Ayashi no Ceres
hello there again everyone ^_^. the background this time is from the series Ayashi no Ceres^^. for those of you who LOVE Yu Watase (like me XD), you'll know this series XD. in case you don't, here's a description from wikipedia:

On their sixteenth birthday, they are called to gather in their family home to be given a special present. The present was actually some sort of test -- which Aya failed. She is proven to be a reincarnation of a tennyô (celestial maiden), and when her hidden memory is jogged, she will transform into Ceres, the tennyô. According to the legend, if left to live, the reincarnation of Ceres will bring ruin upon the Mikage family. Aya quickly finds she is being hunted by her own family who plans to kill her. She is saved by Suzumi Aogiri, another tennyo descendant, Yûhi, a very energetic teenager and Suzumi's brother-in-law, and Tôya, a mysterious man with whom Aya soon falls in love.

well, there you have it XD. i suggest people to watch the series and the manga ^o^!!! VERY good story :). ummmm, i got the english voice actor for Roy Mustang (from FMA, duh XD) to sign a fanart i drew of that character :D!!!! i shall ink it and try to color as best i can (he kinda wrote over some of it, but that's alright ^o^!!). i also got several other voice actors signatures :). oooh yeah! Kari Wahlgren (voice actor for Saya Otonashi from Blood+, Haruko from FLCL, etc.) signed my fanart of saya and haji that i uploaded on here awhile ago :D. i'm thinkin about re-uploading it, but idk if i should :(. what do you guys think? well, see you all later, and stay safe ^o^!!

Tokyo Underground
hello there ^o^! heh, this wallpaper's from an anime called Tokyo Underground^^. here's a description of it courtesy of wikipedia ^_^:
The series tackles a world which is under Tokyo's underground railway system aptly called the Underground (地下世界, chika sekai). The people living there are called Elemental Users because they can manipulate various elements.

When the Priestess of Life, Ruri Sarasa (ルリ・サラサ), and her bodyguard, Gravity User Chelsea Rorec (チェルシー・ローレック) escape to the surface and take refuge with swordsman Rumina Asagi (浅葱留美奈 Asagi Rumina) and his bespectacled best friend Ginnosuke Isuzu (五十鈴銀之助 Isuzu Ginnosuke), the lives of the two boys are never the same after Rumina was killed during a battle with a henchman then resurrected by Ruri.

They find out that Ruri is a very important person in the Underground and is being pursued by evil powers there. Grateful for Ruri and his newfound Wind powers, Rumina vows to protect her, even if it means going to the Underground to rescue her from her eventual captors before she gets sacrificed.

Gunslinger Girl
yep, i've changed my background yet again^^;. it's from the anime Gunslinger Girl. Very intersting series ^o^. here's a description of it from wikipedia^^:
Set in modern-day Italy, Gunslinger Girl follows the exploits of the Social Welfare Agency (often referred to as simply "the Agency"), ostensibly a charitable institution sponsored by the Italian government. While the Agency professes to aid the rehabilitation of the physically injured, it is actually a military organization specializing in counter-intelligence and counter-terrorism. It comprises two independent branches, Public Safety (公安部, kōan-bu) and Special Ops (作戦部, sakusen-bu), with Public Safety being its surveillance and intelligence-gathering arm and Special Ops its anti-terrorist division.[3] Special Ops is, itself, divided into Sections 1 and 2,[4] the latter employs young girls, who are fitted with cybernetic implants, as agents. The implants, which consist of synthesized muscles and carbon fiber frames, result in heightened strength and reflexes, as well as high resilience to damage and pain. Each girl is paired with a male trainer, or "handler," and together they are referred to as a fratello (Italian for "brother"). The handler is responsible for the training, welfare and field performance of his charge, and is free to use whatever methods he considers suitable. While these methods vary according to the handler, a common part of each girl's regimen is a combination of drugs and brainwashing called "conditioning", which produces a deadly assassin with unquestioning loyalty to her handler.

X/1999
hi there guys ^o^!! how've you all been :D? i've ok^^. anways, i've got another request to do that was made by midori45. i'll get that done just as soon as i complete a request made by Anonymous Wolfie ^o^. well, i've yet again changed my background and avatar XD. what series are they from, you ask ^o^? it's from a series by CLAMP called X/1999. for the manga of it, it's currently on hiatus, but i hope that it'll be lifted soon ^o^! cuz i've been "thinking" about starting to buy the series, not sure yet tho^^. anyways, this is what X/1999 is about (courtesy of wikipedia.org):
In 1999, Shirō Kamui returns to Tokyo for the first time in six years to honor his mother's final wishes. It is here he will fulfill his destiny, yet all he wants is for others to leave him alone. According to the yumemi Hinoto, Kamui alone has the power to decide the world's fate, which depends on whether the kekkai which exist in Tōkyō remain standing.

Kamui must decide to either become a Dragon of Heaven (also known as the Seven Seals) and protect humanity from supernatural destruction or join the Dragons of Earth (also known as the Seven Angels) to destroy humanity so the Earth can be reborn. While Kamui couldn't care less about the world, he feels he must protect childhood friends Fūma and Kotori, Fūma's younger sister. However, his choice to become a Dragon of Heaven results in tragedy when Fūma is revealed to be Kamui’s “Twin Star”, destined to be Kamui’s opposite number no matter which side Kamui chooses.

Kamui must reluctantly fulfill his destiny alongside his allies, the Dragons of Heaven, whose destinies are also ostensibly foreordained. They all soon learn the tragedy of loss and the painful price of victory. To save the world, Kamui must become certain of his resolve and of what he truly desires for himself, Fūma, and the world.

300
heh, as if you couldn't tell from my new background and avatar, i'm currently hooked on 300 8D. now, it's rated R, so you little kiddies out there who aren't allowed to watch rated R movies without parental consent, etc., don't watch it cuz it can get kinda bloody^^;. anways, for all of you out there who have no idea what 300 is, here's a description courtesy of www.imdb.com:
In 480 BC, the Persian king Xerxes sends his massive army to conquer Greece. The Greek city of Sparta houses its finest warriors, and 300 of these soldiers are chosen to meet the Persians at Thermopylae, engaging the soldiers in a narrow canyon where they cannot take full advantage of their numbers. The battle is a suicide mission, meant to buy time for the rest of the Greek forces to prepare for the invasion. However, that doesn't stop the Spartans from throwing their hearts into the fray, determined to take as many Persians as possible with them.

Eyeshield 21
heh, hey guys^^. well, the background this time is from the anime Eyeshield 21 8D!! it's a really good anime ^o^!!! (plus it's a good manga as well XD). sooooo, here's a description from wikipedia.org (once again XD) about what it's about:
The plot of Eyeshield 21 revolves around a physically unassuming and non-assertive boy named Sena Kobayakawa (小早川瀬那, Kobayakawa Sena?) who enters the high school of his choice, Deimon Private Senior High School (泥門高等学校, Deimon Kōtōgakkō?), where his childhood friend Mamori Anezaki (姉崎まもり, Anezaki Mamori?), one year older than Sena, already attends. His only remarkable physical abilities are his running speed and dodging techniques, which catches the eye of the high school's American football team captain Yoichi Hiruma (蛭魔 妖一, Hiruma Yōichi?). Sena was then forced into playing as the team's running back by Yoichi.

To protect his identity (on the basis that other teams will try to lure Sena to their school teams) Sena is forced to assume the role of team secretary, and enter the field with a helmet featuring a green-tinted eyeshield to hide his features. The anime revolves around the adventures and misadventures of the football team as they acquire other characters and compete in local tournaments leading up to the "Christmas Bowl", the high school football championship.

Naruto Shippuuden and .hack//Roots
hey there people ^_^. thank you all SOOOO MUCH for the support by voting on commenting on my new art ^o^!!! you're all so very kind ^_^. anyways, as you all can probably tell, my new bg is from Naruto ^o^!! or, as the proper title i guess would be, Naruto Shippuuden^^. for those of you who might not know, here's the basic storyline for Naruto Shippuuden:
The plot of the second part of the manga and anime series Naruto, titled Naruto: Shippūden (疾風伝, Shippūden? lit. Hurricane Chronicles) in the anime and simply Part II in the manga, is set two and a half years after the present timeline in Part I. The new story revolves mainly around Naruto Uzumaki's and Sakura Haruno's new adventures and their search for Sasuke Uchiha after he left Konoha to gain Orochimaru's power. The plot also shows a more active Akatsuki in their quest to obtain all the tailed beasts. (there's more on the page: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Naruto_Shippuuden)

oh yeah! and my avatar's from the anime .hack//Roots ^o^. here's a description of that in case you all were wondering what the heck it was about XD:
.hack Roots is actually a prequel to the upcoming .hack//G.U games. It takes place in the year 2017 with the newly redone "The World R:2". The story follows Haseo, who is an Adept Rouge, and The Twilight Brigade Guild as they search for the "Key to the Twilight". The reason for the new release is that the CC corp building burned in 2015 with all of The World's data in it. With the remaining data and by splicing what would be a new game, CC corp remade the World as The World R:2. It was the released in 2016.

After Haseo logs in for the first time, he is attacked by Player Killers but is then saved by the mysterious Ovan and Shino. Both are part of the guild the Twilight Brigade. They try to get Haseo to join. And fail for a while. The Twilight Brigade is after the Key to the Twilight, however, there is another guild called the TaN guild who opposes the Brigade. Blood+
hi there guys ^_^. it's your one and only Yukino here XD. well, my last wallpaper and avatar were from Utawarerumono (VERY awesome series btw^^. i suggest everyone check it out ^o^! & if you want to know where you can download it at, pm me ^_^). NOW, my avatar and background are from the anime Blood+. here's a description, courtesy of wikipedia.org ^_^:

Blood+ starts a few decades after the events of Blood: The Last Vampire. Under the care of her adoptive family, Saya Otonashi has been living the life of an anemic and amnesiac, but otherwise ordinary schoolgirl. However, Saya’s happy life is shattered to pieces when she is attacked by a chiroptera, and learns that she is the only one who can defeat them. Armed with her sword, Saya embarks on a journey with her family, allies and faithful servant, Haji, to rid the world of Chiroptera and rediscover her identity.

The series is initially set in present day (September 2005) Okinawa City (Koza), on Okinawa Island, near the US Kadena Air Base. In the course of the series, Saya visits many locales across the world, while fighting enemy chiropterans and searching for her origins.

   Toshiro Hitsugaya
yep, i'm currently obsessed with the 10th squad captain, Toshiro Hitsugaya from Bleach XD (as if you couldn't tell XD). i'm sure you've all heard of bleach and/or the storyline of it, so i won't bother you all witha description THIS time XD. instead, i'll post a description of Hitsugaya XD!! here goes:
Tōshirō Hitsugaya (日番谷 冬獅郎, Hitsugaya Tōshirō) is a character in the anime and manga series Bleach. He is the captain of the 10th Division in the Gotei 13. His lieutenant is Rangiku Matsumoto. Tōshirō Hitsugaya is very young by Soul Society standards. He is the youngest in generations to have become captain and is thus called a "boy genius" by many. He is short (because of his age) and has white hair, which tends to draw attention in the human world. He wears standard captain's clothing without any accessories. However, he is the only shinigami that carries his zanpakutō on his back other than Ichigo. His sheath dissolves whenever he draws his sword.

Hitsugaya is generally mature and serious, in contrast to his free-spirited lieutenant, Rangiku Matsumoto. He rarely smiles, but does on a few occasions. Despite their philosophical differences, he and Rangiku seem to be very close. Despite his youth, Hitsugaya hates anything that he deems "kiddie" or childish. This is more shown in the omake chapters of Bleach, such as the short comics in VJump and the sand castle contest chapter released along with chapter 238. He is also mistaken for a kid in several of the omake chapters, much to his annoyance. He is overly protective of Momo Hinamori, which is mildly ironic given that she was once like an older sister to him.

Hitsugaya is easily annoyed when anyone (especially Momo Hinamori) refers to him by anything other than his title, Captain Hitsugaya. Hinamori has gotten away with "Hitsugaya-kun," and both she and Ukitake have used the occasional "Shiro-chan" (シロちゃん) – a nickname meaning "Whitey" (Snowy in the English books) in reference to his hair – without repercussion, however. In a Shinigami Golden Cup (omakes found at the end of an episode of Bleach), Jūshirō Ukitake comically gives Hitsugaya candy and other food because "Jūshirō" and "Tōshirō" sound similar and because they both have white hair, making them both "Shiro-chan." Ichigo also calls Hitsugaya by his given name despite Hitsugaya's protests, making him one of three captains Ichigo refers to in this manner (the others being Byakuya Kuchiki and Kenpachi Zaraki).
