Well, in my two (or three?) weeks of absence I finally have some time to at least update you guys on what's going on. Usually I don't care but for this journal I respectfully ask that if you watch me, you read this journal. The school year didn't really start off on a good note I got kicked out of my physics class for not having the right math, I talk with my advisor and he says if you don't have the prerequisite it's up to the professor and that he used to teach physics. I tell the professor that and she's like "it's only up to me if the issue is overcrowding" and then the physics department head (who started it all by randomly walking in and looking at transcripts) who didn't even bother to hear why I was allowed to take it anyway or anything they just assume they have the power to do so and kicked me out. But now I have an easier schedule, three day weekends are back AND I have one class on Wednesdays. I now take History Of Modern Art instead of physics (which personally I think fits better with what I'm doing instead of physics) That's the abridged version of what's happened by the way. Something happened just today that has taken precedence in this post.
...My grandmother has died, cancer was the culprit. I had a long day today due to school (Tuesdays I go from 8:30 to 4) and during school I was thinking "wow today is really pleasant it's so weird, I feel good and none of my classes were full of work, matter of fact it was all just lectures, I don't like it usually a good day like this is punctuated with something bad" and lo and behold on my way home I learn of my grandmother's death. First comes disbelief then it starts to sink in, then I start to cry silently. I haven't even seen her in four years, I never got to say goodbye. I feel so many regrets. My next art will be in dedication to her and this journal is in dedication to her as well. The title of the journal is Gaelic for "I love you" my grandmother's side of the family is where I get my Irish from which I didn't even know about until I was 16. Though I should've expected something with her natural red hair and everyone else on the other sides of the family being Puerto Rican and having either brown or black hair. Did you know?
I've actually been drawing... a lot. Why aren't they up yet? Well, I'm coloring a whole bunch of them in and I won't put them up until most of them are colored! (I wish I had photoshop... and a Mac)
Other than that no news. I don't think I'll be able to get Batman Arkham Asylum until like next month and I don't go back to school until September 8th, yay second year of college!

But I'm so flipping impatient! :p If you haven't read my theO well I mentioned my freewebs site, which by the way I put a banner for just now, and how I would like to see people sign up just to see how it works and so far I have 6 members (including myself)! ^__^ Granted 2 of them are my ma and pa but still 3 other people joined! I'll be honest even that was more than I expected. XD
Some cool stuff, I have added forums to my site. So I have categories and all for the members to chat in. My site is kinda like facebook but cooler so I invite anybody to join it. You can even put up your own pictures and make your own album. Red Kie did right beside my own album.

So lately I've been playing demos. Of note is the demo for the upcoming Batman game, Batman Arkham Asylum. I must say that it's.... SICK! :) I mean it's really cool. Hearing the old voices from the animated series in the 90s in the game was cool. Plus the gameplay is solid a big sigh of relief when I played and it was actually responsive. I definitely want to get this when it comes out later this month but I already bought my game for this month. It hasn't even come out for PS3 yet, yep I reserved Marvel Vs Capcom 2. The PS3 version is the only one you can reserve it because it comes with extras that are exclusive to the PS3.
I also played UFC Undisputed (finally) heh, I actually like it. Though I have to say it has quite the learning curve I got knocked out a couple of times before getting the hang of it and scoring a knockout myself with a Muay Thai knee (kao loi to us Thai boxers)
Hmm, I also played Naruto Ninja Council 4 for the DS it's basically in the Shipuden storyline now. Wow... was that one kinda lame. It's a demo of course so I can't say for sure that it's going to be bad but yeah... pretty boring game. Another game like it but 20 times better is Dragon Ball Advanced Adventure for the GBA. It's surprisingly good it's like an old school arcade platformer.
Hmm, what else? Well, I still have plenty of time before going to school again. I don't start until September 8th. Well, even then I'm alright I only have ONE class on Fridays so it's cool. Though last year was better when I had NO class on Fridays but still just one is still pretty sweet. ^^
So, I'm just posting for some news. Seems I'm getting my Dragon Ball fandom back. I was reading two Dragon Ball fan manga. One is about multiple Dragon Ball universes. Where the above banner links you to, and I was reading one about Yamcha where it tells about his adventures and what not after the Cell games and before the Buu saga.

First off let me just say THANK YOU to everyone who wished me a happy birthday and/or sent me a gift as well. I was honestly touched by that. I got a whole mess of pms and comments and I was honestly floored. Didn't know I was still respected around here. O_O ^_____________^ I love all you guys.

Copy & paste...
Yesterday was a good day. That animation I was a voice in was completed and put up today!

If you're put off by the fact she's naked even though she's still sort of censored then don't watch. But yeah I'm a voice there and I quite like it! I voice the Umbrella Man and I thought it was pretty cool hearing me coming out of one of the main characters in the animation. (There were a lot of characters) I also voiced a random person on the street. Saying "holy crap is she naked?" XD
Another point that made it good. KING OF FIGHTERS 12! Yes, I got it today! I didn't even know it came out today! Then I learned that GameStop got it earlier than everyone else for those who reserved a copy. No one reserved a copy (I think) so they put it up for sale with the other games. ^__^ I bought it IMMEDIATELY.
