. I thought it was gonna be easy! It was difficult cause he's one of those teachers who have alot of those 'all of these answers' or 'none of these' as choices in a majority of the questions. I haaaaaate that!! So I don't think I did so hot on that test -____- Probably a 'C'...

Now I got to concentrate on my essay. I got one source for sure. I'm thinking to interview my friend for another position on the issue (Religion in Schools). I emailed my teacher asking her if I could just do three interviews of three seperate people, but she hasn't replied, which probably explains why she cancelled my brother's English Comp I class today. I hope it's cancelled tomorrow... probably won't be though. My luck. I asked my brother to help cover my shift at work, but he's turning into an ass and he told me he doesn't want to work today, like really really don't want to. I was like "Dude, who ever wants to work?! I feel like that everyday!!" But I just gave up and gave him the cold shoulder. Plus, I'll make him regret it tomorrow during Karate.
Speaking of work, my dad is making me cut my hours down by taking three days during the weekdays off in order to concentrate on studies. It worries me because we're gonna need the money as soon as I drop the hours. It's good cause then it'll hopefully cut down on my stress ALOT and I don't have to deal with the idiots at work every night now.

Anyways, I should get rolling. I'll probably end up staying up til 2 in the morning for this essay, that is I don't shoot myself in the head before then from brain combustion. Meh

BUSY STUFFS

I'm gonna try to update daily, almost daily with shorter posts. It helps me remember things I want to cover.

I have three tests tomorrow. Spanish, Biology, and Psychology, Psychology being the damn hardest. There's a "Grade Aid Study Guide" for each chapter on Black Board, the first chapter was 20 pages long -____- The other chapter we're testing on is 32 pages long. Yeaaaah. I hope I pass with a decent grade at least. Spanish and Biology shouldn't be a problem. The only thing I hate is that I got an Exploratory paper due Thursday for English Comp II. Ugh. Think I may take tomorrow off to work on it though, depending how much gets done today, which probably won't be a lot considering how easy I get distracted.

That gives me.... about an hour and a half before Karate to work on my paper. I should set myself a goal =\

hsfjkqwendsdkjhedkj This paper is ticking me off. Mainly cause I suck at organizing my thoughts and then my dad is plucking at his guitar strings which makes me wanna grab the fucker and toss it out a window.

Who wants to write a paper on religion in school for me?

I totally bombed my Biology Lab I test today. Tonight is gonna be smitch at work once again because they have a football game tonight. It's either football or church I swear.

For Karate, we're organizing a way to make alot of money so we can all go to the huge HanMuDo Seminar in Baton Rouge, then if we have extra we get to take an awesome club field trip somewhere! Right now, the biggest idea was a Shrimp boil which hits big bucks in the South. Yummy too :) I was thinking of a cool Asian festival maybe... stupid idea, yes?
