hey! awsome site! love the colors! well to start off, welcome to otaku! lol!
ok so contests are just stuff people hold every so often but they all have their own rules and twists! mostly otaku is a site u can share your pics with people and if they like it, BOOM! they give u a vote and even put that drawing into their favorites! u can also go to other people's pics and comment on his/her work! (also vote for that pic if u like it!)
