   Stuff continued from yesterday
One year later, after defeating the copy of X, Zero is still fighting Neo Arcadia. Fight after fight however has made things lose meaning. Fighting doesn't matter to him anymore. He realizes that his true purpose is alongside Ciel and the Resistance. Already worn out and damaged badly, he got into a bad situation and used up the last of what energy he had left. Due to exhaustion, he collapsed...

Zero in Megaman Zero (for gba)
More than 100 years have passed since the seemingly endless battle against the Mavericks, and much has changed. The Maverick Hunters have finally managed to wipe the Earth clean of all Mavericks, and peace had begun to form between the Reploids and Humans, it seemed that the machines and humans could now live together in harmony. Maverick Hunters X and Zero, exhausted from working tirelessly against the Mavericks, have settled down and begun to enjoy the peace. Zero, worried of the threat of the original Maverick Virus contained in his body, planted there by his creator Dr. Wily, sealed himself inside a capsule where he would sleep for 100 years, enough time for his body to extract the virus and rid himself of the threat forever. Untouched for over a century, a human scientist known as Ciel hastily finds Zero and releases him form hibernation. 100 years of sleep has changed Zero's body drastically, but the virus had left him while his mind remained intact. Slightly dizzy from the hasty wake-up call, Zero quickly discovers that a new evil threat has arisen, a huge army known as Neo Arcadia has taken control of the major governments of the world and is ruling over everything with an iron fist, while hunting down reploids they deem to be "Maverick." Zero quickly joins up with the Resistance fighters, a group of Reploids fighting for world peace and the freedom of all Reploids. Zero has no idea where X is, or what may have become of him since their last battles together, neither can he contact or find Alia, Signas or Douglas, so Zero must trust Ciel, but little does Zero know that the identity of Neo Arcadia's leader may be very close to him, but either way, Zero must now fight for the freedom of Reploids and humans, against this corrupt army and for the salvation of the world. Along the way, Zero encounters X's spirit, which helps him on a few occasions (gives Zero his saber). After defeating the fake X,and his 4 guardians (3 of which still live), X's spirit tells Zero to keep up the fight, and that he does not wish to come back for awhile. Zero respects X's choice, and decides to fight on his own, away from the Resistance.

Heyas!
Ok, another post. Let's today....today was somewhat interesting. A lot of crazy shit went on, that's all I'll say, lol. Anyways, I'm gonna post some stuff about Zero. Basically, his history spanning through the X games to his very own.

--Zero Project--

In the 20XX the original Megaman battles against Dr. Wily who wants to rule the world Wily loses to Megaman time and time again. In an effort to defeat Megaman, Wily decided to study Megaman's design to create a silimar robot capable of matching his power. Wily then created a new type of energy called "Bassnium" purely by accident. The robot that Wily created with this was "Bass". Even with his great power, Bass failed to defeat Megaman. Learning from the accidental creation of Bass, Wily then began a project to create the strongest robot in the world. This project was the creation of Zero. To ensure that the robot he was spending many years on would turn out to be successful he planned to combine it with the Zero Virus. The actual time it took to finish the project are currently unknown, but it was finished by the time that Dr. Lights last creation, "X", was found and awaken. When Zero was discovered he proved too much for those who encountered him. Due to a malfunction Sigma was able to defeat Zero. While infected with the virus Zero's power is greatly enhanced, his personally changes, he gives off the same energy readings he normally gives off without it, and he doesn't give off a Maverick reading! Without the virus Zero is still a very powerful robot with excellent fighting skills. Although it is unclear how, Dr. Wily seems to be controling and watching Zero's fate from behind the scenes, possibly through holograms similar to Dr. Light's if not something else.... Next, the Zero virus.

--Zero Virus--

The first version of the Zero virus to be known was the Sigma Virus which turned Reploids into Mavericks. Although it was the first known, it wasn't the original virus. The virus originated from Zero's DNA, therefore the Zero Virus was the original virus. At the time Sigma fought with Zero, the virus Zero was carrying was transfered to Sigma. Since it caused Zero to malfunction one would assume the virus in Zero at that time was corrupt or incomplete for reasons unknown. Once in Sigma the virus melded with him becoming a permanent part of him. The Zero Virus was first introduced in Megaman X5 when Sigma combined the Sigma Virus with the Colony Virus he had Dynamo set up. The act of combining another virus to his own to make the Zero Virus suggests the above was true and that the virus Sigma got was the incomplete Zero Virus. Sigma produced the Zero Virus on as massive a scale as he could to get a large amount of the Zero Virus to infect Zero and restore him to his "true self". In Megaman X6 a new Virus was introduced, this was the "Nightmare". The Nightmare was an artificial virus which is carried by "Nightmares" that Gate created. The purpose of the Nightmare was to control the reploids that it infected. It rewrote the infected Reploid's DNA and AI programs, and sometimes killed them. The Nightmare also was capable of surviving even if the infected reploid died. The Nightmare, was created from Zero's DNA, and is either an exact copy of the Zero Virus, but renamed, or is a slightly different version of it like the Sigma Virus was. This therefore explains how the Zero and Sigma Viruses worked. For example, when Sigma's body is destroyed he lives on because his true form is the Sigma Virus, also he is able to control the reploids that he infects(turns into Mavericks) and uses them for his purposes.
