It's been a while...

"How many 'n''s are there in 'Funk'?" -Gaara of the Funk; Naruto: The Abridged Series Sorry for the ubber long absence. It was the end of summer and school started and stuff. Yeah. It wasn't a pretty sight. Oh, yes, I'm now officially a Junior. One more year till college. Labor Day Happy Labor day to you all. I hope none of you have any grilling or pool related incidences. It would be sad to hear that any of you died. The Podcast To Never Be? Okay, so I did work on the podcast but now that school has started, I have no time concidering all the teachers are evil and give us hours homework every night. But that's besides the point. I don't know when I'll get it out to you, or if it will ever be completed. But, when I start up on it again, I'll be sure to inform you guys. Eating Contest I was thinking, in an eating contest who do you think would win: Goku or Chouji? Random Pic Thingie I made this off of a Bleach avatar I saw.    Friday the 13th

"How many 'n''s are there in 'Funk'?" -Gaara of the Funk; Naruto: The Abridged Series Hello all! I am back from being with my father but not for long and I'll explain why, next week. Yes, you must wait to hear about my adventures. ^.^ Anyways, on to this weeks topic. Uh...can't think of a title... Besides the whole "not having nipples" thing, has anyone else noticed how none of the guys in anime have leg hair? I mean come on! All the guys I know between the ages of teen and dead have hairy legs and it's considered weird if they don't by their peers. But what about the boys of anime? What happened to their body hair? Do they shave? Hmm...Hey, Setou? Setou: What? Amber: Do you shave, because last time I checked you didn't have any leg hair. Setou: =.= Why are you checking out my legs? I guess it's just another mysterie of life, or just another question for the fangirls to ponder. "That ant apple pie you're eatin'." Oh. My. Freakin'. Goodness. On the drive back from being with our father for the summer, we stopped at a gas station to fill up and to get snacks. Of course my sister and I went for the Little Debbie fruit pies that we love so very much and went back to the car and drove off with a full tank and snackage. It was a normal pit stop on the way home. However, it ended up being anything from normal. As we pulled out I opened up the little box they came in and took a bite out of my apple pie, chewed and swallowed, then looked down to take another bite. However, what I saw was not the apple pie. What I saw was a small black ant lying dead on the side. When I showed it to my mom we pulled over (luckily we hadn't gotten back to the highway yet) and checked our other pies. My second one was fine but one of my sisters pies also had an ant on it. That was simply disgusting so we drove back to the gas station and got our money back. Since it was only $1, it wasn't as satisfying as having my fruit pie, but my we weren't going to take our chances at buying any more since the place didn't look all that great anyways. And thus ends the tale of our great trip home. Fan Art Since I was with my father for a month I got the chance to work on some fan art of mine which I will be submitting in a few minutes here once I finnish this post. I did a short fan comic of Ouran High School Host Club, three drawings of Nekozawa from said anime, a picture of me wanting fruit pie, and a picture of me eating a fruit pie. Tell me which ones you like the best, kay? I don't have anything really planned to talk about next week so I might work on my podcast next week. Today's Friday, isn't it?

"How many 'n''s are there in 'Funk'?" -Gaara of the Funk; Naruto: The Abridged Series XD I almost forgot that I had to do a post today. Silly me. So much has been going on lately. Wedding Tomorrow we're going to a wedding. My stepmother is the planner and my dad is helping as well so there's been stuff going on with the bride and groom. Today we had the rehersal and EVERYONE showed up late. Well, everyone in the wedding party. The videographer was there, we were there, and a lady from the church was there, but all the important people weren't. So we had to wait. My stepmother thinks that this is how it's going to be at the wedding tomorrow so she told everyone to show up an hour before they're supposed to be there. The bride is staying at our house tonight because we want to make sure that she is relaxed and stressless. So she's going to get pampered and get her hair done and everything and we're going to make sure that she gets to the church on time. Since she's staying at our house, there is no reason for her to be late if she's arriving with us. She's really nice but her and her husband to be have a problem with being late, and my stepmother can't stand that, mainly because she's anal. (Disclaimer: She said it not me.) The Fourth Hopefully you all had a wonderful holiday. Mine went pretty well. The first thing we did was set up the new entertainment center and CD/DVD case for the new television. Then after we finnaly finnished that my dad started to barbeque. (YAY Veggie Meat!!) We ate inside because there were bugs outside and we didn't have any lawn furniture to sit on. Besides, there was a Monk marrathon. XD Setou: Oh, and you couldn't miss that. Amber: Nope! (///_n) We didn't set off fireworks but we didn't see any either. However, the night before there was a fireworks show that we watched from the driveway. I don't know why they didn't wait for the fourth, but it was on the third. Holiday Songs You know, I wonder why some holidays have songs and some don't? I mean, Christmas has it's songs, Birthday's have their songs, Easter has it's songs, but what about the others? You never hear Thanksgiving songs, or Labor Day songs, or Halloween songs. Okay, maybe some Halloweensongs, but you don't hear April Fools Day songs. What's up with that?!    GAAAAAAHHHHH!!!!!

"How many 'n''s are there in 'Funk'?" -Gaara of the Funk; Naruto: The Abridged Series As you can see I changed my site them as scheduled. Unfortunately, I made the buttons too big, again, and this time they wont let me change my avvie! I have no idea why, but they wont. Also, if you tried to go to the YouTube link last week and found the movie wasn't there, it got deleted because YouTube are a big pain in the butt and enjoy watching people suffer!!! (the return of)Setou: It's not that bad is it? Amber: YES!! YES IT IS!!! I HATE YOUTUBE!!! Setou: =.= No you don't. You were just watching videos on there a few minutes ago. Amber: I HATE THE THINGS YOUTUBE DOES LIKE DELETING MY FAVORITE VIDEOS!!! Setou: Why are you yelling? >:o Amber: I DON'T KNOW!! Home Owners Today the deal was closed and the new house belongs to my Dad and stepmother. There are still a few things we need to get in boxes (like the entire basement) but come Sunday everything will be over at the new place. Huzzah! Yesterday was the first time I saw the new house. It's pretty cool and it's got this giant yard and everything. I'm afraid to go into the basement again though because I don't trust the stairs. Oh! You know what's cool though? It has a laundry chute! XD It should be interesting to be down in the laundry room and have clothes suddenly drop down from above. The new house is in this cute little neighborhood but, like, everyone has a huge dog! o.o We drove partway into this lady's drive way to turn around and on her porch was this gigantic dog that looked like a small bear! The later we saw another one!! I definately will not be walking around outside at night. Not with those monstorus things out there. Anyways, I hope you guys have a good weekend and a great Independence Day! Ja matta!

   LittleKuriboh Advertisement

"How many 'n''s are there in 'Funk'?" -Gaara of the Funk; Naruto: The Abridged Series Moving The end of June is approaching and so is the moving date. Stuff is slowly getting packed away, but there is still alot to do. The apraisal was today and there was good news. The only thing that needs to get done is the shed of the new place needs to be repainted before the house can sell. That is a good thing. Oh, since we are moving the weekend I would normaly change the theme of my site, I'm not sure if I'll change it before or after the move. Also, I'm not sure if I'll be able to post, so I apologize in advance. Yu-Gi-Oh! Abridged How many of you have heard of the Yu-Gi-Oh! Abridged series? Well, if you haven't, you should totaly watch it! It is one of the funniest things I have ever seen in "spoof-of-an-anime" form. You see, it's basically episodes of Yu-Gi-Oh! condensed into less than ten minutes. All the characters are voiced by a man from the United Kingdom with the screen name "LittleKuriboh" and all the episodes are edited by him as well. So far it's spawned 22 episodes, the Yu-Gi-Oh! Abridged Movie, and even trailors for said movie. Oh, and a very large fan base, of course. It started out on YouTube, but being the tards they are, they started to delete the episodes because of "copywrite infringement." Of course that didn't make the fans very happy. Complaints were filed and YouTube bashing/LittleKuriboh supporting videos were born. He even posted a video of him voicing the characters live to prove it was him. Eventually he posted a video on YouTube stating that he would be uploading his videos elsewhere on several other sites. So, the complaints ceased and the Yu-Gi-Oh! Abridged series continues on to this day. Unfortunately, that video was deleted as well, so I only know of one other site to view the videos. Now, the first episode or so are a little rough compaired to the later ones since it's the first go. But perservere through them and you will be rewarded with laughs and humerous moments in abundance. Now, I can't watch Yu-Gi-Oh! without thinking of the Abridges series and the dialog that went along with the clips and quoting them. But, maybe that's just me.    Happy Fathers Day!

"How many 'n''s are there in 'Funk'?" -Gaara of the Funk; Naruto: The Abridged Series Sorry about the late post. I was going to do it on Friday like I normaly do, but I didn't get around to it. Also, I normaly make e-cards for all the holidays, but I left home without putting the Fathers Day ones on my flash drive. They must be so alone and cold back in my desktop computer. I'm sorry my dear files. Fathers Day I hope you all enjoy this less than festive holiday with the ones you call father, dad, daddy, pops, or old man. However if you don't have a father to celebrate with do not fret. No one really makes a big deal of it anyways. Or you could celebrate it with any one of the older male figures in your life. Birthday Wishes For those who don't know, today is the honorable Otaku Legend lordsesshomaru's birthday. I think he turns 24 if I counted on my fingers right. So cheers to you lordsesshomaru! May you live to see another year (if the squirrels don't get you first). Garage Sale Today my dad is having a garage sale. Why? Because he has to move. The owner of the house he is currently renting died and he doesn't want to pay what the house is selling for, so he is moving. Wait a minute...did I tell this story already? *goes back to check* Okay, no. I've just told this too many times already. Silly me. Misc./Updates I changed the music on my page (thank goodness) to more anime related songs. They are all my favorites whether it was my first time hearing them or if I had heard them a million times over. I hope you enjoy my favorites as well and maybe they will become your own if they aren't already. Next month my step-mom is having hip replacement surgery. I wont be around for it but I will be visiting often. She was going to have it this month but it was something along the lines of it was worse than the doctor though and he would have to special order something that needs to be made and wont be available until next month or something. Anyways, I know it's several weeks until the surgery but pray for her and that she will heal up well. It was so hot yesterday. Around three I slept until like seven. The after dinner I went back to sleep and woke up around 12:30 and have been awake ever since. My step-mom says the heat zapped my energy but my dad thinks that all the late nights I've been having this past week caught up to me. Whatever it was, I got some good sleep and finnished a fan manga I started on Wednesday. It probably wont get up until next month though, along with the podcast that I need to make. Podcast Speaking of, I'm still accepting input on the podcast I have yet to complete. I am willing to talk about anything you feel I should bring up as I gabber on. Well, it has to be appropriate but that's a given, right? Well, I hope you guys have/had a great Fathers Day and I hope you have a great week despite the weather, depending on where you are.

A Big Fat Pain In The Neck

"How many 'n''s are there in 'Funk'?" -Gaara of the Funk; Naruto: The Abridged Series Pain in the Neck This morning I woke up and my neck hurt so much! It still does and it bugs me. I hate it when that happens. -_- *ouchies* Birthday Last night my sister had a birthday party sleepover. It was pretty fun. We played DDR and watched music videos and Blue Collar Comedy Tour and listened to music until everyone arrived. Then we drove out to Dave & Busters. When we got back to the house there was more DDR and we had pizza and icecream and such. It was pretty fun. Though when I went to sleep my sister came into my room and attacked me with a glow in the dark necklace...twice. Anyways, her acctual birthday is on Sunday the 10th. She turns 15. She has an Otaku site but she's never on it. If you wanna say "hi" she's jones001. Podcast So, today I was going to have a podcast. However, I started making one on Monday, but couldn't think of what to say and never opened the file again. Summer and heat makes you lazy. Anyways, seeing as I didn't pump one out this week, you'll have to wait till July because that is when I will be able to work on it again. Summer Plans This summer is going to be a little busier than thos in the past. On Monday we're leaving for a month with our dad. When we get back, we're planning on going to New York that weekend. Then in August, if my Grandfather is in the country, we're going to GenCon Indy. Also my friends and I are planning on having an anime marathon sometime. That's probably the most planning I've ever done for a summer. What are you guy's plans?

   Summer Break

"How many 'n''s are there in 'Funk'?" -Gaara of the Funk; Naruto: The Abridged Series Today was officially the last day of the school year! Tonight, tomorrow, and Sunday will be the Senior graduation ceremonies. The band is playing for the baccalaureate tomorrow so I guess I'm ot officially out of school. However, I mind not. I get to play a harrold trumpet. It plays like a regular trumpet only the bell is extended out like a foot. Podcast I'm thinking about doing a summer podcast instead of typing up a post each week. Now, since I'm going to be with my dad from June 11 to July 11, I won't be doing one each week. If you have any idea's for what you want me to talk about, please, PLEASE tell me what you want to hear, for I have no earthly idea what I want to say. Anyways, have a super special awesome summer! I'll see about coming to all you guy's sites more often seeing as I'll have more time on my hands. Summer break is a many spendor thing.

New Look

"How many 'n''s are there in 'Funk'?" -Gaara of the Funk; Naruto: The Abridged Series A big thanks to KuroYUKIrou for giving me a site to help with the awsomeness of myO site. So, domo arigatou gozaimasu! "Nice" weather we've been having... GAAAARSH!! It's been so freaking HOT lately!!! I wish it would go back to being early spring where it was nice and warm and not sauna like at all. And, of course, with the heat comes the ubber bright blinding sun. I've started wearing sunglasses or hoods all the time because the light hurts my eyes. Either that or I close my eyes while walking. So far, accidents from me walking blindly: None. I should probably stick to the sunglasses though. Setou: That would be the smart thing to do. But, then again... Amber: Shut up! Gencon Indy This summer, my friends and I are planning on going to our first ever anime convention in Indianapolis. My grandpa said that he'd drive us. We're going for one of my friends birthdays. The convention starts on her birthday. Now I really have to finnish my Umehito Nekozawa costume before August. Summer Vacation Is it just me or are many of you (who are school aged) out for Summer vacation? I'm not, so what's up with that? Ah, it's okay. I get out on June 1st so it's really not that bad. What I want to know is how did you get out so early? When did you get in school that caused this to happen? Exams Next week we have exams. For those of you who don't know, I particularly don't mind exams. They're just really long tests, so why stress? Setou: Aren't they 30% of your grade or something. Amber: Well, aren't you just a negative Nancy. The only tests I really have problems with are English and Computer Literacy. I have to know about 124 vocab terms for each class. I'm more worried about English vocab though because we haven't gone over them in a while in class so I may mess up the defenitions. Track & Fie(ei)ld Day Today was Track and Feild day. For those of you who don't know, it is a day where we take off from school to participate in various track and...field sports, such as shotput, discuss, relays, and dashes. It's also the day where they (are supposed to) give us our yearbooks. However, the yearbook commitie was lazy and put it off. So now they're mailing them to us over the summer. What's the point in that?! One of the whole points of Track and Field day is for us to get our yearbooks and have all our friends sign it! Anyways, I participated in the 50yd dash (didn't place), the 220 (got 2nd place), and the long jump (farthes distance was 9'10"). It was pretty fun today despite the fact it was really hot. "How many 'n''s are there in 'Funk'?" -Gaara of the Funk; Naruto: The Abridged Series No Nipples You know what I've noticed? Most, if not all, male anime characters have no nipples! Is it just me or has anyone else noticed this? Canine Powers I have discovered that I now have new powers over dogs. Today, as I stood at the bus stop, some strange dog started running towards me barking. When I turned around and looked at it, it stopped barking and ran in a different direction. Normaly I scare small house pets by barking at them. Now it just takes a glance. >:D Setou: That's my sinister little girl. Amber: *smiles menacingly* Gaia Um...Oh yeah, does anyone have a Gaia account? If so, you should find me on there. We could be friends on there as well. My username is the same as here. Text Box Could someone please help me with the creation of a text box thingie. I've tried and tried, but I suck at coding a text box. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Not Manga Check out this political cartoon I found in the newspaper last year. Totaly Random Okay, I know this post was totaly and completely random with no center of focus, but I couldn't think of anything to type, so I typed whatever came to mind.
