Just keeping you on the edge of your seats...!
Fully recovered now, went out on saturday and wound up my friend Tom by telling him it was his fault that I got sick. He was sick around that time too, so I may have caught it from him, but the run in the damp still seems more likely. Anyway, went out and played a bit of soccer on Sunday, then watched the Pro Bowl, not much happening there.
Yesterday I went back to school, and got through that fine, and then went out for my first run with Craig since last Wednesday. Surprisingly easy considering the run had upped a level, and my lack of commitment through illness.
Then when I got home I ordered a copy of NFL Street from the Internet. It's UK release was January 30th, but it has yet to find its way to a shop, so I bought it online, which I am not too fond of doing. But anyway, it was £5 cheaper than it would be in a store, so needless to say, I had the last laugh. 24 hour delivery service too, so it should be here by Wednesday, since I ordered it quite late on the Monday. Game looks fun, if not overly challenging. Regardless, I'd much rather enjoy myself playing a game than be throwing the pad at the wall with a clump of my hair in the other hand. Screw challenging, I want a bit of fun and a game I can tear my friends apart with.
Today... not much happened. Went to school, did my lessons, played a little 2 on 2 basketball, came home, got online, typed this up. I'm pretty much bored now, I want that damn game to get here so I'll have something to do.
Magic Advice for the Day: Don't eat mushrooms you find on the backs of things, or funky shit will happen.
