Nationalities and Origami
We learned how to say some of the major nationalities in class today.

Konichiwa, watashi amerika-jin desu.

We also did an origami paper crane, which, as it turns out, is hard as hell to make. Mine looks like it's about to attempt to join the X-Men but fail because Cerebral Palsy isn't exactly a condition that can fight crime (no offense, I know about cerebral palsy and it's serious. I just mean to say that my crane seriously DOES look like it has cerebral palsy, not to make fun of people). Oh well. At some point we're going to get to watch anime and I'm doing well... Or so I'm told by Tokae-sensei, who actually IS from Japan. Now I have to go match kanjis without their romaji translations under them... *sigh* this is going to take a while.

BUT IT IS TEH WORTH IT!
