Ugh... just when I didn't seem to have any excuses to be pessimistic anymore, something goes wrong right at the last second. the appraiser said we have such a unique view of the river in this town that he wants to go to some other town on the shore and try to find a house or two with a similar view and see what they go for or whatever. The thing is, they get ocean views, we just get a big river, that's kind of unfair to compare the two I think. Not to mention everyone else he's working with to get us this house told him this needs to be done very soon because we really don't have a lot of time, but regarless of that he's taking his time. He won't be in that city for a few days yet. So now the countdown just went from 6 to like 10 probably and it now it looks like we'll be spending a few days in a hotel. It's only a few days, it's not that bad. As long as it's not here. Still, why can't they do that before they try to sell the stupid house? >_>
