Retainer...
I HATE MY RETAINER. I have to wear it 24/7 again because I've been neglecting it, like you should. The hell with orthodontics. But I guess I have to if I don't want to have a crossbite. This thing's painful as hell for the first couple of days. I'm taking Tylenol to numb the pain but it's still there.

FOR THE LOVE OF GOD, IF YOU CAN HEAR ME, SMACK MY ORTHODONTIST UPSIDE THE HEAD.
