   Weird Dream! O_o
I just had this bizarre dream.... it’s actually pretty funny!

I was in my geometry class from last year, but it had move to another part of the school. For some reason, I was sleeping in the classroom. (I’ve never fallen asleep in class before.) My geometry teacher, Mr. Barth, comes up to me and says, “Yami’s Pharaohess, would you like to pass my class?” Me, half asleep moan and nod my head. He continued, “To pass my class, you have to get me a coffee from the teacher’s lounge in 20 minutes or less.” I was on the first floor, and the teacher’s lounge was on the third, and on the other side of the school. “Do you want anything in it?” I mumbled. Mr. Barth said no, just plain coffee. I could do that. Right after 10 more minutes of sleep. I could get to the 3rd floor quickly. My 10 minutes were up for sleeping. “Yami’s Pharaohess, are you going to get my coffee?” He asked. Yeah, yeah... I thought. But why do I have to do this? I’m YAMI’S PHARAOHESS for crying out loud! So I got up, walked down the hall, and headed to the stairs. There was no one around, so I could run if I wanted. But something was wrong. My body wouldn’t cooperate with me. I could barely make it to the stairs. I was suddenly on the 3rd floor, and was making my way to the teacher’s lounge. Ugh. But I wasn’t going to make it the way my body was moving! Then my alarm went off...

So... yeah... that’s my freaky dream. ^^; I have lots of these. XD I just felt like sharing the latest one! Heehee

   SNOW!!!!!!!!!
Kibou: We got a lot of snow last night! ^^
Yami: Maybe about 6... 7. inches or so.
Kibou: As with the change of the season, a new chore is added to my list: Shoveling. I don’t really mind, though. But enough about that! Yesterday was all right. Didn’t do much of anything, really!
Yami: watched TV, went on the Computer, shoveled, help make dinner. Yeah. Not too much going on! ^^;
Kibou: I have to plan for today, there’s some thing I have to get done! And I have to squeeze Naruto in there somewhere.... I taped it while I ate dinner. I was almost falling asleep during Death Note and Blood+, but I saw both. They were very good. For those who watched Death Note last night, wouldn’t it be creepy if someone you were talking to was Kira? O_o Gah! *runs away*
Yami: Just don’t say who you are, you’ll be fine.
Kibou: *peeps around the corner* Really?
Yami: Yes.
Kibou: Right then! On another note.... erm... on the other hand! XD I want to thank ya’ll! ^^ My e-cards have been sent over 6,000 times! *huggles minna*
But I’m sorry I only got to half of the sites! T_T I’ll make it up to ya!

   One week down, and one week since
Kibou: One week down, and three to go until the 2-week holiday break.
Yami: And it’s been one week since Shelly moved in.
Kibou: This week seemed pretty good! Not a lot of homework, even though I did get a bit this weekend. And I had an orthodontist appt yesterday. That went better than expected! ^^;
Yami: And that one girl stopped pushing you around!
Kibou: Well, we just haven’t really crossed paths. But if we do, I can handle it! (Some girl was bullying me for a stupid reason. It’s the previous post) But yeah, this week was pretty boring! ^^; I am looking forward to the next few weekends, though.
Yami: And I believe someone’s turning 17 in less than two weeks, yes? ^_~
Kibou: Maybe....... ^w^

Through the rest of the day and the next, Anika noticed that Salih seemed a bit less overprotective of her, as she had hoped. Anika And Mana were now talking in Mana’s room, discussing different designs for their ceremonial dresses. The both stopped as they heard something shift outside the door.
“I don’t want to ruin the surprise.” Salih’s voice was heard. “I just want to ask Anika something.” Anika got up and met Salih. “Khalil wanted to visit a village not to far from here. Would you like to go? Or are you busy? ”Anika sighed,
“Yeah, kind of busy. We can go some other time, the three of us.” Salih nodded.
“See you later, then.” He told her. Once Anika and Mana were done for the day, Anika went looking for Atem. She found him in the throne room. He had just dismissed two guards. Atem walked over to Anika.
“Are you ready?” Atem asked. Anika nodded and the two of them headed to the roof.
“I’m going to do so bad!” Anika jokingly said, once on the palace roof. Atem chuckled.
“I know we haven’t done this for a while, but I’m sure you’ll do fine.” Anika took her normal stance, feet firm and hands in front of her, and closed her eyes. She took a deep breath in and let it out slowly. Concentrating her energy as she always had done before, a small mass of energy formed in her outward palms. Even though she hadn’t practiced, Anika seemed to have improved. The air began to swirl around her as she still stood in her stance. “Alright,” Atem spoke slowly. “Without loosing your concentration, bring your hands closer to you, and then trust them outward.” He instructed.
“I can’t move.” Anika said quietly, still concentrating, “If I move, I loose it.”
“You can try.” Atem encouraged, moving behind her. “I’ll be here if you fall.” After a few seconds, Anika drew in another breath.
“Here I go...” Anika thought. She drew her hands in slowly. Even so, her energy became unstable and burst. Anika stumbled back with a small cry. Atem stepped forward and caught Anika just in time. Anika’s eye opened to see Atem looking down at her, smiling; his eyes shone in the sunlight. Anika blushed slightly at the sight.
“That was a very good try.” Atem told her as he helped her to her feet. Anika looked up to the sky.
“Let’s try it again.” Atem nodded, and the practice resumed. Time after time, Anika tried to thrust her energy outward. She improved a bit more, but there was still a long way to go. Atem looked at the sun, rising higher as the noon hour approached.
“Let’s call it a day.” Atem said. Anika agreed as she saw Salih and Khalil return from their trip.

I’m just going to stick this in here quick: I looked at the Weather Channel, and they say we’re going to get 5-8 inches of snow today, plus another 3-5 tonight! O_o I wonder how much we’ll really get! And it’s about time we had a decent snow here!

   Overreacting! >
Sorry, but I have to rant about this...
On Wednesday, the day before Thanksgiving break, I was talking with my friends Jake, Brent, and Amanda. A basketball rolled over by us, and I dribbled it a bit to pick up and I handed it nicely back to the girl who it belonged to. Her friend suddenly taps me on the shoulder, and gets all in my face and says, “Why did ja touch that basketball? I don’t think it was yours to touch!” (Okay.....) Well, to avoid conflict, I said I was sorry. The girl, who’s name I found out is Jamie, says that I disrespected her friend. So again, I said sorry, in a nice way. Yesterday, AFTER break, I was messing around with my friends again, and we were all sitting in a circle. Jamie kicks her foot back, and kicks my butt. I ignored it, but she does it again, saying, “Oh, I’m so sorry! That was an accident!” (Bullsh*t!) Then she it again. Still ignored it. When everyone was going to leave, she pulled my hair. I asked her why she did that, and she gives me this disgusted look and says, “Why the hell would I touch that nasty thing?” (wtf...) So today, (Yes, there’s more!) Again, I’m sitting in the circle, and she kicks me again. She said it was an accident. (Huh... oh really?) >< I said, “No. I was watching you the entire time. It wasn’t an accident.” (Note how I’m not even raising my voice!) She got all pissed off at me. So I asked, “Why are you doing this?” She gives me all of her attitude, and says, “Do you remember the basketball incident?” I thought, “incident? ” But I said, yes, and she goes, “well than shut the F*** up!” and she started swearing at me and calling me names, and she ended up shoving me! What the hell was that about?
Doesn’t it seem that she’s overreacting? I know that she’s trying to get me to fight her, and that’s not going to happen. I don’t do that.
I told a security guard about it, and tomorrow, hopefully, it will be all resolved.
I feel a lot better now... thanks for reading! *glomp*

   Unpacking and Anime
Kibou: There’s so much to unpack! XD Shelly has a lot of stuff. *nods* Yes, the unpacking continues today. Here’s the good part: All the stuff that my dad and I have, like dishes and glassware, I get to keep for when I move out. *dances* There’s some nice stuff there! Plus I scored a toaster from Shelly. XD
Yami: Yes, it’s all about the toaster.
Kibou: Oh sure. But yesterday kid of when down hill for a bit. My dad kept lying. I told Shelly that he buys 10 songs on iTunes every 2 weeks, and when Shelly asked him about it later on, he said that he doesn’t really do it. Then, while I was helping unpack, I was taping Naruto. My dad said he was watching TV afterwards, and I asked him if Naruto was still on. He said he didn’t know. So I watching my tape, and I got the first episode. And just after the theme song for the 2 episodes ends, and channel changes. Right on the screen it says NARUTO. Kind of hard to miss. There’s more, but I’m not going to bore you with that!
Yami: But last night was ok by the end. There was Death Note and Blood+ to watch, sneak in a bit of Ghost in the Shell.
Kibou: Yeah. I’m starting to get into Death Note more. ^^ I liked last night’s episode. *nods*

   Two New House Members!
Kibou: This week went by fast. It’s already Saturday! O_o
Yami: Yeah.... vacation will do that to ya!
Kibou: This week in one sentence: Went to school for two days, passed the milestone for my 2-yr anni at theO, went shopping, had Thanksgiving over at my uncle’s house and on Friday.... *drumroll* SHELLY AND BINGO MOVED IN! That was the best part. ^^
Yami: There are boxes everywhere. Today is the day of unpacking everything. It could take awhile.
Kibou: Maybe. But not everything is over here yet! That’s the crazy part! XP But anyway, how was everyone’s Thanksgiving? (If you don’t celebrate, how was your Thursday? XD) Mine was, eh, ok. My dad’s family is kind of messed up. We were going to eat at 1:30, but didn’t until 3. >< People running late and being disorganized. I hope that Christmas will be better. *nods* And I guess that’s all I got to say. Onto the story!

Atem caught Anika in a hall later that day,
“Hey there, Anika.” Atem called to her. Anika stopped and turned.
“Hey there, yourself!” she said. “You’ve been a bit busy lately, haven’t you?” Anika questioned. Atem sighed and nodded.
“Things seem to be slowing down, if only for the moment,” he informed her.
“I think that maybe...” Anika began. “if it’s possible, and you’re not busy, could we practice with my power in a couple of days?”
“Sure.” Atem answered. “But why a couple of days?”
“I told Salih about what happened with Bakura or Khalidah. So he may be a bit more relaxed and lenient. And he won’t watch me like a hawk.” Anika let out a small laugh with her last comment.
“Oh?” Atem answered. “Alright then.” He nodded. “We’ll see how things go.”

“I’m here!” Anika announced as she stood in Mana’s doorway the next morning. “So what exactly is going on with Atem’s birthday this time?” Anika asked, even though she had a good idea already.
“Well, it’s big deal, this ceremony.” Mana explained, getting some cloth out of a trunk. Anika nodded as Mana continued, “So, it’s a big deal that we look nice!” She tossed the neatly-folded, different-colored cloths into a slightly messy pile on her bed. “These cloths will be our ceremonial dresses and... Oh!” Mana exclaimed suddenly. “Here’s the color I used to make that present I gave ya!” Mana held up the familiar red material.
“Yeah!” Anika remembered. “That’s a really nice color.” She looked down, noticing that she wasn’t wearing the tunic she was given and shrugged.
“I think you’ll like this match,” Mana suggested, holding up two different shades of red with a gold piece placed on top. Anika sighed,
“Oh... it’s so beautiful!”
“Here ya go, then!” Mana placed it all in Anika’s hands. Mana shuffled through a few more cloths she had before making her decision of colors. She handed Anika a small book in the process. “Here are some designs,” Mana told her. “Pick whichever one you want, and maybe we can get started.” Anika took the book and began to look through it. The both started talking about the different designs, and later got onto other subjects.
“Mana?” Mahad called from down the hall. Mana tensed a bit.
“Hurry!” she whispered. “Don’t let him see it!” Anika quickly gave everything back to Mana, who stored everything in the trunk. “It’s going to be a surprise for everyone!” Mana winked just before Mahad came to the doorway. “Time for another practice for the ceremony, then?” Mana asked. Mahad nodded with a smile. “Same time and place day after tomorrow?” Mana directed the question to Anika, who also nodded. Anika left the room and headed down the hall.
“Got you!” a small voice said behind Anika as two little arms grabbed her waist from behind. Anika laughed and looked behind her, Khalil laughing at his attempt to scare his sister.
“So, were you and Mana just doing ‘girl stuff’ you were talking about yesterday?” Salih asked, walking towards her. Anika chuckled.
“Yeah, we were.” She told him, Khalil let go of his grip.
“Like what, exactly?” Anika winked at him.
“Sorry, but for now, it’s a secret!” Anika told him.
“All right. It’ll be the one secret you can keep from me.” Salih smiled

Happy Turkey Day!
Many years ago today, the pilgrims and the Native Americans sat down together and had a great feast. And I believe it lasted for 3 days. (Wow) But on thanksgiving, you think of what you’re thankful for. People take things for granted, I’m sure we all have done it.
So here’s the big question: What are YOU thankful for?

I’m really thankful for all of my friends! Here on MyO, and the friends from school. ^^ I want to thank everyone for their kindness! *hugs* I didn’t really have that many friends when I was younger, so I am really thankful to have a few more people care about me. And of course, I’m thankful for my family! Duh! I luff them all to pieces. ^^

Another question: If you’re not out of town, what are you doing today (if you celebrate Thanksgiving)?
I’m actually going to go to my uncle’s house for dinner. *nods* It’s on my Dad’s side, and the whole family hasn’t gotten together since Christmas last year! O___O I miss them!

Day one of a 5-day weekend!
It’s kinda early in the morning. Well, to some. For me, I slept in! It’s now 7:30-ish! XD It’s sleeping in to me when I usually get up at 6. ^^; the main reason, though, that I woke up is because I had a nightmare. *shudders* Creepy. It was about demons trying to kill me or something. *looks around, paranoid* But on the good side of things.....

alsoooooo......... I got a new fan art up yesterday! It was my 2-year anniversary yesterday for being here at TheOtaku. I just wanted to draw something quick to say “thank you” to all my friends here! =D Here’s the thumbnail....

   Whoo!!!
Alright! Today I’m excited. Yes, It’s a 5-day weekend now, since school is over, but today is my two-year anniversary at theOtaku! *huggles minna* So... there’s a few e-cards up, along with a new fan art. Check them out if ya like!
I also just want to give a big THANK YOU to all my friends here. ^^ thanks for listening to my ramblings (like this one!) and helping me through hard times. I really appreciate all that you’ve done for me!
And yet, there is still some more good news. ^^ Report cards were handed out today. I got 2 As and a B+! *dances around the room* the B+ was in Astronomy, and I was really surprised that I actually got that grade! The tests in that class were hard! And the last test before the final I got a D on. O_o I did study for the final, even so, the test seemed difficult. I want to ask my teacher what my score was..... *sighs I’m SO glad that things went well. I hope that this term is ever better. ^^
FINALLY! It’s a 5, yep, FIVE! Day weekend! *spins in chair* I decided a while ago that I’m going to write as much of my story as I can. Not just one part every week. And with the New Year, I’m going to start posting my story on fanfiction.net. ^^ Just a heads up if anyone is interested.
