The first day of classes pwns all^^
Well, I still have one class to finish up today, but the day started off nicely with it raining. My teachers are allright, and finally got my books for my classes. Their total was close to $500. Thanks to my scholarship, I didnt have to pay a penny.

Now I shall eat lunch and prepare for my last class at 3pm. I will try to get to sites today. Anything else happens, I shall let you all know. Now for some questions

Zano's alive^^
Hah, my first post from my college. So hows everyone doing? I hope well. I shall mention ahead of time that Im not sure when Ill post the next page of my story. But I have been doing good^^ My roomate is an alrigtht person. Well thanks to him, I was able to post this, because I dont have access to computer labs and such till later this week. here's my class schedule:

Japanese: M T W F from 1200 to 1250
Economics T Th from 200pm to 315pm
Geography M W F from 9am to 950am
Calculus 2M W F 1030am 1150am

Dagger
Heres more of my story, for those who havent read the last part of my story, it is the post below. Hope all likes it^^

"Throw the dagger." a voice said. What dagger? I thought to myself. On pure instinct, at that very moment, my left hand reached for the non-existent dagger strapped to my right arm. My fingers rested on what felt like the hilt of this dagger. My middle finger unlatched the dagger from its scabbard and I launched the dagger with amazing acceleration towards the tree.

I knew the wolf was about to attack from the tree. And just as the dagger approached the tree, the wolf jumped from the tree, aiming its blood-thirsty fangs at Meiko. At that instant, the dagger penetrated the wolfs throat at its vital point.

The wolf could only yelp before the dagger's wound took effect. The wolf dropped to the ground as Meiko turned around to see what happened. She immediatly turned back towards the second wolf and grabbed the wolf. She then rolled onto her back, placed her foot on the wolfs stomach, and launched the wolf into the air, throwing it towards the other living wolf.

The third wolf was no longer moving now. I defeated it with just the dagger. I was expecting to see a pool of blood surrounding the wolf, but remembering that this is a virtual realm, there was none there. 'They' did this to prevent anyone from passing out or whatever happens to people who see loads of blood.

"Hey Zanthos," I looked up at Meiko, who was now walking towards me, "I think the wolves are mad at us." I turned around towards the two remaining wolves. They were slowing stepping towards us. "It looks like the real battle starts now eh?" Meiko stopped right next to me and cracked a grin, tightening her grasp on the daggers in her hands.

"This is where the fun begins." I said determined. I unsheathed my left sword and moved into stance. I now held both swords. This is one time I grew with vigor and was ready to fight. "Alright!! Here we go!!" I shouted as I dashed towards the first wolf.

The battle ensued. The first wolf charged at me, barking wildly. Within five feet the wolf jumped towards me baring his fangs once again. It was within range of just a foot when I dropped to the ground on my back with my swords across my chest. At the second he was right above me, I proceeded to raise my swords up to damage him. With complete success, the left sword created a long, but not so deep gash across his underbelly. The wolf yelped loudly as it crashed into the ground. I jumped back up quickly to finish the wolf off, but he jumped back in time before I could strike him. The wolves always have quick agility when you least expect.

Meiko was fighting very well. She was using very strategic maneuvers to fend off the wolf. I was almost dazed by how she was fighting. She swung her dagger at the wolf, aiming for his eyes. The wolf barely dodged this and took one large jump back. Meiko looked back and her right eye glinted. I know what she is going to do.

Hiya from another place
Right now I am posting his from another location. I am at one of my aunts house at the moment. She is helping me get everything ready for when I leave Saturday for college. And I will still try to post when I get there too. Im going to put up my next few pages to my story, or at least he first fight that occurs. And to point out ahead of time, they are in a Virtual Realm. And no live animals were thought of being killed while writing this. I love animals and would never kill one ruthlessly. I have added very long descriptions of Zano's gear. Its a bit rough though, as I decided to do it now. Enough of my babling though, on to the story^^

Light. My sight was blinded by light. Something seems to have changed in the system, my body felt it that is, but Im not sure what it was. Light became dark as starts filled the night sky, the luminous moon joined in. Trees lined the starlit path as it came into view. Wolves were howling as the serene wind blew gently. The set of clothes I am wearing now are the ones Im always wearing when entering this game. The shoes I were wearing were espcially made for combat and gave me the flexibility I needed to fight. The pants I wore were made of a very strong material, but it was so light that if felt like feathers. I had on a white undershirt and that was covered by a very durable, yet light jacket that provided the defense of a set of Heavy Metal armor. My weapons choice were resting in the scabbards on my back, twin blades.

"So this is what this world looks like." a voice said from behind me. It was Meiko.

I turned around and nodded, "Yes. The wind feels quite realistic doesn't it?" She smiled and nodded, "Looks like you fit in the Assassin type category Meiko"

She pulled her twin daggers from their scabbards on each side. She held them both like swords. She then tossed each dagger in the air and caught them in reverse way she held them. "It seems so," she grinned "I think I will be able to fight comfortably with these."

"Same here." I said with confidence, "I've been training with twin blades for about eight years now. Although I hate fighting, I still keep in mind that knowing how to defend yourself will come in handy."

A howl was heard off in the distance. Meiko said with a battle-ready grin, "Looks like now is the time, eh Zanthos?"

Another wolf howled. This time, it was followed by a few more howls. My grip on the twinblades tightened. I though, tonight is the night that I will win. I will match my brother in equal power.

A minute passed. Another set of howls were heard, but much closer. "Sounds like they are hungry." I said shaking lightly. Whenever a battle would occur, I would get a chill in my spine. It was not a chill of fright, but of excitment. It was a feeling that was telling me to fight with all I got and never stop. It was like another side of me talking.

This time, the howls came from the left, where trees blocked all sight of the oncoming enemy. "They are coming from the trees," I said. My heart was pounding. I can hear their footsteps now, as well as them rustling through the bushes. "Are you ready Mei- " I was cut off by the a large howl. Out of the bushes jumps the wolf, it's large fangs aiming for my head. In one swift movement, I stepped aside and hit him with the hilt of my left sword, aiming for his side. The wolf fell to the ground and jumped back away from me, bearing his vicious teeth. I turned around to see Meiko fending off the second wolf. Where was the third one? It must be hiding in the bushes, waiting for us to drop our guard. Or was it hiding in the trees?

I sensed it. The wolf is hiding in the trees, and was about to lainch itself on top of Meiko. It would be any second now. It was too late for me to reach her to defend. What do I do now?

A new look
Haha, no story again today, mainly because Ill be busy for the rest of today. But I just recently dyed my hair black a few days ago and along with that, I felt like changing my site. Maes Hughes is my favorite character in FMA. Although he isnt exactly an alchemist, his personality almost fits mine, and he pwns all with his knife throwing skills. Heheh, I could say Im skilled in the way of doing the same, but not as good as he is. Changed my music list a bit too for the heck of it. Death Note still tops my list as being my favorite anime, but I felt like going for a change

Oh well, thats all I got for now. I will try to visit everyones sites when Im not busy. So anyways, I shall see everyone around. Matane^^

Breakie
Today I take a break from typing my story. If I didnt type as much yesterday, I would of done more today. But I might start on the next chapter tomorrow, I havent decided on it yet.

I thank everyone who read my story so far. It helps^^ I might be changing the background on my site soon, Im not sure on that either. It depends.

Otherwise, Im out of words^^ So I'll leave it at that. For those who werent able to read the story yet, read my last three posts. Anyways, I shall catch you all at some other time^^ Matane

nice and quick
Did I ever mention that Im a god-father now? I forgot if I did. My friend and his gf had a child a month and a half ago, and he wanted me to be the god-father of the baby. It is a cute child, but I still dont see where having babies at such a young will do for you in the future. Pardon my harsh opinion there, but its just that Ive seen a lot of my friends quit school and give up on life, then have a child. I dont hate anyone at all, but it just hurts to see my friends quit like that. But I am very glad that my friend wanted to me to be the god-father. Heheh, god-father Zano..... Has a nice ring to it. Ill get on to my story now, but these next few pages will be in rough draft form, so there may still be typos in it.

We finally arrived at the section where the Virtual Adventure Simulation was at. The whole system was big. Two people can play at a time. There were two large pods in which each person would enter, and to sit down. As the two people would sit down, a special headgear/helm was electronically placed on your head. It then scanned your brain and its thought patterns, as well as neural waves. It took about one minute for this process, then you would enter the game.

There was a person standing in front of the pods. He was holding a microphone, talking to the crowd through it. He was pointing at the large screen above the pods, showing how the two people were fighting against the giant dino-bird.((a feathered dinosaur with wings and a sharp beak not a pterodactyl, no name for it yet)) This giant creature was flying down at the person kneeling on the ground while the other person was lying on the ground KO'd. The person with the mic then said, "The first person is down for the count!!" I finally recognized him as I gained a clearere view of him. It was my friend Marix Xzyavar. I remembered we first met when he was falsly accused of theft & murder and I turned in the true murderer. Meiko and I moved through to the front crowd. Marix caught sight of me nodded at me.

"Hey, the giant creature grabbed the other guy!!" One person in the crowd abruptly shouted. Marix turned around and watched as the creature flew to great heights in the sky, still holding the man. As the creature flew higher and higher, the man tried to break free, but was unable to, especially without his weapon.

I whispered to Meiko, "Heheh, this is quite the end for them."

Meiko let out a chuckle, "Yes, quite painful." At that second, the giant creature let go of the man he was holding. The giant bird was now preparing his ultimate attack. For a few seconds the bird let the man fall, staring at the of his demise. Then the bird flew at the man with incredible speed, its sharp beak pointed at him. Within what seemed like 200 feet off the ground, the giant creature's beak slightly penetrated the man's back and picked up even more speed. Within at least 20 feet from the ground, the man shouted for a short second and then him and the giant creature crashed into the ground.

I stared at the screen in amazement. Never did I see the giant bird pull off such a magnificent maneuver. I was secretly applauding for this Artificial creature. The dust & debris still filled the screen as the creature flew back into the sky. I watched as it screeched triumphantly over the battlefield. Before the dust fully cleared, the giant screen went blank, and the two pods opened. The two young men came out of the pods. They looked quite dissapointed at themselves, as well as embarrassed. Although they lost, many people started cheering for them. There was a round of applause for them and they were carried off by the crowd. There were only a few stragglers around the game.

Marix placed the mic on it's stand, then turned around to look at us. He then said excitedly, "Zanthos Octavian!! Its great to see you again good friend!"

I smiled as we shook hands, "And the same to you Marix"

Marix turned towards Meiko, "Who's your friend?"

I replied, "This is Meiko Kasagirii."

She smiled and shook hands with Marix "Its nice to meet you Marix."

Marix replied, "And you too Meiko"

I then mentioned curiously, "So what is the prize tonight?"

Marix then grinned, "So you havent heard yet?"

"No, is it big?"

Marix let out a short laugh, "You'll be suprised."

"Really? it must be alot." I was expecting at the most 10 thousand. Since prices among many things grew, so did the prizes.

Marix's smile widened. "Ready?" He delayed for suspense, "It is a whopping 500,000!!"

My eyes widened in suprise, I replied calmly, trying to contain my own excitement, " Wow, are you serious?!"

"Yes. 'They' decided to bring in all the game money for the winners. 'They' thought it would motivate someone to win."

"Well, either way tonight, Meiko and I are going to win!" I paused for a moment at looked towards Meiko" Are you ready Meiko?" She nodded with determination.

Marix said with his usual tone, "Alrighty then step up!" The pods were already opened, so I started walking towards it. I took one last look at Meiko before I stepped inside the pod. It was somewhat darkened inside and the pod door had darkened glass on it also, to prevent anyone from disturbing you. It was also sound proof to prevent the players from being distracted in the middle of the game. Before the door closed, I sat down in the seat and watched as people started gathering around again.

One person recognized me, pointed and said, "Hey, thats the guy who almost one before! Its Zanthos!"

Marix arrived next to the pod I was sitting in. He looked in to see if I was properly seated and ready. I nodded and he closed the pod door by pressing the button located right outside of it. Within a few seconds, the special headgear/helm slowly lowered itself to rest on the top of my head. What it does is its scans your brain to configure a mental image of yourself within the game, as well as determine your fighting style and which weapons you would use. Then your full body is scanned by a large ring that moves from top to bottom, then back up. This is to determine if the nevous system will be able to function properly while in the game. This process too about a minute to do. This is the 3rd time I will be attempting to win at this game. My first time was with my brother Laravent, in which that time I was KO'd halfway through the game. I was much younger then. The second time was with Tino, in which we came to meet the final boss, but was defeated quite easily. And now...... with Meiko. For those next few short moments, I was thinking how well Meiko will do in this system.

Those last few moments passed quick. The helm that was resting on my head activated its game program, sending a signal to my nervous system to close my eyes. Without my own consent, my eyes closed and the rest of my body muscles relaxed. It felt as if I was flowing through a stream, in which my mind was connecting to the game. I was ready to win now. But, little did I know, that my adventure into this game tonight would have a great impact on what happens to me soon.

Wow, Im suprised, I just wrote my last five pages, instead of the two I promised. It was as if I enjoyed typing that in, my hands wouldnt stop^^ Oh well, I hope all enjoy, as for now Im tired and my hands are too. Matane^^

Ikuze!!!
Means "Let's Go!!" I dont have much of my story to post today, just another short page. Thats right, Ive been posting my story one or two pages at a time. Tomorrow I will try to post two pages and two more the following to day to finish up my first chapter. Here it is:

The gaming center is 6 floors above us. We were on the 58th floor. Todays advanced technology allows us to instantly transport to the floor we need to go to in this building. They have put so much money into building this place. As we exited the elevator, we were greated by an explosion of voices. As always, the place was busy. Thankfully, the Virtual Adventure Simulation was not far away.

Although I could feintly hear Meiko, she said "So have you played this game before Zanthos?"

I shouted so she could hear, "Yes, but I've never fully accomplished the game. Tino and I have come real close, but never came through."

"Let me guess, the final boss?" she said in a sure tone.

"Yes. Tino and I make a great team, but we can never pinpoint the bosses weakness. We don't know because it either changes all the time or nobody has discovered it yet."

"That's why no one has defeated 'it' yet."
"Mostly. ANd then there is the person's ability of mental control."
"That's right. If your not able to control your thoughts right, then you won't get far."

I was suprised to see that Meiko knew so much about the system. Just maybe Meiko and I could win tonight.....
