   Polysics! ....and some other stuff

Plus, their videos make no sense. Actually...from the translations I've read...their lyrics don't really make sense either. Haha! My favorites are probably Electric Surfin' Go Go and Black Out Fall Out. I remember Black Out Fall Out was put in the magazine, Anime Insider, as one of the top 10 weirdest J-pop videos. It is pretty weird. XD But I still like it. Also, I think they have two different versions for their I My Me Mine video. One of them is on YouTube, and the other is on Google. Hmmm...YouTube used to have their video for Baby BIAS, but I guess it was deleted because of copyright stuff. I'm sure a lot more of that will be going on now that Google bought YouTube. I even heard they're thinking of making you pay to use YouTube now. I don't know if it's true though. I sure hope not. Anyway, I started this post at about...3:30PM today. Only a little after I got home from school. You may be asking....why'd it take so long? Well...I was making this of course! Haha! You may also be asking....why did you make it? The answer is simple. I got bored. :P I have way too much free time. And...I wanted to further my animation skills. I'm not so sure I was successful in doing so...but it was still fun. ^-^ I just hope it works. Right here is a link to it if it doesn't work in the post. I got distracted while working on it too. Once when my mom needed to use the computer...and then again when LOST came on. I must say...LOST was definitely better tonight than the night of the season premier. Maybe it was because it had Daniel Dae Kim in it. ^____^ Haha! To tell you the truth though...I really don't think they should make it any longer than this season. It is kind of getting...boring. -__-' But...being the DDK fan that I am...I continue to watch anyway. So...what else was I going to talk about? Oh yeah! I finally got to see Fearless on Friday! ^___^ It was very good! My friend Kilwoon came too, and I'm glad he did. If he hadn't come...I'd probably still be complaining that I haven't gone yet. Plus, it was definitely fun. ^^ Well....I guess that's about all I'll say this time. This was a really pointless post. -__-' I hope I put the right links for the videos. I'm in a hurry.    Hmmm...

Current Music: Nickelback: Far Away :: Current Mood: Lonely/Tired :: Time Posted: 6:41PM ET Hmmmm....good song. :) I thought I'd come post to tell you that I submitted two more pictures. If you want the link to my fan art again, here it is. One of them is of Chise from Saikano. The other is of Miho from MegaTokyo. Last year, my art teacher took both of the pictures because she wanted them to be in a fair for this year. Well...now the fair is over...and she gave them back to me. Of course she only used one of them, Chise. The one I don't think I did a very good job on. I think I did a better job on Miho. If only she hadn't run off the side of the page. >.< Sooo...go check them out if you want! ^-^ Here's the picture I used to draw Chise: Yeah. That picture shows her hand. I kind of left that out...because I'm horrible at drawing hands. >.< And if you go to the MegaTokyo website and decide to read it....just keep in mind that Gallagher made it left to right. Not the usual Japanese right to left style. I thought you might want to know that. ^^ Anyway, I still haven't seen Fearless. I want to go see it so bad! It has to be this weekend! My mom was thinking of letting me go on Friday. I hope I'll have at least one person that can come with me this time. *hopeful* Haha! I even found out that Jay Chou does a song for it. I didn't know that! I love Jay Chou! Oh yeah! That fair I mentioned. I went with my friend, Kilwoon. Well...he met us there. It was a lot of fun! I just thought I'd mention that. ^^ Well, I'm not really sure of what else I should talk about. I have a book I need to finish reading for Thursday.    Evanescence, Newness, & Fearless

I remember when I'd listen to their Fallen CD over and over and over and over and over again. Brings back very nice memories. :) Haha! I hope I'll be able to get this CD now too. I should probably pay my mom the $126 I still owe her from Otakon first though. >_> Anyway...I'm doing a little better than I was a while ago. Still a little depressed-ish. Still no hope of me finding anyone. I've pretty much made up my mind that I'm not going to dances anymore. Unless a miracle happens, and I find a boyfriend. That was always my plan anyway. I guess I'll just go back to it. Sure...that may mean I won't get to wear a qipao to prom...but I really don't care anymore. It's not worth it to me now. I can't stand how alone I feel after them these days. Not that I didn't have fun at homecoming. That's definitely not it. I even got to finally meet my friend, Kilwoon. That was very awesome. ^^ I did have fun while I was there. It's just that hours after...I always get really sad and what-not. Happens every single time. -__- Sooo...ummm...how do you like my new theme?! Hehe. Took me long enough! >.< And the picture/icon thing still isn't working. Blast it all! Eh...sorry. Just a little annoyed that I took hours to finally finish it yesterday, and now that's not working. If anyone has advice to make it work...it'd be muchly appreciated. ^-^ That is...if it doesn't suddenly change before any of you actually read this....or before I'm done typing this up... Oh! In art class for the past...month?...I've been working on a picture of Vash! Wooooo! Yeah...I take way too long to draw. -__-' Taking all the time we've been in school so far to finish it. >_> But I submitted it if you wish to see it. Right here is a link to my fan art page. I wanted to go see Fearless yesterday. I was going to go with my dear friend, but she backed out on me at the last minute. Psssshhh. :P So I kinda didn't get to. I figured it'd be too boring all by myself. *sigh* There's another reason I need a "someone". Then I'd actually have someone to go to the movies with me. Maybe I'll get to go this weekend instead...so she better be ready this time! Or maybe I'll have someone else go. I don't know. I can't think of anyone else who'd want to go see it with me. I shall be very sad if I do not get to go though. It's Jet Li's last martial arts movie!! I can't miss that! It's flippin' Jet Li! And just because I really have no idea what else to put for a picture today...I'm going to put this: I had to go to a blood drive today after school. I was the youngest person there. Nobody else from around here got retrained during the summer...so I was with no one my age...for 3 hours! I have a headache...and I'm tired. Plus...I need to go back to school tomorrow. But...that's ok...for some reason. Maybe it's the fact that we only have three days of school this week. Hmmm... Or maybe it's because the new season of LOST is on next week! EEEEEE! I can't wait!!!    Bummed

Current Music: Utada: Sakura Drops :: Current Mood: Lonely :: Time Posted: 7:26PM ET I love this song. :) And yet again...I'm lonely. Hmph...what else is new? -__- And here's the picture for the day....before I go into my rant....thing. It's Utada: So yeah. I'm lonely. I feel like an uber loser. I have my friends. I'm grateful for that. Even if they all call me a loser (Not the ones I have from here). I know they're only "joking", but I don't know. I guess it's just a totally different story. Anyway, I'm feeling really lonely. All my friends are out having lives. I'm stuck at home. I feel like such a loser. I never do anything. I've been told to join field hockey. I like hockey. It's really the only sport I like to play. I just don't think I'd be good enough at it. I really don't. I'm not very fit....like...at all. That's another reason I feel like a loser. I have asthma, so that doesn't really help either. Also, I only have two more years left in high school. I just feel like it'd be pointless for me to just suddenly join now. I really wish I was more active in stuff though. I see my friends at school, but come on. It's school. >.< Plus, because I'm not in anything, I don't get out much and see other people in the world. Have I ever told you that most of the guys here suck? Now that brings me to the worst part of it all. Our homecoming dance is this weekend. And guess what? I yet again do not have anyone to "go with". I know you don't need someone to "go with". It's just...I don't know. Until last year, I refused to go to any school dances...for the very reason of me not having someone to go with. Sure...there are my friends. I'm grateful that I at least have them, and that they are willing to have me go with them. It's just...it's not the same...ya know? And I know I'm just being some lame teenage girl. You don't need to tell me that. I'm fully aware. In fact, I'm sure one of my friends will slap me over the head or something in art tomorrow morning after reading this. Just the way she is...haha. Don't get me wrong. She is a really good friend. I really am glad we got to be better friends two years ago. I honestly don't know what I'd do without her sometimes. But what I'm really trying to say with the whole homecoming thing is that, I'm a coward. I can't talk to guys. If they're my friends, sure. But if I like him, no. If I'm on here, definitely (although not always). But in person, definitely not. I'm hopeless. And as EnVy has told me, I am not assertive enough. >.< And to my next....thing. I really don't feel like I deserve such good friends. I mean...I had so many people on here leave me comments for my last post, and I never got back to them. I really do want to. I just get so lazy. I'm a horrible friend. I really am. And I feel like I'm just taking up space on here. I'm just taking up a high ranking for someone more deserving. I feel like such a horrible person. Don't get me wrong, it's an honor to be #47 or whereever my spot is now. And I really did work hard to get there. I'm just really not doing a good job to stay there. Another problem. I still haven't gotten around to finishing my new layout for here. Why? Because I'm lazy. And not to mention the fact that I'm horrible with computer graphics. I'm not even that great with HTML. Not the worst at it, but definitely not the best either. Maybe I'll get a chance to work on it soon...hopefully even after I'm done typing this up. Hmmm...I feel like a waste of a person. All I ever do is get in the way or make the people around me sad...because of my sadness. I'm even here complaining about stuff I have no right to be complaining about while other people have it way worse than me. And sometimes I wonder why I'm even here. I don't feel like I contribute to society at all. And I keep thinking to myself, maybe tomorrow will be better. Maybe I won't be so lonely. Maybe I'll actually find a "someone". But all that ever leads to is another dissappointment because I'm always wrong. Then there is also this freakin' book banning thing going on at my school! What the heck?! I'm not even gonna get into that. I'm sure my post would be twice as long if I did. -__- So this was basically a super long and pointless post. I'm really sorry to any of you who may have actually read it all. Or even just part of it. As I've said before, my life really isn't that interesting. Unless you find this stuff interesting.    Otakon 2006!!!!

Current Music: Bliss: Not Quite Paradise : Current Mood: Worried :: Time Posted: 1:30AM ET Ahhh. The wonderful Titan AE soundtrack. What would I do without it? Probably not be listening to this song right now. Haha! It is a good song though. I haven't seen that movie in quite some time. Maybe I should watch it... Anywho, it's been awhile since I've posted again. I'm sorry. >.<;; It's just....I get so lazy. Plus, I've been really worried about the book I'm supposed to read and write a paper about for the first day of school on August 28th. Did I mention I didn't even start reading it yet? >.<;; I'm way too much of a procrastinator. I should really work on that. >.> Also, a lot of the time, I don't know what to write about. My life is pretty boring really. >.> Except of course the weekend of August 4-6. Yup! You guessed it! Otakon 2006! I got to go! I was so happy. I was actually around a lot of people like me...in person. Haha! I mean...there are a lot of people like me on here, but to actually be around them in person was just...very cool. And I got to see Yoshiki, the former drummer/pianist for the band, X Japan. You know, "one of the most successful and influential bands in Japan"? He even continues being the founder of and working with the band called Violet UK. Yup. That Yoshiki! ^_________^ To this day, I still cannot believe I actually saw him in person. It was a dream! Basically, the whole weekend was a dream! One that I will never forget! ^-^ I've decided to put pictures of him up for this post. Not from Otakon though. The ones I got with the digital sucked, and the ones I got with the other camera haven't been developed yet. >.< Soo...first an old pic, and then a more recent one.    Densha Otoko, POTC, and NANA!

Current Music: Nana Kitade: Kesenai Tsumi : Current Mood: Bored/Lonely/Tired :: Time Posted: 1:04PM ET Hmmm...bored/lonely/tired seem to be my three favorite moods...eh? *sigh* Anyway, this song is awesome! ^-^ You can watch the video here! It's kinda...odd...but cool. Haha! In my last post, I mentioned how I'm going to change my theme to NANA. Do not fret! I still am! It's just taking me a lot longer than I thought it would. >.<;; I really need more practice in making graphics and such. Also, in my last post, I totally forgot to mention how I went to see Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Man's Chest on the 9th. How I forgot to mention that, I'll never know...but yeah. I went to see it almost 2 weeks ago. ^-^ It was awesome! I really wish I could go see it again! But alas, I cannot. Unless I find someone willing to take me! Haha! Yeah right... Okie, well, I've also watched the movie Train Man (Densha Otoko) since my last post. It's really sweet. If you haven't heard of it, then you aren't a very good otaku. Haha! I'm just kidding. lol Anywho, it's about an otaku that saves this woman from a molester on a train. Then she sends him these teacups, and he asks his internet friends for advice...because he really liked this girl. Eventually he calls her, and they start going out while his friends are still giving him advice and encouraging him. It's even, apparently, a true story. If you're into that sorta thing, you should definitely check it out! ^-^ Here's a picture: You see how geeky he looks there? Well...check out Takayuki Yamada when he doesn't look like that: Yup. Girls don't give the geeky otaku guys enough credit. You just never know what he may look like without the glasses..and put into other clothes. ;) Not to mention the fact he's *probably* got a lot nicer personality. =) And I'm not saying you should go trying to change a guy.    NANA the Movie

   Otakon?! Me?! Going?!

Current Music: UVERworld: CHANCE! :: Current Mood: Excited :: Time Posted: 11:47PM ET Hmmm...well...I guess it's been a long time again. I'm sorry! >.< I've just been really...ummm...lazy. Haha! Sorry! ...Again. But anyway, I'm supposed to read this book for school when it starts back up. And I need to do this paper thing. Ugh! Plus...my mom is still bugging me to get a blasted job! Ya know, I'm really starting to not like this whole...being 16 thing. Haha! Then there's also the fact that I still haven't even gone for my permit yet. >.> I'm wayyyy scared of driving. >.< Oh! And I've been thinking of changing my layout here. I'm just having trouble deciding what I'm going to change it to.    Weeeeee!
