I'm nearly done with my new layout for homepage here on MyO... should be up sometime within the next few days... I finished the new layout (8/19/08). It took me about a week. (I apologize to Internet Explorer 6 and Mac Safari users... I'm working on it... T-T) I'm really really proud of it, and shall now proceed to fill your ears with volumes of bragging. ^___^ From the coding perspective, this is by 1000x my most advanced layout yet, save the website I created for my summer job. Look, the old MyO comments are back! This is because I've learned how to manipulate existing content, as well to automatically generate new stuff more to my liking. ^____________^ Wonderful, ne? I started to learn a new language this summer. But I'm still on a sentence-by-sentence level. I can't write paragraphs, or worse, pages! XD Yeah... I think computers make me a bit too excited. The only thing truly left for me to is to create some nice themes, since I don't want to be in solid colors forever (also, if I can't get this one to work, some of the new themes will be compatible with IE6/Safari)
Man, I miss this place. Although I really can't keep up with any form of social life, I'm still oddly attached to this place. ^^" You know, I first joined this website in 7th grade? I'll be starting my senior year of high school come September. (And I still have to write that d***ed college application essay) Crazy how time flies, isn't it?
So... what's happened since I last posted? Well, my birthday passed. School ended. I got my first boyfriend (parents don't approve T-T). I got my first paid job redesigning a local website. Looked up college information but procrastinated all writing. XD My father bought a house. My mother bought a bigger apartment. Have yet to move into either. My summer job ends this friday. Mother's birthday is next week. School starts again the week after. I forgot to sign up for my senior photo, and my AP test scores still haven't arrived in the mail (I've given up waiting, I'll ask my guidance councelor when school starts). So much has happened in the past few months, I rather wonder where all this time goes?
