Now, bout my Best Banner Contest:
Rules
1) Because I know that not all people have great photo editors (I don't either), I am limiting the contest to only using paint. Of course, I won't really be able to tell (unless you make it really great) if you did, so I am just gonna trust you.
2) Your banner MUST have your username and words on it to qualify. You can't just have any old picture.
3) No cheating
4) Play fair

Contest Deadlines
All enties (as in the banner) must be sent by August 22nd at 12:00 PM through either PM or my e-mail, yellowsword@yahoo.com. The winners shall be posted by August 24nd in the afternoon.

1)Effort (10 pts possible)
