as for one day
you guys see the rain in this video, that is so my apartment right now.

it's 2:38am and apparently someone in the apartment above us has flooded something...very, very badly. VERY BADLY.
cause water is like slighty but really actually bursting through the walls and ceiling.

i didn't even notice because my room is like totally fine but my mother totally woke up like "oh my god" "brandon help me" i get out of bed directly after i have been thinking it's a serious problem and it's just a little water. well not a little water but you get what i'm saying.

so she isn't really my favorite person right now cause she really didn't have to break my sleep after a week of school so i can watch our apartment or more accurately her room flood.
and then she sit's there and watches and listens to it flooding and just complains, in an effort to tune her out i turn on music.

she didn't particularly mind but asked why i didn't get a mop ready.
i'm like if the water is coming out at a constant then mopping it up right now isn't going to help anyone at all, it's just going to have you sweaty and mad in chicago weather.
but she tried anyway and the proclaimed "this ain't helping" i'm like yeah i said that four songs ago.

so she's getting ready for work because she was going to stay home and clean up but i don't want to have to listen to her complain all day about something thats not that serious so i mad her go to work.
maybe i am a little to calm or apathetic but in situations like these one needs to remain calm ya know.

i called maintenance they found the problem and are working to fix it now and she's still complaining a little but whatever she'll be fine later.
also it is really, really hot in chicago.

EDIT: everything is better now with the apartment i still don't know the whole story but it didn't get all hot and icky in here even though i do think i have a fever now.
also me and two friends went back to wrigley today. and i gots pics.
