Saturday Again
Kibou: It’s another Saturday. Wow. Nothing happened really. I got a call from a old friend of mine from elementary school. (Kayla) I haven’t talked too much over 4 years, maybe a couple times. I went over to her house for a couple of hours yesterday. Wow. She was really different! She said the same about me. But we went over to her friend Rachel’s house. WE all were talking about anime, so that was cool. We went back over to Kayla’s and played DDR....
Yami: I’m sure you loved that.
Kibou: It wasn’t too good... pads weren’t the best, but we played some guitar game and soul Caliber 3. It was fun. Then Shelly came over with her dog Bingo. Here’s the bad news. Dad and Shelly are going to get married. There’s no date, no proposal, but it’s in the future. That day, my life is going right down the tubes. >< *sigh* but... enough with the negatives....
Yami: anything going on this week?
Kibou: Nope... Lisa’s coming back in a week from today. She’ll be happy to see her hamster again. ^^ And other then that, I’ve got nothing to say until after the story. So, uhh.... here it is.

Part Twenty One

The next day came, and Atem sent his some of his men out to go look for Bakura. He started thinking, I don’t know why Bakura’s coming after Anika all the time. Maybe it had to do with Isis’ visions... Or maybe there’s a connection between Anika and Bakura. I wonder if-- He stopped and saw Anika walk by through an opening. “I just wonder.....” he said to himself quietly. Atem walked around the palace a little bit, just like Anika did. He found her walking around in the courtyard. “Hey,” Atem called out to her. Anika looked up.
“Hey,” she echoed.
“Last night was kind of strange, wasn’t it?” Atem brought up right at the moment. Anika nodded slightly.
“Yeah.” Atem thought what he should say next.
“Sorry I wasn’t around too much yesterday. I was really busy.” Anika understood.
“I figured as much. You have a great nation to rule over. ” Atem smiled, but then said, “I hate to do this, but I’m probably going to be busy again today.” Good, Anika thought. She said calmly,
“It’s alright. It’s what you have to do. I’ll be fine... You don’t have to worry about me.” Atem let out a small sigh.
“Ok. I just hope this whole mess gets over soon. ” Anika nodded, and Atem left to go back inside the palace. Anika started to walk along the palace walls. There had to be some secret way to get out. She came back around and noticed the palace gate was slightly open. She looked around to see anybody. No one was there, so she easily slipped though the gate and out into the desert. She was far from the palace, then she heard someone talking behind some rocks and tall plants. She didn’t know who it was.
“Where is Bakura?” a man asked.
“He disappeared yesterday morning.” Answered another voice. “The day is coming soon. The plan to attack the palace, it’s just around the corner.” Anika tensed up. She listened for a bit more.
“I heard they had less of an army, ever since our little visit to that village a few days back. That was fun....” They all started laughing about it, and then it started fading away. Anika peeked around everything, and saw they were leaving. She silently went back to the palace. The door was still open slightly. She slowly went back inside.
“What to do now?” she said quietly. “I guess, even with the less army....” she stopped for a minute. “That’s why Mahad is having a spell over the palace? Because of the attack of my village, and they lost men?” Anika sighed. “I must be a constant reminder of that day. And I wasn’t even conscious when most of it happened. Most defiantly,” she began and started walking inside. “Tonight will be escape number two.”

Alright I don’t have any trivia this week. How disappointing, huh? Instead, I just wasn’t to ask an open-ended question. I might answer it myself later.

What was the weird dream you had that had to do with Yu-Gi-Oh! (or any other anime)

Yami: *nods and tries hard not to laugh* you...should tell... them about the... one where....
Kibou: Never! I couldn’t. It would be awkward. Too awkward. (Sorry about that.) Never! But maybe I could tell them about the one where..... *smirk*
Yami: uh-oh.... I’m not liking that look......
Kibou: ^_^ heehee. Well, anyway, here's some good news: I got I made 100 comments on other people's work!
Yami: Yay! Congrats!
Kibou: (^^) aside from that, I’ll be back to get to sites today. Yay Anime Night! ^^ (Please watch the AMV above if you haven't! sorry one I think it's cool and two I'm trying to reach a goal... ) heh heh. Never mind. =P
