Not much to report.
Got a new theme up! *spins around* Like it? ^^
I’m here to say I’ve submitted some new work! I have new 7 wallpapers and 3 new e-cards. ^^ yay me!

But what has happened this week? Well, nothing I really want to talk about. Just under a bunch of stress. >< Mainly about school, my dad’s getting married and I have no idea when.... birthdays, my birthday. But I have Yami here so it’s all good. Where would I be if it wasn’t for him huh? Heehee I’m in the mist of cleaning my room.. and I’m getting my hair trimmed today too. (isn’t my life just exciting? Ha!)
Been Home For Almost 24 Hours....
Kibou: Nothing much is going on.... cookies are still here.... my dad better not eat anymore!
Yami: I’ll keep them safe...
Kibou: *a little annoyed* like in your stomach?
Yami: Something like that.....
Kibou: *smacks forehead* Anyway..... I went over to Lisa’s yesterday (duh) she sent me a message saying she needed me to make her hyper. One phone call and the word “Marco” did that. She’s getting things straightened out with her boyfriend.... UGH! Relationships are so confusing. I can’t help her this time. =P
Yami: you try.
Kibou: Right. Ok last night, even at Lisa’s, I got to watch Naruto. I LOVED THE LEE vs. GARRA epi! When it was over, I was sputtering. “Ah..... bu....... I........ no....... re.... he... hi....... what?” I didn’t get to watch Yu-Gi-Oh in the morning slept in. ^_^;; Oops. Watched InuYasha, though. That was a good episode I thought. I want them to show the new stuff! Grrr! Anyway... time for the stuff of the week.

I'm Here Finally! Back home Were I Belong.....
I’ve been at my grandma’s house FOREVER! Ok. So, like 3 days. Wanting to relax here at home… To sleep in my nice warm bed… well, my nice couch… in the….basement. XD!!!!!

Kibou: yes! Lisa’s ex-boyfriend Dan e-mailed her 4 TIMES when we were up north for 4 days. O_o Lisa didn’t buy his “I’ve been thinking….” shtick... She says it’s over between them. I helped write an e-mail back. She knows what I can say, and told me to walk in her shoes for a minute. All that I put in the e-mail she kept. It was funny. ANYWAY Thursday I went with my aunt and her two friends to bowling. It was fun! I had a good time. Friday I didn’t do much… watch TV and made a slide show for my Grandma using pics from her retirement party. ^^ Still… Life without the internet is so very hard. J/k! But the smoke was horrible. Both of my grandparents smoke, and by day 3 I couldn’t breathe. O.O But I’m home safe and shound now. FREASH AIR! Yes! Planning on watching Anime Night. My dad might want to do something, because we haven’t seen each other in a week. (and this time is different because????) He’s been up north with shelly and her family. >< fun. No more because I’ll start ranting. You don’t want that do you?
Yami: with all the sugar you’ve had so far today, and the cookies that you made this morning......probably best not to get you started. ^_~

Atem held a meeting that day. “Bakura was bad enough.” he thought. “Now there’s one more.” He watched as all the priests filed into the meeting room.
“Everybody, we have another problem on our hands.” Atem spoke. “There is someone out in Egypt that is more powerful then Bakura.” A few of them murmured for a moment.
“She is the reason Anika wasn’t here, because she kidnapped her.” Mahad nodded. He remembered helping Mana look for her.
“Who is she?” Shada asked.
“I’m not sure.” Atem responded. “All I know is that it was a powerful woman, someone to not underestimate.” They all thought a moment.
“Is she related to Bakura in anyway?” Isis asked.
“No.” Atem answered. “I don’t think she even know who he is.”
“That’s strange.” Seto noted. “They both came after Anika, Bakura and our new mystery person. I wonder why they--” he stopped suddenly.
“What’s wrong Seto?” Atem asked. He looked at Shada. He knew as well. Seto began. “When you went to the village, later Shada, Mahad, and myself went after you.”
“I remember that.” Atem said.
“So we found a girl, Anika, in a home that saw completely destroyed on the inside. There was rubble all around her, but it was in a ring around her. Like something protected her. Shada had sensed something powerful within her, and we figured that something within her, and protected her.” Atem took all of it in and thought it over for a while.
“Why wasn’t anything said before?” he asked.
“The power within Anika, we couldn’t sense anything at all after we brought her here.” Shada explained. ”We thought that maybe something had possessed her and it had gone away.”
“And perhaps Bakura and the woman thought what you two thought when you first found her.” Isis mentioned. “But that barely makes any sense at all.” Everyone thought that facts over before Atem broke the silence.
“I will talk to Anika when she wakes up.” A few nodded as Atem and everyone else stood, ending the meeting.

FUN! FUN! FUN! FUN! FUN!
I’m back! For a short while, anyway. These past 4 days have ROCKED so hard!
Yami: Careful, and be aware. Kibou’s on a sugar high. ^_~
Kibou: things happen when you go up north. I’ll really try to make this short, but I’m not promising anything. =D I dragged Lisa all the way up north to my grandma’s trailer. And Yami was there.... too keep us from eating too much sugar.
Yami: didn’t work...
Kibou: On the way up, we stopped at McDonald’s. My grandma wanted something small, so she asked me to order her a kid’s meal. (she stayed outside) We went in and ordered. For my grandma I said, “...And one cheeseburger Kid’s meal.” The cashier asked “what do you want with the kid’s meal.” I responded, “coffee”. It was funny! She didn’t understand. But we got up there, none the less. Lisa LOVED it there. She kept saying it was quaint. (Ok....) But we went grocery shopping after that. There was a movie rental place, and we did get a movie. (more later) so the guy packing our bags, Lisa said was cute. She said she would give him an 8.5. (Typical Lisa.....) .I thought he was cute too. *covers mouth quickly*
Yami: A-Ha! I knew it!
Kibou: *sticks tongue out* Nothing too exciting happened, we went shopping and I got this AWESOME little jar-thing made in Poland. I’m half Polish, so I went crazy. Later, we watched the movie we ranted. The Exorcism of Emily Rose. O_O that was the scariest movie I’ve ever seen. I screamed SO loud. Heh. Creepy. Lisa was almost convincing me I was possessed, because My eyes were red on her camera, and hers weren’t. THEY WERE UNNATURALLY RED! O_O But anyway, we went swimming the next day, more shopping, ate the best ice cream ever, bought a pound of candy, watched The Cave. It wasn’t scary, Lisa said. (I was falling asleep.) Monday, Lisa and I went up to the Lodge. I beat her at air hockey all but one time. I am the Queen of Air Hockey. ^^ We met up with my grandma’s friend and ate at the 371 Diner later. We rode in her car, it was a convertible! On the way back we rode with the top down. Messy hair wasn’t avoidable. ^_^ Had to go swimming as well. Lisa almost pummeled me with something twice, and she threatened to buy me something because I said I felt guilty spending my earned money. (Long story. Blame my dad!) But each day we did something, and Lisa still loved it. We’re planning on going up next year. ^^ And even though we all wanted to stay, we were glad to be going back home. An Lisa was really surprised that I wasn’t ready to kill her before the end of the trip. =P And I think that’s it. Sorry it’s so long.
Yami: that’s nothing. It’s actually short.
Kibou: People have lives. I’ll let them get back to them.
Yami: *nudges*
Kibou: *pokes* Ha! Oops. Getting too hyper. I might get to sites later, not sure. Going over to my grandma’s house soon. I like being home. *lets out a big moan* Better start packing... AGAIN! I hope I can get my story up this Saturday. If I can on Saturday, It will be later, like, after noon or something.

Kibou: *bouncing up and down in her seat*
Yami: Excited are we?
Kibou: Yeah! *still bouncing* My uncle came and spent the night last night since my dad’s out of town at the moment. I have Yami and I’m 15! I don’t really need anyone else here. >< but anyway, I didn’t get to watch anime night last night. Lisa and I were planning for today. We’re heading north! I multi-tasked last night.
Yami: Taped the InuYasha movie and packed at the same time. While I was falling asleep. Heh. And... are you going to stop bouncing anytime soon?
Kibou: Nope. I was looking forward to it. The taping that is. Oh and Yu-Gi-Oh! yesterday. I was tired that morning. I was up until 2:30am putting songs on my dad’s iPod for him. While that was loading... I DREW ANZU! Tis most awesome. But I just listened the TV.... heehee. Nothing else to report.

From Wednesday to Now.
*Keep it short..... Kibou... keep it short* - - - - I went school supply shopping on Wednesday. ^^ yay. Then Lisa slept over. We stayed up until 3:30am playing scrabble and watching every from Invader ZIM, Futurama, Sponge Bob, and Lisa brought the movie Bruce Almighty. (Hilarious) And Inuyasha. I had a weird dream that night, Yami and I were taking a tour of a weird arm museum, and it made me think of a part in my story. Heehee. I’m SO putting it in!
Yami: Sounded real good to me!
Kibou: Yes! Thursday, I found out that my cousin Emily hates my guts! Long story short, it’s an argument, and she made me feel real bad, even after I apologized. It has to do with us not liking my dad’s fiancée, and the e-mails we sent back and forth. I didn’t want to jump to any conclusions. She finally got back to me, and claiming about stuff and bring up the past...and she said, “You jump to conclusions too quickly for a normal person.” Yami: Ouch.
Kibou: I don’t want to talk about that. I have too much on my mind lately as it is... (I feel like my whole personal life is slipping from right beneath me....) anyway... That’s about it. ON TO THE STORY! ^_^

Dawn broke over Egypt. And Atem returned to the palace with Anika. Mana had just gotten up, she was still very tired. She past a window, and saw someone coming towards the gate. She looked closer and saw that they Atem had returned! She gasped happily.
“They’re back!” she said with a grin. She was wide awake now. She ran and got Mahad. He opened the doors to the palace. Mana waved big from the window, and Atem looked up and smiled. He returned to the stable, and was greeted by Mana.
“You’re back! Finally! I mean you were--” Atem held a finger up his lips.
“Someone’s tired,” he said. Mana looked behind Atem on his horse and saw Anika holing onto Atem, but still asleep. Mahad came in, and Mana held a finger up to her lips, mimicking Atem.
“Someone’s tired.” She repeated. Mahad looked up.
“Oh...” he whispered. He helped Anika off the horse, and Atem got off after her.
“I’ll take her from here.” Atem said. He carried Anika to her room and laid her on her bed. He sat next to her as he covered her with the blanket. “I won’t ever let anything happen to you, Anika.” He murmured as he stroked her cheek and got rid of the hair in her face. He noticed a few scratches around her wrists and on her arm. The other was the same. Atem continued, “And that woman, she will pay for what she did to you.” He sat there for a minute.
“Atem?” he heard. He looked at Anika. Her eyes were open a little.
“Yes?” he asked.
“Thank you.” She whispered, and fell back asleep. He smiled
“Anytime.” Atem said. He left Anika’s room to go to his own.
Atem slept all through that day and woke up the next morning. Atem peeked into Anika’s room for a second. She was still asleep. He walked down to the throne room, and sat down. No later, Priest Seto walked in. He bowed.
“My Prince, most of our men returned late last night.” Atem nodded.
“What did they report?” Seto continued,
“We have a faint hint to where Bakura could be. I am sorry there is no further information.” Atem responded,
“Yes, but now, we have another villain to find.”

Last week’s trivia: Q: In manga, (“Series 0”) Yugi and the gang went over to Ryou’s house for a game. Yami Bakura interfered and took control. How did Ryou fight back, try to help Yugi and everyone else?
A: Ryou did 2 things. He took control back in his left hand and typed out a message saying he was fighting back. Bakura totally skewered his hand, (Um... ew!) and Ryou got out that way by becoming a little figure like Yugi and all the rest. (ya got one, you get credit) Congrats to:

I watched the last half of Yu-Gi-Oh! yesterday morning. Well, of the second episode that is. I was going to watch the whole hour, but didn’t. XD
Yami: We were both tired.
Kibou: don’t know why... got plenty of rest. Anyway... around 7:40 my arm had enough strength to reach for the remote. I pushed the power button, the TV comes on and after 10 seconds I say, “Seto’s ranting about how great he is again.....” heehee
(Oh boy....)Yesterday my uncle called. He asks if my dad’s around, and I say no. He was out. So he asks if he was doing anything with her a.k.a. Shelly. I told how they were engaged. *shudder* and he was saying that “Yeah.... Marie (my aunt) said you and Emily (my cousin, her daughter, obviously) were e-mailing each other about that....” O_O That’s... not a good thing. I tell Emily how I don’t really like Shelly. She blabs to her mom about everything. If she tells her mom about what we’ve talked about, she could my dad! He’ll get really mad and I don’t want any more tension between my dad and Shelly and me! (to make matters worse) I didn’t watch anime night because Lisa was over. Forgive me for saying this but... Her fricking “Boyfriend” was using her. She came over and started crying. Lisa found out that this time and the last she was his “rebound girl.” I’m SO pissed at Dan. I can’t believe that basterd! OMG. He hurt Lisa, that’s something I won’t stand for. *sigh* Even though I was at the time, I was still the comic relief. (My role in my group of friends) but still. He sickens me..... I hate my friends going through what I did!
Yami: Calm down...... you’re getting worked up.
Kibou: Sorry. *lets out a long breath and slouches in the chair* But that’s it. That ranting is done.... Last thing: I had a dream with Mokuba in it last night. RANDOM! he wasn’t talking much. He gave me this necklace that was in the letter M all cursive, bold, and jeweled. MORE RANDOM!

The Day After Friday and Before Sunday. O.o
Not too much has happened in this past week... er.... 3-4 days. Lisa and I went back and forth between our houses on Tuesday. Here’s some news: Her ex-boyfriend contacted her talked on AIM. He said he was really, really sorry for breaking up and whatnot. Lisa was ranting ENDLESSLY about it Tuesday night, (she called me over to tell me) Wednesday wasn’t much better! She decided to give him a 2nd chance, and if he blows it it’s over for good. (And Selica and I will have to kick his ass for that!) >< Lisa slept over Wednesday night. We settled for War of the Worlds on HBO. Not the best movie. And so NOT what we were expecting! Back to Lisa’s... she sent a message to Dan (b/f) freaked about that. Heh heh. On Friday I went SHOPPING! Back to School shopping, actually. My dad gave me $100! I was shocked. And since it was a big mall, Yami came along. ^^
Yami: Sure did.
Kibou: At one point, we were trying on EVEING GOWNS! OMG. It was funnny! Since I never wear stuff like that. Like... ever.
Yami: I still say the blue one you had on looked really nice.
Kibou: Yeah... uh.... I...grrr. -///- thanks... I =P ANYWAY! I didn’t buy anything. >< Just Lunch at Arby’s. If you were under 16, you couldn’t be in the mall after 4 PM. It was stupid, I think it should be when it got dark... *sigh* I did get to ride the city bus and the rain. IN ONE DAY. Go me. and... There’s always next time, but I went to Kohl’s with my dad last night and I got 4 tank tops and a pair of jeans. (yayness!) Anyway, that’s about it. Before I waste your lives anymore. (ha ha!) Here’s the story! I’m sorry for not posting it last week. Was it worth the wait?

Atem was filled with strength as he went as fast as he could to where the energy was coming from. He was getting nearer. It was on the outside of a bunch of ruins. There was a big door that served as an entrance. He looked ahead and saw a hole, something was coming out. He couldn’t get close to it. It was some kind of magic. Atem rode his horse down the stairs. Everything was dimly lit.
“I hope you’re down here, Anika”
Anika was hopeless. “This is my fate.” She thought. “It’s best for everyone....”
Atem rode down a staircase. At the foot, there was a curtain draped over the doorway. He risked it and went though. His horse panicked, unable to see where it was going. It entered the room with a crash, breaking pots and vases within the room. The horse got near Khalidah, and she lost control over the spell that she put on Anika. Anika whispered,
“Atem....” and ran out of the room before he saw her. Khalidah was in shock and enraged.
“Who do you think you are, barging in here like that?” Atem looked around.
“Are you with Bakura?” he asked sternly. Khalidah scoffed.
“What’s the big deal about Bakura? That girl Anika thought I was him and--” she stopped for two reasons. Anika wasn’t there. And she just realized who she was talking to. Atem looked at her sternly.
“I’ll come back for you later.”
“Fine by me.” she replied. She backed into the darkness and disappeared from sight. Atem got off his horse and quickly walked around. There were a few ways he could go.
Anika was running as fast as she could. She hit a dead end once, and turned to go back. She couldn’t let Atem find her. She ran until she saw a bit of light head. She realized she was in a cave. She slowed down and sighed. She rested for a while.
“Anika? Are you alright?” she suddenly heard. She spun around and saw Atem coming towards her. She was happy to see him, but still, she wasn’t.
“Yeah... I’m alright.” She answered. Atem sighed.
“That’s good. I was worried about you.” Anika tensed a little.
“Why did you come looking for me?” She asked as Atem stood in front of her.
“Well, I do have to keep everyone safe...” Anika shook her head.
“No. Seriously. Why? I just... I mean... Just... why?” Atem looked at her and took a step closer.
“Because I- well....” he slowly leaned in, pulled her closer, and kissed her. Anika was surprised. Atem broke the kiss. Anika saw, even though it was dark, he was furiously blushing. And she couldn’t help but blush a little herself. She was speechless, too. They just stood there in the cave, neither of them speaking. They both heard something coming towards them. Atem stood in front of Anika, protecting her. Atem let out a little laugh to see his horse coming out of the darkness. He grabbed the reigns, and got on. He held out his hand to Anika. Anika took it, and got on as well. They both rode the long way back to the palace.

I’M BACK! (AGAIN!) FROM DULUTH, MINNESOTA!!!!!!!!!!!
Hiya! *hugs everyone* Miss me? Even thought it was only 4 days..... Duluth was fun, not the best time, but I made the most of it. It rained a lot. Like last time, I made a little journal. I’ll try to make it short. First off, I found out that Shelly’s wedding ring, the one dad gave her, got scratched! Not even 24 hours later! Ha! I dunno. Anyway... the italics are my journal summaries. -Friday- We got up to Duluth, car and all, even through the TOALLY AWESOME storm. Hungry? We ate a whole pizza! I was hungry. Now= bed. Tonight I’ll dream of meeting a guy that can prove me wrong, but still living in the light of singleness & kicking total @$$!!!! -Saturday- Today’s Plan: train ride. It wasn’t the best...It wasn’t the train we wanted. Weird thing: I saw this punk glance at me. Out to the open train car, not many people out there... The guy passed again, and gave me a look. Sent a chill down. The train stopped so it would go back. I “casually” walked over. I had to confirm my suspicions. He looked up, I saw, and looked quickly back down. Um....uh-oh...Back to the end of the train. Heh heh heh.... the guy, started talking to me. And my dad... but mainly to me. It was weird for me. (why was this guy talking to me?) Random subjects came up. Titanic, tornadoes, whatnot. After the ride, the guy started wondering over to the car! Wow. Dad didn’t like him but I thought he was nice..

Kibou: I DID NOT! *lightly blushes*
Yami: I know....i’m just kidding around with ya.
Kibou: ....An....Y...Way.... Dad was talking to Shelly back at the hotel. (via cell phone) He said that maybe he was talking to me just because I was his age. True, I was his age. It made me a little aggravated. I left & walked outside. Maybe that’s why he was talking to me. But still. I got back later, And felt a lot better. *gives Yami a hug for that one* -Sunday-Dad started talking to Shelly again, & I didn’t want to be stuck in the hotel because that. I grabbed a room key, & went SHOPPING! ^_^ Found dad after a while. We went to Enger Tower to kill time. The view was really cool! You could see for miles! After, went on another train ride. Well, that was the most boring thing EVER! Oh well. Later, The Paul R. Tregurtha passed under the bridge. The longest boat in the Great Lakes at 1,013 feet! I went back to the hotel, and to the hot tub! Then I jumped in the pool. Did that 3 times over... Heh. Night! -Monday- Last day. Plan? Get back home! So far, I have eaten breakfast, lunch, bought gifts for myself and Lisa, plus, a hoodie I REALLY wanted, and watched the boat go up... I mean BRIDGE *sigh* I can’t wait to get back home....
