11 days?!?!?!??!!
Kibou: Glad it’s Saturday again. Not glad that’s school’s staring for me in 11 days!!! I go back on the 5th of September. I know a lot of people start earlier then that, but I get out later so... it all evens out. Thursday night Lisa came over and slept over. Oh and I got my hair cut. ^^ Just a trim. And on Friday, I continued to clean my room. Witch is now an organized mess. =P
Yami: And we noticed that the popularity is back. Kibou was excited about that...
Kibou: Yeah. *huglezz everyone* A want to say THANK YOU! I HAVE MADE IT PAST THE 1000 MARK! *dances around the room happily and throws a party* Good bye 4-digit numbers, welcome hundreds! I was so happy when I saw that I’m there. THANK YOU! THANK YOU! THANK YOU! THANK YOU! THANK YOU! THANK YOU! THANK YOU! THANK YOU!!!!!! ^____^ *settles down* Ok... I think I’m good. (but it’s back down again.... >< Darn!) Sad side: My cousin Emily was sent to the hospital Tuesday. Just found out yesterday. Why she’s there? Her mom and bro Mike were fighting, she got upset because of it, Mike got mad at her, and then she went to her room and took too many pills. Leftovers from a medication she’s taken. She’s pulling thru though. ^^
Yami: 1 last thing: thanks for all the wallpaper downloads and sent e-cards from Thursday. That was cool... ^^.
Kibou: Now, on to the story! *does a little dance*

Anika opened her eyes slightly and saw almost complete darkness. She bolted up from the bed with a gasp. She looked around. She was in her room, in her bed, and out of harm’s way.
“How did I get back here?” she whispered. She saw someone pass by her door from under the curtain. “Atem?” she called. The feet stopped, and walked to the door. The curtain was pushed back a bit. And there stood Atem.
“You’re awake, good.” he said as he walked over to her.
“What’s going on?” she asked. Atem sighed.
“You were kidnapped.... no one could find you in the palace so I went out looking for you. I found you and brought you back here, out of... who ever took you... out of their hands.” Anika drew in a long breath.
“Khalidah...” she whispered.
“What did you say?”
“Khalidah...” Anika repeated. “That was her name. I remember now.” Atem nodded. He could tell Anika was a little drowsy.
“I’ll be right back.” Atem told her. Anika looked up and gave a nod. Atem left the room.
Anika sighed after a while ‘Well, running away is completely out of the question.’ Anika thought. ‘It almost got me killed. And I would of, if Atem didn’t come...save me... And then he--’ she remembered what had happened that night. ‘Did he actually... kiss me? I thought I had dreamt that. I guess... I guess not....’ She blushed slightly.

Atem walked down the hall and got a clay bowl from the kitchen. He filled it with water from a jug and started to carry it back. On his way, he saw Seto walking past.
“Seto.” He called to him. Seto turned his attention.
“Yes?” he replied
“Our mystery villain has a name. It’s Khalidah. Anika just told me. Tell everyone else.”
“Right away.” Seto assured him and bowed. Atem turned to go back to Anika’s room.

“Are you still up, Anika?” Atem asked. Anika looked up and nodded. “I brought you some water.” He continued.
“Thanks.” Anika spoke and started to drink.
“How is your strength?” he questioned. Anika stopped for a minute.
“Alright, I guess” she claimed. Atem nodded.
“Ok. That’s good. I don’t know what really went on when you weren’t here. I just want to make sure you’re safe and well.” Anika smiled a bit.
“Thanks....” she said again. She handed the bowl back to Atem when she was done.
“I’ll leave you alone so you can get some more rest. Let me know if you need anything more.” Anika murmured.
“Ok.” Atem got up and left. Anika wanted to say “This is the most that anyone has ever cared for me that I can remember.” But she figured she’d keep all of her past to herself.
