Betrayal
Introduction
If you haven't noticed yet, I'm Zakuro Rose. You may call me Zakuro, Rose or ZR for short. I'm a girl with a hint of tomboyish-ness and is a bit eccentric.
I usually write about the two main characters from a light novel I am making that I hope will be published and turned into an anime someday. Please do not steal or copy any of my stories, drawings, original characters, or plot ideas (I'm really lenient with this one, so if you really want to use it just do something to make it distinctive) without my permission.
I do take requests for stories and artwork, but please remember they are only requests. Please go here to see things that you should keep in mind when placing a request. An agreed request might take along time to finish since I procrastinate, am lazy, and have to be in a writing/drawing mood. I also do trades! Please go here to place a request or trade.
I also have a wide taste in music. I like hard rock, alternative rock, rapcore, and alternative and nu metal. Some of my favorite bands are Linkin Park, Papa Roach and My Chemical Romance.
Updates
Well, about a week ago I said I was gonna put a video of Shadow the Hedgehog (or was that in my head?). I'll put that up tommorow. Today, I'm gonna put that ironic story I said I was goin g to put. Lately, all fictional stories are usually realating to a bigger story I'm doing. This is my second story I wrote for school involving mine. I'll put the first one up as soon as possible. You will see between the story and the other, one character is involved with both.
José did not like the idea of going to war. Not one bit. The army… this place, meant nothing to him. He was only here because of his brother. Years ago, when José was a child, he and his older brother Jean made a promise that when both of them graduated high school they would enroll in the military, for funding purposes.
Jean was always interested in the military. He researched warfare until there was nothing left to learn. On the other hand, José had no interest in the military. He never even heard of World War II until he was a sophomore, and even then he had no interest in the event. The only really odd thing was that Jean barely showed any support for his country’s military actions. Yet, he joined his country’s military.
Jean meant everything to José; they did everything together. If one did something, the other would soon follow; that is why José enrolled in the army: for his brother.
José rode with his squad in the carrier van to the meeting point. Unfortunately, José has been put on a different squad than his brother, so he felt unmotivated. They arrived at the meeting point and General Rose briefed the battalion on their mission, but José paid no attention and subtly searched for his brother, which he could not find.
The briefing ended early, so the battalion had several minutes to do they’re optional last minute check-ups, but José spent that time to search for Jean, which he still couldn’t find.
José became scared. Truthfully, he knew no one on his squad, so he was unsure if they would protect him, much less stay with him. He was afraid he was going to die at the hands of the enemy.
“Scared, José?”
All of a sudden, General Rose appeared next to José with a confident look on her face.
“Y- Yes, sir,” José replied.
“Well, you have the right to be. That doesn’t mean that you should, though. You need to stop depending on your brother for protection in this crazy epidemic called War. If that’s the case, you should drop out all together. This is no place for someone who can’t defend himself… or someone who’s undetermined.”
“I am, to, determined!” José snapped at the general. The he froze at the thought of the punishment for his disrespect to an officer of higher authority; especially a general.
For several seconds, Rose’s confident smile turned to a serious glare, but then turned into a smile of ammusemet. “Do you have the heart to back up those words?”
Realizing that he didn’t have the heart, he hung his head in shame. “No, sir…”
Rose put her hand on his head, “Well, then, you better start if you want to live to see another day!” She walked on.
The alarm to gather with a soldiers squadron went off, and José ran to meet his own. A second alarm sounded and the squads went off to accomplish their mission: to cause severe casualties in the enemies troops.
Guns fired. Explosives triggered. Screams of pain ripped through the air.
José’s squad separated; he was on his own. José’s fear reached its peak. 30 minutes, José thought. 30 minutes, then half this mess is over. José fired his machine gun at several enemies, but José knew that if he continued this type of shooting, he would surely be dead.
José came across a dead man. It was an ally, or a former one anyways. José recognized his clothing to be a sniper soldier. José slowly used his gun to pry the pack off of the corpse. José dispensed his and put the new one on. He looked at his watch; it was time to head back to the meeting point. José dodged enemies and finally reached the meeting point whole.
There, the squad leaders called role then handed the role to General Rose. She observed the sheets of paper. “Good, not too many casualties for us. I shall now read the list for those Killed or Missing in Action.” The battalion or the alive part anyways, listened closely to the list. José prayed for his brother’s name not to be called.
“…Henrietta Viola, Rico Amati, Jean Giuseppe…”
José was devastated to here his brother named be called. His vision became blurred from trying to hold back tears. José felt sorrow and grief for the loss of his brother; but then t turned into rage and hatred for the enemy. They are the cause for the loss of my brother. After Phase Two of the battle dispatched, José went on a killing rampage. No longer did he try to avoid the enemy, but he stood out in the open, taunting them. Nothing mattered anymore he didn’t care about getting out of this battle alive, all he wanted was vengeance. How he wished he hadn’t traded his machine gun for a sniper riffle; it was harder to complete his goal.
Eventually, José came to his senses and living started to become more of apparent to him now. José entered a small town and climbed onto the top of the roof of a house for snipping; one of the nearly perfect spots available. He caused many casualties, and the battle was nearing the end.
Suddenly he heard a gunshot from the building behind him and José was instantly killed. Jean shot José dead.
Well, is that Ironic or what? I got a 100%. To answer some questions, yes, Jean is a traitor of war. He enlisted in his country's military as a spy for the enemy. The outome turned out to be pretty succesful, even with Jose dead. As my teacher said, "How come a girl write such good war stories without having any first-hand experience? And did you notice that the general is female?"
Artwork and Story Requests
Please keep this in mind when making a request:
Your request is more likely to be accepted if it is about a anime, manga or game I know of. Go here and look under the section "My Favorite Characters from Anime, Manga, Comic, and Video Games" to find out about shows I know and favorite characters. And if you want to get an idea of how/what I write, look under “Author’s Notes” in the above link.
No yaoi or yuri, or anything of the like
I am not very good with love stories (drawings are okay), in my opinion. I can try though. I do not do nudity or strong sexual content (especially in drawings). I can do light sexual content, but it will be nothing more than barely PG-13. In short, no hentai but some ecchi.
I warn you, I'm no good with animals
Be specific in what you want or else what you don't mention is up to me.
If you have any questions or if you want to make a request or trade, PM me
