Today I was reminded of something that I had forgot:

Everything happens for a reason.
I know it sounds completely cliche, but all cliches have an element of truth in them, and this one is no different.

That misery you felt or are feeling? The daily struggle just to drag yourself out of bed in the morning? It has a purpose. It all has a purpose.

And I know you guys aren't really up for any Jesus talk, but here's the thing: I've been keeping quiet about Him for far too long and I love Him. I'm not gonna hide Him in my pocket like a dirty secret anymore.
I want to bring you all to Him and I want you all to realize that you are not just amazing or adequate, you are SACRED, you are loved forever and ever, til the end of time and beyond.
Yeah, I know you can live without Him, but see it's not enough to just live anymore--I want you all to thrive.
I want you all to recognize the beauty in yourself and in everyone around you.

Because I know you all just want to be happy, but you deserve more than mere complacency. You deserve to be so blithe, so joyful, so passionately enthralled that you set the world on fire.
