I can't believe what I almost did

Yesterday I was driving, and I'm still a pretty new driver. I was driving down the road and someone pulled over to the side of the road, and there was traffic coming towards me in the other lane. I would've just stopped but someone was close behind me so I couldn't come to a stop without signaling, unless I wanted to get rear-ended. I had to squeeze in thorugh the middle, which was the only option I could think of at the time (since I was panicked). I made it through and everyone was fine but I was still in shock from it and I had to pull over and calm down, and since I was so shaken up I was forgetting to use my turn signals and everything. I ended up sharply turning into a parking lot at 30mph without even using my turn signal. I'm still mad at myself for that. I was yelling at people under my breath telling them to learn how to drive. (I think it's me who needs to learn how to drive)6_6 I'm such a bad person when I panic behind the wheel. I would never act like that normally. And to think I had a driving appointment with my instructor the next day. 6_6; Luckily it went fine. I hate driving. If I got into an accident and anyone got hurt I'd stab myself.
