The Michiko Tale/Mothers Day

"How many 'n''s are there in 'Funk'?" -Gaara of the Funk; Naruto: The Abridged Series
I hope that you and your mothers have a pleasant Mothers Day. Remember to appriciate them and thank them for all they've done for you.

Tell me what you think of my story once you finish reading it. Or, you could just skip it and go about your day.

*****WARNING: The end is a little morbid/graphic so if you don't like that sort of stuff, you may not want to read it.*****
The Michiko Tale
By: Amber Jones

It was a bright and sunny day in the kingdom of Michiko. The weather was warm, the grass was soft and green, and the birds chirped a happy melody. All seemed right with the world.
However, for young Prince Mattheus, things were all but well. As he sat at his desk, he tried to concentrate on his studies, but he couldn’t see the math problems nor could he hear the birds. The only thing visible to his smoky grey eyes and the only thing that stumbled through his mind were the events of that morning.
“What?!” Belmair and Mattheus exclaimed, both equally stunned at what their fathers had just told them.
“That’s right!” Mattheus’ father, King Bartholomew of Michiko, said with cheeks bright and rosy red, eyes glistening like the morning dew, and the excitement of a small dog. “You two are to be married on the first of this upcoming May.”
“Now, I know that this seems quite precipitous seeing as this is arranged for only two months from our current date, but it must be done,” said Belmair’s father, King Fredrick of Marriganth, bright eyed, but a little less bushy-tailed than his friend. “It’s a multi-century tradition that keeps the mutualism between our two kingdoms strong. Our generation took part in the inter-kingdom marriage and now it is your turn.”
"But father," Mattheus protested, "I hardly know her! How do you expect me to marry someone I don't even know, let alone love?"
"And what about my feelings?" Belmair added.
"I don't mean to sound cruel, but think of it not as feeling love for someone else, think of it as love and loyalty for your country. You will grow to love each other after the wedding takes place," King Bartholomew replied.
"Do you think you can handle this?" King Fredrick asked the two.
"Yes father," Belmair nodded in agreement causing her blonde curls to bounce a bit. She was willing to do anything her father asked of her, even if it meant marrying an almost stranger. Besides, he was kind of cute so it wouldn‘t be entirely horrible. Mattheus, however, was a little more than resistant to the entire idea. Nevertheless he solemnly lowered his head in a slow nod.
"Then it is decided!" King Bartholomew clapped with added enthusiasm.
As Mattheus stood to close the window to block out the sounds of the chirping birds, a sigh escaped from the bowels of his 6'3" figure. He had to do something to stop this wedding, but what? That was the question.
Suddenly, a knock at his bedroom door broke him out of his reminiscing daze. In walked Belmair.
“May I help you?” Mattheus turned to look at the intruder.
“Well, we are going to be married so I thought we should get to know each other better,” she replied.
“So you decide to barge into my room without permission? Well, aren’t you a rude one.” His eyes narrowed.
“At least I knocked. Soon you shall be my husband and you will have to get used to me entering a room unannounced. Anyways, I was thinking that since we’re going to be married we should get to know each other better.”
“You said that already.” Said Mattheus, obviously irritated by now.
“You didn’t let me finish. How about this. I’ll begin by telling you a little about myself then you can tell something about yourself, you know to -“
”To get to know each other better because we’re going to get married. I think I get that by now,” he interrupted.
“See! We’re already finishing each others sentences!” Belmair exclaimed before going into a long speech about her life story. However Mattheus just tuned her out. Now he knew there was no way he could marry her. She was rude and vexing. He had to escape, but how? She wouldn’t stop talking. Then an idea came to him. He could jump out the window when she wasn’t looking. It was only the second story so he wouldn’t get badly injured. Or better yet, he could leave for the bathroom and never come back. Yes, that was more probable.
“...and then I turned five.”
“ I don’t mean to be rude, but I have to go to the bathroom. I’ll be back in a minute,” he said before heading for the door.
“Now wait just one minute!” Belmair grabbed him by the shoulder causing him to stop his escape attempt. She turned him around and looked him straight in the eye. “I know what your plan is, and you’re not getting away from this princess. Many men have tried to pull the same trick on me before and I won’t let it happen again. So help me, I will tie you to that chair if I have to, I will not let you leave this room, Mattheus.”
Mattheus felt a chill go down his spine as if her azure eyes were shooting icicles into his soul. But he wasn’t going to take this from any woman.
Glaring back at her he said, “I don’t know who you think you are, but you will take your hands off of me this instant and I will leave this room. This is my house with my rules and you cannot tell me what I can and can not do. Now, good day princess.” With that he promptly left one shocked Belmair and headed for the stables where his black stallion, Kurokawa, was.
Mattheus picked up the bright red horse brush and started brushing Kurokawa’s glossy coat and untangling his mane. While doing this he continued to think over his plan, hopefully without interruption this time.
Many ideas and malicious plans came to mind as he thought it over for the two hours he was in the stable. But, finally he thought of one that suited his fancy. It was a plan. A horrible plan. A wonderful horrible plan that would indisputably rid him of his problem with Belmair, princess of Marriganth. It would have to be executed swiftly and thoroughly, without any space for errors. Unfortunately, it would mean that he would have to spend more time with the wretched creature, but it would be worth it.
The next day Mattheus rode his horse to the castle in Marriganth to talk to Belmair. He didn’t want there to be any tension between them before he carried out his plan. That would only point the fingers to him, and we wouldn’t want that now would we?
After things cleared up between them he pretended to like her for the next week or so just to make sure he wasn’t on her bad side, and for the happiness of his father. Meanwhile he was perfecting and working out the flaws in his plan. Belmair’s day of reckoning would soon come.

It was a bright and sunny day in the land of Marriganth. Exactly one week since the announcement of the wedding between Belmair and Mattheus. The flowers were blooming brightly and the grass was soft and verdant viridian. The peaks of the mountains were lightly powdered with pearly white snow that glistened with the rays of sun gleaming off it. Mattheus had ridden to the castle in Marriganth yet again, as he had been doing for the past week, to visit Belmair. However today was going to be different.
He was clad in his full onyx armor, just like a knight, with his sword at his side. He had planned a surprise for his fiancé in Rainwater Valley, one of the many valleys that spotted the mountainous country of Marriganth.
“Where are you taking me?” Belmair asked as she clung to the back of Mattheus as they rode away on his stallion.
“Well, it wouldn’t be a surprise if I told you, now would it, my love?” Mattheus cringed at the last phrase seeing as it left a bitter taste in his mouth. The sides of his face pulled back into a wince, but Belmair couldn’t see for she was behind him.
Riding a little further, they reached the valley that was full of Birds of Paradise, Anthurium’s, and Calla Lily’s.
“Oh!” Belmair breathed, “It’s so beautiful here! How did you find this place?” She walked around the valley looking at all the flowers.
“I found it while I was out riding Kurokawa one day. I just had to take you to it. I know how much you love flowers. And I wanted to do something nice for you before...” Mattheus trailed off on his thought.

“Before what?” Belmair turned to look at him and when she did she stood face to face with the ominous blade that was Mattheus’s sword. Her eyes opened wide and her breath staggered as she looked into the contorted vicious face of her fiancé. His eyes were burning like the fire within his soul and his hands gripped his double edged sword fiercely.
“W-What are you doing? What’s going on?” she asked with a shaky voice.
“It’s time,” Mattheus’s face twisted into a dark smile as he thrust the sword into Belmair’s abdomen “to meet your maker, Belmair.” She cried out in pain as she slumped over the sword, slowly dying. But this wasn’t enough for Mattheus. His hatred consumed him as he continued to slash and sever Belmair’s body causing blood to splatter onto his armor and his face until she was barely recognizable.
When he had completed his task, he stood tall and luminous over her bloody carcass, and the blood from his sword slowly pooled at his feet.
“That should do it.” Mattheus murmured as he brushed his ebony locks out of his smoky gray eyes. Placing his sword back into its sheath, he walked over to a beautiful babbling brook near by to wash the blood off his face and his onyx armor. The cool water felt good against his hands after having slain the princess when he placed them into the brook and cupped the water in his hands. As he cleaned himself, the crystal clear water soon became tainted with the crimson blood of Belmair.
Looking over his shoulder, he eyed the work that had been done and contemplated what to do next. Should he move the body and discard it in one of the many dark ravines that dotted the mountains? No, it would just get more blood on him and what would be the fun of not knowing how everyone would react when they saw her severed little being. So he left her to the ravens that circled above in the beautiful morning sky and to anything else that desired to feast upon her flesh. After making his decision Mattheus shook the water off his hands and mounted his black stallion who was grazing near by.
“Giddy up!” he called out, guiding Kurokawa into a gallop. He headed away from the field of flowers and death and started his journey back to Michiko and the comfort of his home.

   I'm Back Baby!

"How many 'n''s are there in 'Funk'?" -Gaara of the Funk; Naruto: The Abridged Series

Remember how on the list a few weeks ago I told you that I wrote a story that everyone loved? Well, I want you guys to read it and tell me what you think about it.

*several painstaking minutes later*
*sigh* Another week, another disapointment.
My file won't open because the file type isn't supported. I hate documents and their many formats.
Hmm...let's see...I guess I could talk about Canada. And it was a school band tour, not some sort of other band tour.

DIFFERENCES
Canada is Canada is Canada. I thought that it would be super great and awsome, but it's kindda like America. Only they use the metric system, call bathrooms "washrooms", have different money, they all have accents and/or speak French, most of the guys aren't all that hot, they have many more Liquor and Adult stores (we counted like ten every five miles *exadurated*), a lot of cars have cords coming out of the front (insert the Electric Slide here), and manga comes out up there before it reaches the American audience (I bought the second Vampire Knight book one month before it came out in America. >:D )

GOOD MEMORIES
It was cold the entire time, so that wasn't all that great. Plus we were on the road most of every day which was quite boring because I hate road trips. We did make some good memories though. My friend and I sat behind this one guy the whole time we were on the bus, you know with assigned seats and all (we got to choose our seats but they stayed the same the entire trip), and between us we said some of the stupidest yet funniest things ever. My friend and I created a "Quote Book" of all the memerable things we said. We sure had some interesting conversations while we were on the trip and even came up with new names.

AS A BAND
I think that as a band, we played pretty well. Some of the songs that we had trouble with in certain spots turned out well. Our last concert that we played on tour was the best of all.

WHERE DID WE GO?
Places we went...Um...we went to Calgary, Bamf...and some other places that I can't remember, but we went there!

WHAT DID WE DO?
I went skiing for the first time in the all of ever. I know how to start, it's stopping that gives me the hardest time. Luckily I met the nicest trash cans while up there. They helped me stop and everything! I also met a railing, but he wasn't as nice as the trash cans. Oh, and my thigh met a piece of land that it didn't quite agree with. They had a little fight about gravity and it's affect on my body as I went down a hill. But that wasn't as bad as what happened to another girl who was going down the same his as me. She too had problems stopping and as she was going down she ran into this huge pole and hit her head before she fell. Luckily it had padding around the part where her head hit, but she says she missed the soft padded part. I felt sorry for her because she had be having a hard time with skiing thie whole time. So after that little incident we, being the girl, another girl, and myself, went back into the lodge and therein stayed untill it was time to go.

GOOD OL' GEISHA TIME
One of the nights we were up there we got split up to stay at different families homes. I don't quite remember the term that was used for it. Anyways, while doing that, my friend and I watched Memoirs of a Geisha at our host family's house and stayed up till about 2 a.m. doing so. It's a pretty good but sad movie. Pumkin is pretty awsome, but I hate how she turns out in the end. Anyways, when we left everyone was supposed to leave a thank you card and a picture of the band with the family. It wasn't a very good picture that they had chosen for us to leave (you couldn't see me), but it was a picture none the less.

LAYOVER
On the way back from Canada, we had a 6 HOUR LAYOVER (count them: 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6) in Denver. It wasn't all that bad. The airport was pretty cool and I learned how to play a new card game. I don't remember what it's called though. This air port was huge! It even had stores like a mall! Oh, and you know those moving sidewalk things that you see on television? It had those too!! That was the first time I had ever seen one in an airport. But then again, this was only my second time going on an airplane trip.

PASSPORTS AND CUSTOMS
I got my first ever passport for this trip, because they passed some sort of law that states that if you fly into Canada you need a passport. Anyways, getting into Canada through customs wasn't all that hard. They didn't even ask me any questions when I went through. However, when I was coming back the guy was all like "So, did you buy anything? What did you buy? How much did you buy?" It was weird. Oh, you know what's sad? There is a Korean girl in our band so she has a Korean passport and they gave her a hard time because her passport wasn't American. I wasn't there when it happened, but I heard that she was crying. I felt so sorry for her. Afterwards we found out that it was because of the Virginia Tech shooting that had happened while we were gone. We didn't even know about it until we got back into the states. Oh, you know what the weird thing was. As we were coming through the baggage check area, you know the place where they x-ray your stuff, practically everyone who worked there was of middle eastern decent. One guy even had a turbon on. It was weird...

Wow, I've been babbling on for a while now. I hope you like the new theme. I need to fix the background picture so you can see the whole thing, unless that's just a problem on my computer. Please tell me if you can see the words "Worlds Biggest Spaz since 1993" at the bottom and the third picture at the bottom on the right.

NEXT WEEK

Also, don't forget that Mothers Day is next Sunday!

Hiatus...wait, what?!

"How many 'n''s are there in 'Funk'?" -Gaara of the Funk; Naruto: The Abridged Series Current Date: Tuesday...I mean Wednesday, February 21, 2007
Current Time: 7:04 p.m.
Current Weather: I’d rather not talk about
Current Mood: Injured
Seto: I don’t think “injured” counts as a mood.
Amber: It does now!
Current Moderator: Amber

This morning was so totally the opposite of super special awesome...whatever that is. I got out of the shower late so I was rushing to get out to my bus stop. Unbeknownst to me the ice was slipperier than I first thought. So, as I rushed across the pavement I had a chance to meet my new friend, Mr. Black-ice. But I picked myself up and proceeded onto the bus stop. However, when I got there, no one else was. I waited for a few minutes, but no one came so I headed back home, falling yet again in almost the same spot. I thought I had missed my bus, when in reality we had a two-hour delay. I got hurt doing that too. I have a cut across my left foot, my left knee, and several scratches down the same leg. It seems that the left side of my body seems to receive the most damage. I have a scar on my left arm from where I was burned as a child, a scar above my left eyebrow from a car accident I was in when I was little, marks and scars on my left hand that I don’t know how they got there, and this morning I found painful nail prints in my palm where I had pressed my fingernails against myself in a fist. Yup, I’m one accident-prone otaku-chan.

!!!IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT!!!
If you don’t read anything else read this.
I’m thinking about going on hiatus next month. Lately I haven’t been in the Otaku scene. Normally, one can find me going around to everyone’s site, backtracking through the week and reading all the posts. But lately, I’ve just been writing long posts without rewarding you, my readers, with visits to your sites which I should be doing like I used to back in the day. [insert “Those Where the Days” here] I didn’t even send out my valentines cards to you guys like I did a Christmas. But that’s not my fault; since there’s no way to send things to more than one person at a time so, it takes a really, really long time. But I digress. So, I will officially be going on hiatus, March of 2007. Therefore you will not be reading a post from me or Seto next week on March 3. I will be changing my site to match my Hiatus theme. You can count on that. I might do something for St. Patrick’s Day though.

The Snow Day Report [banquet dress pictures at bottom]

"How many 'n''s are there in 'Funk'?" -Gaara of the Funk; Naruto: The Abridged Series Current Date: Monday, February 05, 2007
Current Time: 9:31 am
Current Weather: Too cold for school, literally
Current Mood: Eh...
Beginning Song: Ouran concerto for oboe, 2 horns, violin and string
Ending Song: The powerful Motor Rhapsody for orchestra
Current Moderator: Amber

So, as you read above, yes it is too cold for school so we aren’t having it today...which is a bad thing. I finally went out and bought a banquet dress (and all the accessories that go with it) with my grandma’s credit card. Yes, she knew. She gave it to me to use. Anyways, today I was going to schedule to get my dress checked tomorrow because at our school there are certain guidelines that our dresses have to follow so that they are “appropriate.” For example, the only rule that I know off the top of my head is that the back can’t fall below the natural bra line, which isn’t that bad, except for the fact that a lot of the dresses I looked at had low backs. But, that’s okay because the dress I got is very pretty without a low back. It’s green and sparkly, though the sparkles stick together. I’ll have to get pictures at the banquet so you guys can see it.

Speaking of the banquet, since we’re only having one formal banquet this year, the student council (or whoever planned this) decided to use their entire budget to rent out the whole Newport Aquarium in Kentucky for our banquet. Now that is going to be so totally awesome. I can’t wait to go. This will be my first formal banquet and I’m so excited about going! No, I don’t have a date, but neither do many of my friends so I’m okay with it.

I downloaded all of the awesome songs from Ouran Koko Hosuto Bu and I’m listening to them right now. Most of them are orchestral but a few of them are the character songs. My favorites are Doki Doki Waku Waku (Hani’s VA), Matta Ashita (All Characters), and Bokura no Love Style (not quite sure). They sing so well. And I love the orchestral ones so much that I started to have them play as I go to sleep. Yes, I’m childish, I know that, but it can’t be helped.

So, lately I’ve been having a craving for Hardey’s chicken salad sandwiches, but no one would take me. However, my mom looked up some recipes on el web and we made some yesterday. My mom, my sister, and I had some more bonding time together as we cooked. The chicken salad turned out pretty good even though it had more grapes and apples than I would have liked. Since we made such a large batch it should last for a while.

Current Date: Tuesday, February 06, 2007
Current Time: 9:44 pm
Current Weather: Cold, cold, and did I mention COLD
Current Mood: Happy Smack-ey of Friends Time
Beginning Song: Itsumo Gawa Ni – OHSHC
Ending Song: Music for the Music Salon No.3 for trumpet and orchestra
Current Moderator: Amber and the return of Seto
So, we didn’t have school today either but we’re supposed to tomorrow. I don’t see why we have to get out of school just because it’s subzero outside. I mean, it’s not like we’re outside most of the day, or at all. Tch... Stupid weather...

King Herod (my iPod) was finally found. My grandpa looked all over his house, had my mom look all over our house, then I looked all over my grandparents house. And you know what. It was in the pocket of one of my coats, hanging in my grandparents coat closet, the one place we didn’t look. Do you know how stupid that makes me look?
Seto: You mean more so than usual?
Amber: *glomps* You’re back!
Seto: Get off me.
Amber: *continues to glomp* I’ve missed you so much!
Seto: I don’t know why I came back. -_-;
Amber: *glomps on* Because you missed me!
Seto: Absolutely not.

Anyways, my mom finally reactivated my cell. I’m so happy! She changed the plan though, which sucks, but *shrug* what can a girl do. I will survive.

We got tons of snow today.
Seto: What’s your point?
Amber: Oh, no point. I just felt like pointing it out. It’s more of a statement than a point.
Seto: Then why say it?
Amber: *shrug* I don’t know. I just felt like saying it.
Seto: ...

Current Date: Tuesday, February 13, 2007
Current Time: 6:35 am
Current Weather: Snow day material
Current Mood: Sickly/Tired
Beginning Song: Introduction and Waltz for Piano
Ending Song: Romance for Violin and Piano
Current Moderator: Amber and Seto

This is day four in operation Snow Day. We had three last week and this is the first day this week. One more and we go over our snow day limit for this year. One of the girls in my class says that we should have rollover snow days from last year since I don’t think we used any. At the beginning of winter we didn’t have any of what we’re having now. It used to be warm and early spring like. But now, it’s like the sky has a diarrhea of snow.

Seto: That’s disgusting.

Amber: But it’s true.

Speaking of diseases, I think I’m getting sick. This morning, as I sat in front of the television searching for my school to be closed, eating my daily yogurt, it was difficult to swallow the little blueberries in it. Then, when I did swallow, it hurt part of my throat. Also, my nose is running now, but I’m to lazy to get out of bed and get a tissue.

Seto: That’s disgusting.

Amber: *drip**sniffle* But it’s true.

Ah, yes. Last night I came up with The Snow Day Song which I left on few people’s answering machines and sang to those who picked up the phone. It’s to the tune of “I Could Have Danced All Night” from My Fair Lady.

Amber: *achoo* Oh screw it! [goes to blow nose]

Seto: You could have done that earlier.

Amber: I didn’t feel like it. [randomly collapses into sleep on laptop]

Seto: -_-...

I'm not one to cry but...

"How many 'n''s are there in 'Funk'?" -Gaara of the Funk; Naruto: The Abridged Series Current Date: Sunday, January 28, 2007
Current Time: 5:33 pm
Current Weather: Very snowy and cold
Current Mood: Distraught
Current Moderator: Amber

I’m just sick and tired of the conflict between my parents. My mother is always speaking badly of my father and my father is always disagreeing about something my mother says or does. I just wish they would both stop. It’s difficult hearing such foul things about the two people I love the most coming from the two people I love the most. I’m not one to cry but I feel like bawling my eyes out at the current moment. I hold them back [the tears] because I am in the van on our way back from our fathers house in Michigan. The fact that I feel like I’m going to throw up doesn’t help the situation at all; my mom blames my stepmothers “voodoo cooking.” I wish everything didn’t have to be so difficult with my family. It’s hard leading two lives.

I lost my iPod recently and I still can’t find it. My grandpa searched his house but couldn’t find it. I looked through my stuff and couldn’t find it. I even searched through his van and couldn’t find it. So, I’m having a musical withdrawal in the morning and afternoon.

This upcoming month is our winter banquet and I can’t wait to go. No, I don’t have a date, but neither do my friends. We’re all sitting at the same table. I still need to go buy a banquet dress though, and my mom is sick and tired of me asking when she’s going to take me shopping.

I played out in the snow today. We got so much that it was practically up to my knee. I tried to make a snow angel but when I laid out in the snow and moved my arms and legs, not much happened. After I ran around and swung around a sword I made out of a stick which broke, I decided to just stand in the middle of the yard and let the falling snow blanket me. I stood there until my fingers grew painfully numb and I could barely move them. They, being my stepmother and sister, said I stood still for half an hour. I would have stood out there longer, but my fingers were numb and thereby utterly useless to me. When I went back inside I changed back into my pajamas because my clothes were so wet.

Hmm....I’ve got a long ride ahead of me and I don’t think I can handle it...

So, here I am after school munching on a cheese stick, sipping a cup of tea and listening to my new favorite song while typing my Otaku post. Life truly has been good to me lately.

Happy belated MILK day. I enjoyed my day off from school and I hope everyone else enjoyed their holiday whether you had school/work or not. I know my grandma had to go to work.

For those of you with Gaia accounts, have you seen the new monthly collectable items? They look so awesome and I’m so glad to have gotten an envelope from a friend. I can’t wait to chose my item!

On a very, very, very, very, very, very, very, very, very, very times infinity sad note, my friend that I was telling you about isn’t coming back and I’m soooooooooooo sad! If I had the ability to cry I would. Even though it’s only been one school day I still miss her and so does everyone else. I mean, she did come back to clean out her locker today, but I missed her because I was in class. T_T Andi come back!
----------------------
Speaking of missing people, if you haven’t noticed, Seto hasn’t been commenting for the past post or so. For those of you who wonder or even care, he had to go back to Japan to take care of some business. I think he mentioned something about defeating Yuugi or something like that. Anyways, I have formally changed the banner to exclude Seto until he returns, if he returns.
----------------------
So, my AMV spree hasn’t lost it’s thunder and I’ve been creating at least two a day/week lately. I just completed two yesterday and I play on working on one or two today. Yes, one will have my new favorite song on it, no question about it.
----------------------
I would like to apologize to all my friends here on the Otaku. I haven’t been faithful in visiting all of your sites like I said I would be. It’s not that I don’t have the time or that I hate you guys, I’ve just been preoccupied on el Web. I’m sorry for being a limey fruitcake. I am very serious about this and will try harder to visit all of your sites in the future. You take time out of your day to read mine so I am obligated to return the favor and read yours. Again, I am so sorry. As the songs says, you guys are “larger than life.”

I dislike my sister to a great extent right now. My mom went and bought Ben & Jerry’s (I think...) ice cream and put it in the freezer. I automatically claimed the one I wanted by marking it with a red marker. Actually it wouldn’t mark very well since the outside of the container was all icy and wet. It just rather messed up the tip of my sharpie. But you could still see some sort of mark on the lid. Anyways, unbeknownst to me she switched the lids on the said ice creams. So, when I did go to retrieve my acclaimed icy snack I did not think to check the side of the container because I had made my mark on the lid. Also since I had never had the particular flavor of ice cream I did not know what it would look like. So, I took a scoop and stuck the spoon in my mouth, awaiting the taste of caramel, only to be disappointed by the flavor of chocolate and peanut butter. Blech! I HATE chocolate ice cream, and then when the peanut butter was with it, it didn’t make it much better. However, I really wanted ice cream so, I forced myself through the next few spoonfuls as I watched American Idol. But, I just couldn’t stomach any more. Now, the ice cream sits in the freezer partially eaten and my tummy hurts from the chocolate and peanut butter flavored ice cream. I need to drink some water...

Welcome to a new week one and all. Wednesday thru Friday of this week I have Semester Exams which isn’t all that bad considering I’m exempt from Keyboarding, we’re having a “Clean Up Party” in Prac Tech, for Child Development we’re working on a poster, Band is going to be like a regular class period only longer, and I have a study hall period that I don’t have a test for. There’s 5 (count ‘em) out of 8 which leaves me one test per day! Wow! I just realized that! This is awesome! Now I only have a Biology, Geometry, and Bible test to take! *goes to tell sister* This has ultimately made my day. I am so happy now! Luckily those are a few of my good classes. Hopefully I’ll remember all the information that I’ve learned.

Hmm... That’s pretty much it. I thought I had more to say, but I guess not.

I stand corrected. Today I did indeed have two exams to take, not one.

I am so glad that exams are over and we start a new semester on Tuesday! I am also glad that this is a three day weekend and the fact that it's right after exams makes it all the better.
Anyways, I hope you guys have an enjoyable weekend!
