The Day After Friday and Before Sunday. O.o
Not too much has happened in this past week... er.... 3-4 days. Lisa and I went back and forth between our houses on Tuesday. Here’s some news: Her ex-boyfriend contacted her talked on AIM. He said he was really, really sorry for breaking up and whatnot. Lisa was ranting ENDLESSLY about it Tuesday night, (she called me over to tell me) Wednesday wasn’t much better! She decided to give him a 2nd chance, and if he blows it it’s over for good. (And Selica and I will have to kick his ass for that!) >< Lisa slept over Wednesday night. We settled for War of the Worlds on HBO. Not the best movie. And so NOT what we were expecting! Back to Lisa’s... she sent a message to Dan (b/f) freaked about that. Heh heh. On Friday I went SHOPPING! Back to School shopping, actually. My dad gave me $100! I was shocked. And since it was a big mall, Yami came along. ^^
Yami: Sure did.
Kibou: At one point, we were trying on EVEING GOWNS! OMG. It was funnny! Since I never wear stuff like that. Like... ever.
Yami: I still say the blue one you had on looked really nice.
Kibou: Yeah... uh.... I...grrr. -///- thanks... I =P ANYWAY! I didn’t buy anything. >< Just Lunch at Arby’s. If you were under 16, you couldn’t be in the mall after 4 PM. It was stupid, I think it should be when it got dark... *sigh* I did get to ride the city bus and the rain. IN ONE DAY. Go me. and... There’s always next time, but I went to Kohl’s with my dad last night and I got 4 tank tops and a pair of jeans. (yayness!) Anyway, that’s about it. Before I waste your lives anymore. (ha ha!) Here’s the story! I’m sorry for not posting it last week. Was it worth the wait?

Atem was filled with strength as he went as fast as he could to where the energy was coming from. He was getting nearer. It was on the outside of a bunch of ruins. There was a big door that served as an entrance. He looked ahead and saw a hole, something was coming out. He couldn’t get close to it. It was some kind of magic. Atem rode his horse down the stairs. Everything was dimly lit.
“I hope you’re down here, Anika”

Anika was hopeless. “This is my fate.” She thought. “It’s best for everyone....”

Atem rode down a staircase. At the foot, there was a curtain draped over the doorway. He risked it and went though. His horse panicked, unable to see where it was going. It entered the room with a crash, breaking pots and vases within the room. The horse got near Khalidah, and she lost control over the spell that she put on Anika. Anika whispered,
“Atem....” and ran out of the room before he saw her. Khalidah was in shock and enraged.
“Who do you think you are, barging in here like that?” Atem looked around.
“Are you with Bakura?” he asked sternly. Khalidah scoffed.
“What’s the big deal about Bakura? That girl Anika thought I was him and--” she stopped for two reasons. Anika wasn’t there. And she just realized who she was talking to. Atem looked at her sternly.
“I’ll come back for you later.”
“Fine by me.” she replied. She backed into the darkness and disappeared from sight. Atem got off his horse and quickly walked around. There were a few ways he could go.
Anika was running as fast as she could. She hit a dead end once, and turned to go back. She couldn’t let Atem find her. She ran until she saw a bit of light head. She realized she was in a cave. She slowed down and sighed. She rested for a while.
“Anika? Are you alright?” she suddenly heard. She spun around and saw Atem coming towards her. She was happy to see him, but still, she wasn’t.
“Yeah... I’m alright.” She answered. Atem sighed.
“That’s good. I was worried about you.” Anika tensed a little.
“Why did you come looking for me?” She asked as Atem stood in front of her.
“Well, I do have to keep everyone safe...” Anika shook her head.
“No. Seriously. Why? I just... I mean... Just... why?” Atem looked at her and took a step closer.
“Because I- well....” he slowly leaned in, pulled her closer, and kissed her. Anika was surprised. Atem broke the kiss. Anika saw, even though it was dark, he was furiously blushing. And she couldn’t help but blush a little herself. She was speechless, too. They just stood there in the cave, neither of them speaking. They both heard something coming towards them. Atem stood in front of Anika, protecting her. Atem let out a little laugh to see his horse coming out of the darkness. He grabbed the reigns, and got on. He held out his hand to Anika. Anika took it, and got on as well. They both rode the long way back to the palace.

^^ It took me a while to write that! Half the time I was working on making it perfect.
Yami: And half of the time you were giggling about it.
Kibou: I know... *sigh* heehee. Anyway, there was no trivia last week. (DUH. Vacation.) So here’s something for this week.
Q: In manga, (“Series 0”) Yugi and the gang went over to Ryou’s house for a game. Yami Bakura interfered and took control. How did Ryou fight back, try to help Yugi and everyone else?

Yami: Ring a bell?
Kibou: I’m sorry I suck at wording things. =P Well that’s all I have to say.... can’t think of anything else. Be prepared for an AMV soon! ?an maybe some e-cards and what not. *tries to laugh evilly, but can’t. XD*
