   Myth to legend to reality~~Part 30
Alannah walked ahead of the others, arms crossed over her chest, head held high, a fierce fire blazing in her blue eyes and an air of annoyance hung over her head. Katelyn ran up to her, walking beside her slightly shorter friend.

"We were just kidding Alannah, no need to blow up like that." Alannah just shot her a glare out of the corner of her eye. The scene from earlyer still playing freshly in her mind.

*earlyer*
Linda,Shelby,Alannah, and Katelyn were all walking down the sidewalk, laughing and talking. Suddenly someone said something about Alannah being short.

"I'M NOT SHORT!!!!!! YOU'RE JUST FREAKISHLY TALL!!!!*" She yelled, face going pink with a blood rush from being so angry.

"No, you're short." Linda said. Alannah growled, her hands curling into tight fists till her knuckles turned white. She stomped up to each of the other girls and gave them each a sound punch on the face, earning each a nice big bruise on the cheek. she then stormed off, not bothering to answer the calls of pain coming from her friends.
*end flashback*

Linda and Shelby kept their distance, not want yet ANOTHER bruise and knowing full well what was going to happen next.

"I didn't 'blow up'."

"Yeah you did."

"So says you." Katelyn growled slightly. alannah just smirked in triumph. As the group walked, they came upon a lot of land that didn't have a house or any other type of building on it yet. They decided to rest and watch the sun set. As the sky took on the many hues of purple, red, orange, and yellow, another group of four came up near them.

"Shit," Shelby hissed, getting to her feet. The other girls followed suite. The other groups came near. It was Yusuke, Kuwabara, Kurama, and Hiei.

"Well well well, look who we've got here," Yusuke said cockily, "Seems to me you girls just can't give up, now can you?"

"That's a pretty idiotic question detective," Linda said, "What would you expect from a group of makai demons who have bounties on their heads? Hm?"

"To put up a good fight. Although, you guys sure are a pain in the ass." Alannah rolled her eyes before pushing her glasses up the bridge of her nose.

"Us? That sounds more like you guys." She said with a sneer. The streetlights started to flicker on, giving the area a ghostly, eerie feeling. The girls all looked at each other and nodded, as if agreeing to a silent message sent to one another. Closing their eyes, each began to glow with their spirit energy, turning into their true forms.

"If it's a fight you want," Okashii said, withdrawing her spear, readying it. "Then it's a fight you'll get!" Yusuke and Kuwabara smiled and cracked their knuckles. And the second fight between the detectives and Yami, Emmy, Okashii, and Cheyenne began.

Hey, I promised a chapter, so there ya go, hope you enjoyed it.

Nothing really goin' on lately. Got really pissed off today. One of the guys in my english class (I shall call him "Yusuke") decided to mess with me today. During lunch, while in line, Yusuke decided to steal my wallet that I use for lunch money, and lunch money only. Now, I didn't notice till Kinoki told me. Thank god she saw who it was. Demanding my wallet back (and demanding it from Yusuke since it was him who took it) he through the damn thing on the ground. Now, I don't take crap like this personally no more, it's just garbage that needs to be taken out, taken out did I do. Good thing he didn't take of my money, or he would've been in much hotter water than he is now. I had one of my friends report him since I was too busy and my friend was a office aid. At my school, stealing gets you at least a DR (detention referral) I do beleive. So I'm hoping he at least gets that. The little bastard....

In drama we're doing scenes from different plays/movies. the choices for our groups were: a scene from the Hobbit where it's Bilbo and Gollum having a riddle contest; 12 angry men where the jurors are talking a case over; A man named Peter where it's a priest and his wife argueing over the priests health 'cause he's sick yet still doing his job; and a scene involving a young 12 year old girl and her imaginary friend, the girl wants people to take her more seriously and be more grown-up, but her imaginary friends trys to coax her back to her childhood. I'm in a group doing the 12 angry men, but I guess you would say it's 12 angry women since we're all girls. Unfortunatly, I get the most lines. >< And we have to memorize our scripts. Not easy. ><
