Short and pointless...I only have 15 minutes.
Today’s OCRemix: None, because I can't download remixes in Portugal, silly.

Rules of Travel
by Wondershot

1. An afternoon flight is, all things considered, a mistake. you must get up at some ungodly hour of the morning, only to arrive some 3 or 4 hours early, then have zero to do.

2. Even the "express lines" for business/first class are slow. Nobody showed up there for over an hour and a half.

3. Airport food will shorten your lifespan, and leave you wondering just how much of it was really what they claimed it to be.

4. Almost anything at an airport can inspire a story. (Solo might know what I'm talking about).

5. In Quebec, flights aren't "delays", they are "retards".

6. Security in Canada rocks...or maybe more of a lack thereof.

7. There is no such thing as too much sleep. Sleep for a few hours in the car, a few hours while you wait for your "retarded" flight, a few hours while you fly, and a few more hours when you arrive at your destination.

8. Your body clock is a hard thing to "rewind", since you can fall asleep at any hour, and then when you wake up, fail to sleep at the right time.

9. It's fun to gamble on arrival/reparture times during your travels, since a "retarded" flight can be fun to bet on. (In Quebec, I estimate 5/13 flights are actually on time.)

10. Whatever you bring, if it can't be battery powered, then it probably won't do much good.

11. Nothing will test your sanity more than sleeping in a hotel room with snoring parents, who seem to have that little "filter" knob in their brains that tells them to get louder as the night wears on.

12. Internet is harder to come by then you might think, so do your best to fulfill your online requirements before you have to go on vacation.

13. Finally, there are three things that no traveler can be without:

Breath mints, batteries, and whatever excuses they can come up with (for a variety of scenarios).

Short, and utterly pointless.

I only get online for 30 minutes a pop, so everyone take care in my abscence.

And keep those RPGs going, too.
