   Hey guys
Just letting ya'll know that I'm doing alright. My wisdom teeth surgery went well, and apparently so well that I don't look like a bruised chipmunk! Actually, it's kinda hard to tell that my cheeks are even swollen. Already lost 2 pounds thanks to my liquid/soft solids diet since it's hard to eat real food. Oh well. Managed to get up today and go visit a local Market to get some new food that we've never tried before, or have and can never find it. I got Pierogies!!! Mmmmmm, love those Russian dumplings!! Sorry, the first time I had those was when I went to Ohio for a wedding, and I got hooked, so I'm glad it's something I can eat, even on my "diet". ^^

Anywho, I hope all of you are doing good and had a very Merry Christmas and got what you wanted (or at least close to it). =^^= I can't help but boast but.....I have all the Guitar Heros for PS2 now!!! ^^ It was actually kinda funny, 'cause yesterday I played against my mum on the 3rd one, and I had taken some pain meds earlier, and I STILL beat her at it. That was fun. I'm hoping I can go to a friends house tonight 'cause she got DDR and Guitar Hero for the Wii (Wii would like to play), so it'd be nice to go see my friends again, just have to be careful and probably just watch most the time. That's alright, that's where most of the fun happens anyways! And watching my friends boyfriend show off by doing expert on Dragonforce. *rolls eyes*

I'm not dead yet!!
Sorry I haven't been able to update lately. School, myspace, friends, band, yaddayaddayadda, yeah. Been everywhere but here. Sorry.

Anywho, band went by pretty well. We got a 1 at UIL, the best you can get, but didn't go on past that because we didn't have enough people to do the last marching show. At least we ended it on a happy note. I'm currently in Symphonic Band, but we had reauditions and apparently they want to move me back down to Concert 1. -sighs- I REALLY don't want to move down to that band yet again. I'm really tired of being in that band. The class is every other day thanks to the new scheduling, and I'd be in first chair the rest of the year without even trying because I've gotten much better now at playing the flute since I've been in lessons. It'd drive me crazy. Tomorrow we're having our Winter Extravaganza, and I'm helping out with the Coins for Cooks table. It's an organization I'm in where we raise money for the local Cooks Children's Hospital for the patients. It's a 'makes you feel all warm and fuzzy' kind of organization.

I really, really don't want the holidays to come. Sure, I love Christmas and such, but it's the day after this year that I dread. Getting my wisdom teeth removed. -cringes- First surgery ever. The fact that my surgeon is really hot makes it a little better though. Get to have a distraction at least. =^^=

It's beginning to look a lot like-winter! Really, it is. It's been really foggy lately, and cold, and rainy, and miserable, and I absolutly love it! I'm hoping it'll snow again soon. Apparently it did during Thanksgiving, but I wasn't in town to see. Yesterday my car got frozen shut in the morning, had fun getting that taken care of. I swear, all this climate change is deffinatly making a change here. Going from 80 degrees one day to 50 the next. Welcome to Texas, don't like the weather? Wait a minute, it'll change.

I'm not dead yet!!!!
Hey guys, sorry I've been so neglectful lately. I did warn ya'll I'd be too busy to drop by. I've hardly touched the computer till now, unless it was for school reasons. But now that marching season has come to an end with our last football game being this Friday (1-8 so far. Only won our Homecoming.). So now I have more free time on my hands. That is, between homework, reading my new addiction: Eclipse; and trying to get caught up with other friends I have talked to in a long time outside of band. Unfortunatly, I'm failing a class (AP US History), so I can't march the last two games, though I'm still going. Gotta be the band's candy fairy after all. And I'm working on getting that grade up, so don't even bother lecturing me about it (Katy-san, I know you have the urge to, being a teacher and all), so it ought to come up soon. In two weeks I have Thanksgiving Break, so I may or maynot get on, seeing as I'll be out of town to visit the family. So yeah......just a quick update. I'll give ya'll details on marching contests next time, 'ight?

   Gah, I'm such a bad friend.....
Sorry I haven't been around lately, guys. Football season has started as well as school, which means life is absolutly crazy at the moment and will be till the end of November or so. So if I don't comment on any of ya'lls pages or don't respond to anything, it's because I don't have the time to right now. So please, be patient with me. ^^''''

Well, school's started, obviously. I'm in 2 AP classes, one of which has me up to my eyeballs in constant homework. My teacher expects us to read a whole chapter in two days while doing other stuff for that chapter. That's next to impossible for me to unless I stay up well past midnight on both nights, which ain't happening. Unlike most people I know, I won't stay up past 11 pm to do homework. Nope. I ain't that stupid. But yeah, it ain't fun right now.

Last night we had our first football game. Team still sucks. We lost 59-15. Not exactly great now is it? But hey, we actually scored for once!! *laughs* Big plus there. And I had fun. Still the Candy Lady for the whole band. If you don't already know, I provide candy at the games for the whole band, and, not surprisingly, I get away with being out of my seat by giving some to the directors. =^^= Yeah, I'm a suck-up....sometimes. Oh, and I had free entertainment. I gave 2 of my friends who never, EVER, drink any type of caffine a bit of an energy drink I had with me, and they went off-the-wall hyper. It was so funny. Rini wouldn't stop shaking and Kitty was starting to talk so fast, it was getting hard to understand her. *laughs* Free entertainment right there.

I'm gonna go to Rini's Stake Dance tonight. What's that you ask? Obviously you're not Mormon then if you have to ask. Basically, all the youth Mormon groups are called Stakes and they have a dance almost once a month. It's pretty much strictlly the youth groups, unless they bring in friends, which is where me and some of my friends come in. We're going to Rini's Stake Dance to "Crash the party" for fun. I'll try to get some pictures and maybe show it to you guys.

RP Adervisement!!!!
Ok, one of my friends came up with a Twilight/ New Moon/ Eclipse RP site and is in desperate need of members. I actually play Alice Cullen on it. If you've read the books and like RPing, check it out puh-lease!

[align=center][SIZE=0]New to Forks, Washington, two strangers settle in. A young man and a young woman. Neither seem related, but have planted themselves in a home not far from La Push. It is a small house, and the two are rarely seen. Though, when they are seen, it is obvious why they possibly remain hidden. Their appearances contrast intensely with the cloudy days. They arrived shortly after Bella's last dissapearance to Italy. No one pays much attention, either. Not even the Werewolves or Vampires. Nothing suspicious has happened, nor does any scent threaten the arrival of danger.

The girl, however, has now been spotted wandering around La Push. She claims to be a researcher in the making, studying old myths and legends. She always carries a pen and pad, and as of late she has been seeking tid bits from the locals. Now she wanders around La Push, but she appears timid and shy, even for her wild appearance. She can't seem to bring herself to talk to the elders, though that seems to be her obvious desire.

The man? He keeps himself locked up in the house. He is rarely seen outside, if at all. He keeps his distance, and doesn't even answer the door or phone calls. If you wish to speak to him, you must always go to the girl. She is his connection to the outside world he is so reluctant to visit... And yet, some have claimed to have seen the man wandering the woods or walking along the beach. Only at night, however, and only glimpses.

So far, they have still not given anything to worry over.

Now for your part. Whether you be a Canon or an Original, you must pick up clues to find out who is the imposter. One of them is not human, but their scents are of human. No skin shimmers, neither are short-tempered, and only one prefers home from outside. Watch them both carefully. Maybe you've already figured it out? We'll see.

As for Bella, she's still deciding between her lover and her friend. Not only that, the threat of the Volturri looms over her. Either become a Vampire, live with her love, and lose her best friend, or stay human, pray the Volturri don't come for her, and be with her friend. Either way, Bella is in dire need of a choice, right now. Which will she end up choosing?

Will those two new faces interfere with everything, as well?[/SIZE][/align]

I ordered the new book Eclipse!!!!! *dances* Only.....3 days till it comes in!! Yeah, think I'm just a little excited? Well, I'm almost done re-reading New Moon, so I'll know what's going on once it comes in.

School starts in a week. Lovely. New scheduling, new lunches, new portables in an already extremely big school. First day is gonna suck butt.

I have lots to tell you people!! So prepare, for this will be a nice, long post.

Okie-dokie, well, I shall start with band. I've managed to land a spot on the field once again. (Yay!) And not only that, but I'm a random flute! You see, we started learning our closer drill (last song is the closer), and they needed someone to fill in a brass spot because we just don't have enough brass-whatever-so they stuck me in there. I'm surrounded by Sousaphones and french horns!! And I'm sure I'm gonna get trampled by a Sousa player at least once this year. -_-''''' Oh, and I found out that my voice is VERY loud. Apparently if I'm on one side of the football field and I'm counting out the number of steps it takes to get to one spot or however many steps we're doing for warm-ups, you can hear me on the other side of the field. O.o Sa-weet!! I've been aiming to get my voice that loud for awhile now! ^^ Though I won't be surprised if I lose my voice eventually from being so loud constantly. ^^'''''

Alrighty, other news. I got two new CDs, one being from my 'song of the post'. Yes, the brand new, first US album, Within Temptation 'Heart of Everything' album!!! It's awesome!! And cheap as well since they're not too famous here in America. Only $10 at Target. ^^ And I also got a CD called 'Monsters of Rock' which is all 80s one hit hair band wonders. ^^ I love hair bands, so this just makes me very happy. I was on cloud nine when I found both those CDs.

School is starting in...2 weeks to the day. Lovely. I'm not looking foreward to it. Normally I'd be apathetic about it, but now I'm just dreading it. Why? Because they screwed everything up this year!! They changed the schedule, so now I have to get used to 7 classes instead of 4; get up even earlier because marching band is in zero hour, yet I don't get zero hour so I have to stay in school till after 3 pm; the day school starts is the day I get schedule, so that's gonna be a clusterfuck (word of the summer, by the way); and to top it all off, my schools only been open for about 6 years now, and it's already over crowded! We got two portables, but they're by the loading docks, which is bad since we'll have 3 trucks for band this year, and we really need that space there. >_< This year is gonna suck. PLUS it's the last year I'll be with most of my friends as they're seniors now. *sighs* I feel old....

My friend Shelby is in town, so I've been going over to visit and hang out with her, which is making everything hectic as I try to hangout with her as much as possible as I'll only see her for a week for nearly 2 years unless I go see her in California next year. But I'm managing it well.

   I'M ALIVE!!!!!
Ok, yeah I know, dramatic as ever. But what do you expect? You people know me better! XP

Anywho, I got back from Ohio yesterday morning. I just love time changes, wanna know why? Flight left from Ohio at 7:15am, and we landed at 8:45am. Flight was about 2 hours and 10 minutes or so. Makes it weird, don't it? XD

Well, the wedding was ok. The reception was boring 'cause I was one of 4 teenagers and the others wouldn't talk to me. Oh well. Though I DID get dragged around by my 3 year old cousin who I'll call 'Stacey'. She's absolutly adorable! Till you play "Evil witch/Prisoner" with her. She has the evil look down! And I swear, she will be in drama someday, she is such a good actor. That, and having her twin older brothers leech onto my legs when they realized I was their cousin and make me walk around like that, plus THEIR older brother added on to it. *rolls and sighs* Crazy bunch of kids, let me tell you.

I did get to see the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and ride the train there. Very nice Rock Hall, if you ever get the chance to go, then go. I deffinatly suggest it. Whenever my mum finds the USB cable for her camera, I'll show ya'll pictures of it. I bought myself a souvenier: a Rock and Roll shirt. ^^ And I got an Aerosmith postcard for my boyfriend and a Pink Floyd one for the guys I work with. They wanted me to take pictures, but since I could only get the lobby and the outside, I got a postcard to make up for it. ^^

It's late, and I have to work in the morning.....Bleh....

Just wanted to give an update before I go off to Ohio for the wedding. I leave tomorrow early in the morning. -_- I HATE flying, and hate having to wake up extremely early to catch a flight even more. >_< *sighs* Oh well.

It's been pretty slow lately at work ever since the rains have let up. I swear, if the stupid shipments had given us at least 3 pallets of pool salt each shipment, we'd probably make about......10 grand a day. That's how high the demand for the stuff is. And since it's been so slow, me and my manager found that listening to the oldies+us=free entertainment. Yeah, it's pretty funny to watch us dance around and sing really badly. There's a reason I'm in band. XD

Marcihng band starts next month. Yay! Though then that's by school starting and football season starting and.....us making fun of our horrible football team. XP Yeah, seriously, football team needs to get off OUR field. ^^ But yeah.....one month.....not even.....*whines*
