Harassed, Hurried, and Hassled, OH JOY!!
HEY EVERYONE!!
*Fumes loudly, hotly, and lengthy* MY GOD!!! Mothers just dont know when to quit! The everlasting war of Mom vs. Teenage Daughter is raging on in my household and my poor Dad's the referree while the roach that is my little brother sides with Mummy. Every night now Mom's come home from school and bitched up a storm and her favorite topic seems to be putting me down and making me feel like I'm an inch high...seriously people! You can mess your kid up by making him/her that the parent thinks that there's something screwy in the kid's head. My Mom really crossed the line when she told me that she couldnt understand why I wasnt like my little brother who is 'perfect'. He's in the band, gets good grades in math (even tho he cant spell to save his life), gets along with everyone at the school, and interested in politics. Well I'm not! Frankly I could care less about America but what really ticked me off was when she said 'Thank GOD ALMIGHTY that you werent born in some third world country that's dominated by men and with a black skin!' I was like OO CHRIST ALMIGHTY that's racist!!! >< *flips mom the bird* GAAAHHHH that woman knows how to grate on my nerves...bloody hell my life's at an all time low at the moment.
Anyway, like my background? Yes, it's sad to say but I (even after all these years) still very much love the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles...I'm working on collecting the newer series on DVD and I bought the one with the first five original episodes too. I just cant wait till March 2005 b/c the company that did the original's gonna release more of it. And naturally I'll collect the remake 'till it's all complete...I just hate having gaps in the pictures that the dvds make when they're placed side by side. This show is one of THE best things that ever hit TV in America in my most humble opinion. Leonardo's always been my favorite but they're all just so adorable and I just love em all. ^^ I just wish that the Otaku site had a 'Stretch' in the background feature...I dun like it repeating like that so we only get to see a veiw of Donatello's lovely leg as you read this...DANGIT!!
So sorry I havent updated this thing in forever everyone. Life's been uber stressful right now and it DOESNT help that my mom and dad think I'm all screwed up in the head because I like cartoons...GEEZ whats wrong with cartoons!? It's better then booze and drugs and cigarettes, isnt it? Now that I have my laptop back I should be updating regularly now. OH HOW I MISSED YOU GREGG!! (Gregg is the name of my laptop...yes I name my appliances that I use on an hourly basis, I cant help it. Lol, besides it's fun!)
I CANT WAIT I CANT WAIT! ALEXANDER COMES OUT TOMORROW!! *squeals* URGHHH I LOVE those ancient history movies...I went to see Troy in the theatres four times!! Sad, no? Oh well I work in a theatre so its not like I paid for it.
I am SO excited for this coming tuesday...my friends, Naddie, Nekki, A-man and I are going to get our book series copyrighted to our name. FINALLY AT LONG LAST! We'll be able to openly talk about it and no one can steal the plot! Nothing annoys me more then that...so I'm very happy about that.
Mom just got home guys so I gotta spit. I'll be around and dont hesitate to IM me! I love talking to people! ^~
Have fun!!

Off the walls estatic here!!
Good morrow everyone!! I just came out of the Renaissance Faire of PA and that was a blast. I spent two days there with my mom. It was a 'mother-daughter bond' kinda gig. Sure I was a little depressed that my friends couldnt come with me instead but oh well at least I got there. The Faire itself was decent...the food prices were outrageous along with some of the merchendise but all in all everything was pretty fair in the $$$ terms. I found my halloween costume there, spent about a hundred fifty dollars more then I wanted to but hell it was worth it. There's a black lace slip under a white chimise and a reversable corset with a black and violet side to it. I'm EXTREMELY happy with it, I'll stick a picture up on here as soon as I break out my digital cam at home. The people there were a little...well it wasnt what I would have liked to see. I was expecting that everyone would be like 'merry olde England' and polite...a lot of people were really rude! I nearly slapped this one guy for the comment he made but oh well...I took pictures of all the guys that I thought were attractive..got a pirate (he was my favorite), Jack Sparrow, three Scottish boys, the pickle vendor, and the boy at the front gate. Oh well it was the hormones going. The best one was when I grabbed the picture of the Scottsmen. To get thier attention I called out in my Irish accent 'Oy! Ye lads with the long wavy hair an' the tight arses smile for me so I can git ye picture!' My mom was horrified but the guys laughed and let me take it!! The stuff that they had to sell there was cool too. I got a pirate mug that says 'Pick your Poison' on the front under a Jolly Rodger, two head bandannas with the skulls and crossbones, and a cool looking stone dragon candle holder. I was really pissed off at myself because I had seen a different vendor selling the COOLEST inscense burner I have ever seen. It was a stone dragon's head with a red jewel for the eye. You put the oil inside of it and the smoke would come out of its nostrils and mouth it was SPIFFY! AND SOMEBODY BOUGHT IT BEFORE I COULD GET BACK TO THE STAND!! I was PISSED. >< What the most outrageous thing was these particular vendors tho. This guy and his family were selling these adorable dragon puppets that could nod/shake thier heads, breath, wiggle thier bums and flap thier wings. They were the most BEAUTIFUL puppets ever and I was wiling to lay down 85$ for one if it came down to it, thats how nice they were. The problem was that not only did this guy have ten salespeople harassing you about them but there werent any pricetags on the puppets. That's because that the prices actually varied by how the salespeople judged you. One look at my dress and my mom's wedding ring said 'Rich People' and UP UP UP went the prices. It was OBSCENE for the good ones they were asking 260 $ when the day before (when I was in my normal clothes) it was 85 $ for the largest ones. The one that I wanted had originally been 45...when I went to buy it it was a hundred and fifty. So naturally I didnt buy it and that really did make me upset because they were just WONDERFUL puppets. Oh well I'll have to find something else...
Urrghhh this corset's murder...
Anyhoo, I'm getting carsick right now b/c I'm on the way home using my wireless internet chip in the car and MAN am I quesy...I'll talk to everyone again real soon so have fun, live life, and all that jazz!!

Happy 'n Hyper
Just like the subject says...
I'M HYPER AS HELL RIGHT NOW!!
Blame the chocolate chip cookies I had at lunch today, that sugary stuff always sets me off 'till the wee hours of dawn no matter when I have it. Oh well...
School was just plain shit...again...oh well, I gaurentee (sorry I killed the spelling) that within an hour or so from graduating from that hell hole called Notre Dame Catholic High I shall be on a jet flying o'er to Japan to fulfill my dream of being a manga artist. Yes, not only am I the least patriotic American on the face of the planet but I'm also have the least sense of school-spirit. ^^0 Guess that happens when there's only five other anime fans in the place I mean COME ON wtf...
Good things that happened today was that I went to the drama club that's run at my old school...and I got APPLAUSE for showing up! Lol, one of the directers that works at the theatre with me was talking about the noobies and saw me and was like 'And look, we even have a Notre Dame person here!!' It was cool! I thought I was gonna be arrested for trespassing on the school property 'cause I dont go there anymore.
Now that I'm more edumacated (Easton PA's term for 'educated') in the ways of 'Otaku workings' I'm gonna put up some picks and hope to god that I've got my pathetic knowledge of HTML correct. Since I've been on a MAJOR Saiyuki Binge (Thank KougaijiLover...I got her hooked on that series when I pirated the manga offline...Now she's a phanatic right with me. ^^0 and one other thought...EVERYONE GET SOME RESPECT TO THE WONDERFUL PEOPLE WHO PUT SO MUCH EFFORT INTO TRANSLATING AND SCANNING ENTIRE SERIES FOR US FANS!!) Alright, now that's outta my system...
Well I hope everyone's gonna enjoy the mini gallery I'll put up. And if I got this right then I'll be putting a little series of pictures I like that I'm going to call 'Pic of the Post'.
And today's Pic of the Post is...*drumroll as she reaches into a large violet vase with the words 'Bishoujen Rule' written on it*
The sexy lead cast of Saiyuki...ON GLASS COASTERS!! I'd KILL to get my little paws on a set of those! Lol, the look on my face when I saw them...I was like 'HOLY SHIT they MAKE those?! I gotta get me a set!!' ^^0
Alright, I'm gonna go mess around with my Site layout for a few minutes...I'll let you guys know if it works out either way. Till then!!
~ Bonny Fyfa ~
Alright I'm back and with a brand new layout up and running! Mind you people it took an hour and forty five minutes to do b/c I had to find the PERFECT picture that was big enough and didnt look screwy/tiled. Hope everyone enjoys it. Like the 'Pic of the Post' I'll have a 'Layout of the Craze' gig, which is when I format the layout of my site to suit my anime mood...since it changes as often as the weather does. ^^
Have fun, live life, and all that jazz!

I'm a little hyper...
Hello everyone!! *bows to all* What's up, whats new? Give me the news, good and bad but gemme the bad news first so I can comfort those with bad news and be happy when the good news is heard. YEEAAAHHH I'm just a tiny bit hyper today but thats ok!
I just realized that I've been declaring myself a hardcore anime fan and that I like a bunch of series but I've never listed the ones I have, the ones I own, and all that jazz. Well I might as well run through the list... brace yourselves, its gonna be long...lol
Note: Anything with a *** next to it is something that I own. Anything with a TT next to it means that I own some of the series but not all of it and there are dvds I'm looking to add to my collection as the paychecks come in. If there's nothing beside the name it means that I've seen at least one episode and printed a few pictures but am not planning to look much further into it. And yes, the series are in alphabetical order. ^~
--Ah! My Goddess
--Angel Sanctuary: Pirated the manga
--Bakuretsu Hunters: TT
--Chobits: Have three of the mangas
--Clover: ***
--Cowboy Bebop: TT
--Count Caine: Pirated it ***
--Dragon Ball series: *** From Mirai Trunks to the end of Cell sagas
--Dragon Knights: *** all books that are out waiting for vol 16
--Fruits Basket: TT
--Fushigi Yuugi: ***/TT. Have a friend who owns it/shares with me
--Gravitation: TT
--Full Metal Panic: ***/TT. Own a Dvd but a friend has all of it so she shares with me
--Gundam Wing: TT
--Hellsing TT
--Kyuuketsu Yuugi: *** Love that manga!! Vols 1-8 except 3 and 4
--Kiss Me Kill Me: TT
--Inuyasha: TT
--Magic Knight Rayearth
--One Piece: ADORABLE!! *** Vols 1-4 in manga
--Saiyuki: *** A PERSONAL FAVORITE!! Pirated the manga then bought the dvds...pathetic, no?
--Rurouni Kenshin
--Trigun: Thank KougaijiLover for my addiction...
--Yu Gi Oh: *** (EBAY MAN!!)
--Yu Yu Hakusho: *** I have the Dark Tournament and Chapter Black that's been out on the shleves so far. Another personal favorite
PHEW!!! I think that's it...I may add more in the future, if I missed any/get into any more. Lol, when I say obsessed, I mean OBSESSED!! I spend just about every paycheck I get collecting this stuff, it's ridiculous but hell I love having a very extensive library of anime/manga/animation. Dont even get me started on the Disney movies...lol
Anyhoo, I'm gonna go off to figure out how to submit some wallpapers...hopefully I'll report back sometime later tonight but if I dont, many apologies!! *bows* Ta ta everyone!!

'Nother long and boring day
Hey once again everyone! *waves and bows to all* How's life coming, everything good and everyone safe? Hope so, 'cause I get really upset when my precious readers/friends are sad/didnt have a good day. So yes I do hope that everyone had a good day...I need the lyrics to that wonky song 'Its gonna be a great day', you know, the one that goes 'My car was stolen...HAHA it has no breaks! It's gonna be a great day...'. That one! ^^0
Anyway as of the minute I'm in a full fledged Saiyuki craze all thanks to KougaijiLover for passing me the pictures of that DISHY blonde haired gent Genjo Sanzo. I'm obsessed with that series man, I pirated the first six manga books off the internet and bought the first seven DVDs of the series...very sad yes but then again I collect every series that I like on vhs/dvd. Cant help it. Besides, one day I wanna be the Mom that's got all the good, classical cartoons/movies and the grandma that's got EVERYTHING.
Well I took a Saiyuki quiz, one of those 'Which gent is meant for you' kinda gig...took it twice, same results. WHOO HOO Genjo is so flippin' cute no? ^^
Once again I'm sorry that this post is so short but it's bed time for me right now. I'm SOOO sorry I dont have the next part to A Funky Thing Happened on All Hollow's Eve (Check the first or second post for the starters, well worth it I promise!!) yet. I've been busy busy busy lately. Again, so sorry for such an early departure, hopefully a nice long one'll be soon.
Ta Ta, live life, have fun, and all that jazz!!

I'm TIERED but happy...
Hey All, one very sleepy Bonny Fyfa here for a quickie drop-in post. I'm very happy at the moment because although the day was very crappy (I'll vent in the next post...) it was wonderful 'cause my friends came over and had dinner with me. It was so funny, we rewrote the song 'The Twelve Days of Christmas' fit the horrible things that occur at our school "FIIIVE FIGHTS AT LUNCH!!" ROTFL!! It was HALARIOUS!! And I took a quiz. A "What Kind of Disney Fan are you?" kinda fling, basically telling you how obsessed you are with Disney. Getting my quiz results back were a riot because I'm just sitting there whizzing through this thing...it's sad yes, I still have those movies memorized...but hey, I love 'em what can I say? I got 'Disney Fan Elite'. WHOOO!!
Well I'm falling asleep in my seat..good night all, have pleasant dreams and have fun!

Just another day...
Hey everyone!! *waves and bows* What's up, give me the good news and give me the bad news and how-dee-do? Hope everyone's day went well...this is Otaku Posting No. Two and KougaijiLover has taught me how to put quiz results and pictures up! ^.^ WHOOO!! She was also kind enough to resize my picture for me 'cause she has editing programs on her computer...my family's still getting photoshop and all that technical stuff. Yay!! Hopefully a scanner will be next because I'd like to put some of my art up too.
I did say that I write, yes? Well here's the start of my 'tribute to Halloween' thing that I usually write annually. Mind you, when I write I see everything anime-style so I use anime terms like sweatdropping, vein popping, ect. ect. Again, I'm HOPING AND PRAYING for a scanner so that I can stick some of my fanart/original pieces up. Since I don’t have a website that I can post my stories up in, I’m stuck using the Otaku account. Hopefully I’ll have one soon but till then I hope people don’t mind…it is an ORIGINAL so ALL characters are copyright to me so PLEASE no stealing…I hate that so much, in fanfic, fanart, and original pieces. And if someone does copy…I shall find you…ask KougaijiLover what happened to the last chick who stole my ideas *laughs wickedly*
A final note is to please bear in mind that the names are NOT all Japanese. Some of them are Scottish and I tried to pick names that I’ll be able to put into Kanji but just a note for the sticklers. Please forgive spelling mistakes, run-ons, and all that jazz with the grammar, both English and Japanese. And the locations are something I have to apologize for too…I’ve never been to Japan (yet) so I don’t know how the cities are, I just call them as I imagine them. Places DO NOT necessarily exist so I take NO responsibility for any inaccurate info that may be spread from this. This’ll be my first manga one day…and a shoujo one most likely. ^^0. Rated PG-15 for lingo, horror elements, and all that jazz.

~ Chapter One: At it Again ~
Part I
“This is UNACCEPTABLE!!”
Principle Iwakami shouted, slamming his fist loudly into the nearest thing (which was a classroom’s door) upon seeing the condition of the corridor. This was the third one that he had seen today. Moriyama High was renowned in the little city of Niigata, Japan for its orderly set up and day-to-day schedule. Iwakami had been the principal there for 18 long years and never ONCE had he seen something so…bawdy done to his school, it was boarding personal insult.
Normally the entire school would be sparkling clean and neat…nothing would be out of place or flawed in any way. Despite keeping it in such conditions was difficult, Iwakami prided himself on the Janitor Crew (even paid them more then he did the teachers) for working so hard. Moriyama was a fairly large school with three stories and sophisticated sports and academics programs. The lawns were kept mowed, the hedges trimmed, and the exterior of the building scrubbed weekly and repainted annually. Littering was penalized with a week’s worth of detentions and higher degrees of vandalism were dealt with according to the amount of damage. The last time punks had dared to destroy school property was 8 years ago. The gang had spray-painted the school’s dumpsters (some students could have sworn that people could eat out of them, they were so clean) with some phony doodles. They had paid for it by spending a month’s worth of detentions scrubbing it all off with toothbrushes. But this was simply BEYOND Iwakami’s wildest dreams.
And he had an idea of just who had done this.
So far, Iwakami had been to the three main corridors of each story and found different horrors for each one. He had seen the floor level when he had came in that morning. The normally sparkling tiles of the wall were covered with the sticky pale orange innards of pumpkins laced with seeds and the floor was covered with the shells of hollowed fruits. And the smell was more then a little appalling…it was enough to make an elephant lay down to die. Iwakami was familiar with every form of prank tools and methods and there were multiple remains stink bombs that had burned all of the previous night. After getting over the shock of the first floor, not daring to look what had been done to the classrooms, the aging principal had ventured up to the second floor and nearly passed out at the site. The culprits had covered the windows with pitch black material, blocking any daylight that would come in and replaced every one of the light-bulbs in the walkway with a black light. Then the walls had been covered with graffiti of typical Halloween trademarks like spiders and cats along with some vulgar and ridiculous poems relating to the horrid American subject. The doodles had been made with various Glow-In-The-Dark glues and gels, causing the cheesy lights to highlight the marks. But nothing could have prepared Iwakami for what had been set up on the third story. The floors were littered with dirt and leaves and there were several phony graves set up around the halls inscribed with horrible limericks like “Here lies the body of my dear kitty Flyer, lived a great life ‘till he slept in the dryer’. On the walls the culprits had painted the words ‘Happy Halloween Mr. Iwakami and Staff’ in large red letters all the way down the hall and from the ceiling draped a wonder. Amid the masses of toilet paper and bogus spider web were dummies of the stricter teachers of the school, including one of himself and Mrs. Hirobe along with a plague of beetles, worms, rodents, even a black cat!!
Iwakami turned on his heel to return to his office. He only ended up stepping in something that he suspected was dog crap that had been painted white. Nearby was a sign made of cardboard that said ‘Ghost Droppings’.
::: When I get a hold of the one responsible::: He thought maliciously, as a large blue vein popped on the back of his shiny, balding head.
Unfortunately people I have to leave you hanging here. It’s 10 at night here and my bedtime’s rapidly approaching. It’s Thursday so I do have school…I’m sorry, hopefully I’ll have the next tidbit up soon and I hope you guys enjoyed it!
Till next time!!

Noobie Alert....- -0
Hello all! Bonny Fyfa here and this is my first post so I might as well make it contain all of the basics that a first post typically has. You know, with the favorites and junk that everyone loves/hates to read about a person. But enough of my ramble and I might as well hop to it.
Right now I'm laying on my bed typing away at my laptop, since I'm not allowed on the family computer anymore. See I have this little habit of downloading anime music videos, (music videos made by fans with footage from tv-shows for those who dont know. If you want to see how wonderful they are, sign up for them free at www.animemusicvideos.org) going on mass printing sprees, and otherwise collecting viruses that ruined three desktops I was banned from the home computer. But that's alright, I like having my laptop better because I'm the only one that can get on it and I dont have to worry about anyone yelling at me for my background, downloads, ect. ect.
Well since this is a get-to-know-me entry, might as well make it an extension to the interests/expertise. I'll go down my lists of favorite interests and hobbies.
First and foremost is anime/manga! I've been into cartoons since I was a wee babe. Disney movies were the greatest. Beauty and the Beast was my first movie ever and it still is my ultimate all time favorite...right beside The Little Mermaid. I had the dolls, the books, the beachtowels, the pajamas, the poster, the puppets, everything. Hell my bedroom furniture was the Beauty and the Beast set! I still have it! The canopy bed, the vanity table, the curtains, the dresser, bedside table, the comforter, and the sheet pillows. I coulding find the carpet though --0 Lol. Although I dont use the bedding/canopy anymore, they're still tucked away in my closet in a special box there. So to summarize, cartoons have been a fascination since I was very small. The Disney Princesses were my heros. (Do I need to say that Belle was my ultimate idol? lol) I started watching Anime when I began watching Sailor Moon, but I guess I was a tomboy with my 'toon preferences because I loved the ones that were geared towards the boys. Detective Tin-Tin was a show that I HAD to watch every day. If I missed it I either cried or made my Dad tape it for me. The same thing happened with the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. I was/still am a big fan of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles (Donatello and Leonardo are my favorites), Batman and Robin, and Sonic the Hedgehog. Not to say that I hated the pretty girly cartoons, I was crazy about Sky Dancers, My Little Pony, and Papa Beaver's Story Time. The Muppet Show and Muppets Tonight were also very special to me. As my family moved every three years or so due to my father's job (he's a Senior Mangaer at Federal Express...FUCK UPS ) I eventually got to know many of the animes that are played in the USA today during my three-year stay in Italy. I watched Rossana (Kodoca no Omucha), Dragon Ball/Z, Deltanious, (the very FIRST season of the Gundam Wing legend) Cowboy Bepop, Sailor Moon, Pokemon, and many others without really knowing just what they were. When I moved to Easton PA, I saw an old favorite of mine in English for the first time: Dragon Ball Z. I guess that was when I recieved my jump start. Since my Dragon Ball Z obsession has died down, (although I think I'll always be a fan of it...I still gawk at the T-shirts, posters, and other merchendise out there, hell even my locker keychain as Mirai Trunks on it) Whenever I 'go thru' a series it means that I either buy the entire series on DVDs/VHSs or at least one season of it. I went through Gundam Wing, (with Hiiro, Duo, Quatre, Trowa, and Wufei), all three Fushigi Yugi series, Yu-Gi-Oh! (another DBZ-ish fandom), Yu-Yu-Hakusho, (still am in full swing with that one) Weiss Kruez, Inuyasha, and just about all of the majorly popular ones in the USA today. I recently bought the series known as Pretear and loved it and I started collecting the Yu Yu Hakusho dvds of Chapter Black. O'er the summer I saw all of Trigun when a friend bought the box set for her b-day and we stayed up all night watching them. We had so much fun...So I guess the bottom line is of this rambling section right now is that I'M A BIG CARTOON FAN!! YEAH, ANIME/MANGA MAKES THE WORLD GO 'ROUND!!
The other mega-obsession I have is the Fantasy, Renaissance, Medieval, and all that jazz. I have a HUGE fascination with those eras/genres. Im majorly into rapiers and corsets. ^^ British Literature is my favorite class, even if the teacher isnt very nice...
Next comes my hobbies: Its drawing and writing. Ask any of my classmates...along with taking notes I'll constantly be either writing/laying out a piece of fanfiction or orginal stories under my schoolwork. I cant help it...good thing the only one who's ever really caught me at it is my math teacher, Sister Thomasina and needless to say I stopped doing it in her class anyways. I never do it with my British Literature/Chemistry teachers and I cant do it in art because Sister Maryanne is kinda a stickler about le rules. But yes, I can draw, that is a talent and I have no shame in admitting it/declaring that I'm skilled in it. Oh well...writing is another hobby I practice constantly. I've produced so much fanfiction I cant even keep track of it anymore and so far my best friends and I have produced four or five epics that I'll eventually turn into mangas one day in the future.
Scholastics: English is a favorite subject of mine needless to say. I'm definately one of those kids that SUCKS at math and isnt the best but gets by in Biology but exceeds in History and English. European History is definately a biggie for me. Like I said, I have a fascination with the Greeks, Romans, and the Middle Ages to the Enlightenment period. And I love learning about criminals and what not, dont ask why. Jack the Ripper and the Zodiac Killer fascinate me the most. Maybe that's just a sorta-sick twist in my mind but I'd LOVE to know just what went wrong in these guys' heads and thier modevations. I plan to go to college for at least four years. I may not be an honor student but I love school and college is something I'm looking forward to.
Books: Shakespeare!! Shakespeare!! Shakespeare!! Romeo and Juliet, Hamlet, the Henrys, A Comedy of Errors, A Midsummer Nights Dreams, the Sonnets, SHAKESPEARE ROCKS!!!! Cant get enough of the guy. He recieves No. 1 Gold Metal in my opinion. The man who gets the Silver is Alexandre Dumas, who wrote the famous stories of D'Artangon, Athos, Porthos, and Aramis in The Three Musketeers. He also wrote Twenty Years After, The Man in the Iron Mask, and the Count of Monte Cristo. I'm a huge fan of all of his works.
Movies: Well obviously from my book loves, the corresponding movies are my favorites. The Musketeer, The Three Musketeers, The Man in the Iron Mask, The Count of Monte Cristo, I own em all and know them like the back of my hand. All of them were very well done in my opinion even if they werent very faithful to the books. I'm a HUGE fan of the movies where the men are in poet blouses, the women are in corsets and the main weapons are either pistols or rapier swords. Any of the Robin Hood movies, An Interveiw with a Vampire, and The Mask of Zorro are films I highly reccomend to anyone. And any sane girl is a huge fan of Pirates of the Caribbean: The Curse of the Black Pearl and the Lord of the Rings Trilogy. Other favorites of mine are Finding Nemo, Troy, The Secret Window, Lorna Doone, Fiddler on the Roof, The Nightmare Before Christmas (I love that one so much my LUNCHBOX is NBXM!!), The Teenage Mutant Nija Turtle movies...bottom line: I'm a movie person, it's a wonder I work at a theatre.
Yes I am a HUGE HUGE HUGE fangirl concerning Brad Pitt, Orlando Bloom, and Johnny Depp. I cant help it the men have got to be the best looking ones on the planet. ^^ Typical me...
Friends: I'm a social butterfly. My dad once asked me if I even live at my house on the weekends. ^^0 lol. I love all of my friends to death, both sets from Easton Area High and from my current school, Notre Dame. From Easton there is Elise, Siobhan, Jenn, three Davids, two Ryans, Steve (Chibi), Maria, and Ruth. The first three are the closest to me and are the ones that I write my originals and currently our book series. *flashses the Kiwibum sign* Hail Abgek you guys! My friends at Notre Dame mean just as much. Allison, Vince, and Heather who are anime freaks right along with me. Ashley C., Katie, and Katherine are some of the best people I've ever met in my life. I'd probably loose my mind if they werent at school with me. I WUV YOU GUYS!!
Theatre/Music: Well I have a fairly strange taste. I love J-pop and seldom american rock/pop but not so much as I love Celtic music. Loreena McKennit and Enya is the music I'm going to blast in my blue/green/purple Punch-Buggy Beetle when I'm driving it. There's just something about the music from old world Ireland, England, and Scottland that I really love. With Theatre, I'm in love with it. I love watching plays/musicals, putting them together, and seeing them.
My FAVORITE Broadway Play is called A Funny Thing Happened on the Way to the Forum. It's a book by Burt Shevelove and Larry Gelberset "...in a less fashionable suburb of Rome in these three houses". And by GOD it's the most hilarious story you will EVER see. It's a bawdy comedy revolves around Pseudolus "the sloppiest, most dishonest slave in all of Rome", who will do almost anything to gain his freedom. When Pseudolus is left in charge of his master Senex's young son Hero, who has fallen madly in love with a beautiful virgin courtesan named Philia next door the fun begins. Hero promises Pseudolus his freedom if he can arrange a marriage before his father and overbearing mother return from thier trip. Pseudolus, of course, agrees. But not even the conniving slave can foresee the tangled DISASTER he's about to cause. A Funny Thing Happened on the Way to the Forum opened at the Alvin Theatre on May 8, 1962, with Zero Mostel (God rest his soul) playing the part of Pseudolus. It was so popular that it ran for 967 performences and that was only the first time it came on Broadway! Woof!
Star Rating: 5!!!
