Band/song of the week : ???
Another week, another band/song of the week.

Gah! Such a hard choice this week.

On the one hand, we have the legendary band HIM, with a great new song the Kiss of Dawn. HIM, as some may know, is Bam Magera's favourite band, giving them bonus points.

On the other hand, we have Serj Tankian, with his song empty walls. Serj is the leader signer of the band System of a Down, which is currently in hiatus. So, he's recently begun his own solo carrer.

HIM, or Serj....

In the end, i couldn't decide.

SO WE'LL HAVE BOTH NOW!

HIM's the band of the week, whilst Serj's song, empty walls, is the song of the week.

College
So, yeah. I started College a week ago.

Doing Year 1 of a 2 year course. Subject is BTEC National Diploma ICT.

For those of you confused by the big words, which includes me 0_o, it's just a course in using computers, and how they're used in businesses and stuff like that. Equivalent to 3 A levels. So i can use it for either employment or University. Assuming i pass >_<

Works pretty easy, but it's the beginning of the year, so it's going to get tougher. Crap.

Band/song of the week : Apocalyptica
Yeah. Something i'm doing. My favourite band of the week, or a particular song.

This week is the Finnish band Apocalyptica, with i'm not Jesus.

Thing about this band is they use no guitars, only cellos and drums, and a guest singer. For this song, they have Cordey Talor, Best known as the lead singer of slipknot and stone sour.

And in other news
Good lord, i feel emoey.

Anyway, two things!

1. All UK otakuites, with sky digital, this is for you mainly! There's a channel devoted to pure anime now! Channel 199, called anime central. Shows include Full metal alchemist, bleach, ghost in the shell SAC, transformer headmasters (the old school one, blocky), and vision of escaflowne (or something like that). Shows start at 9pm though. Blergh.

2. Disaster has struck! My PC has crashed! Again! -_-

I'm currently using a laptop until it gets fixed. Unfortuneatly, i have no proper mouse for the laptop, making evrything difficult, and there's no paint programs. So it'll be a while till i post anything.

Hoping all my pc data will still be saved when it gets fixed, otherwise i've been set back a while.

   Paint Manga
Grrr. Drawing Manga is difficult on paint programs. So weird to do.

Seriously, i've spent an hour, 2 hours on the cover, and i'm no where at all. Not even finished with the first char yet. >_<

Well, i'll be needing to find out what's better soon. Traditional manga colour (IE Black and white) or full colour.

Guess i'll post two versions of the guy in fanart once i'm done, and find out what people think is better out of the two.

Blasted typo demons -_-

And the waist/legs area are now my least fabvourite to draw now. Oh yay.

Well, it's partly finished. By partly, i mean i've drawn one cover character.

   Luck
Man, my luck sucks. I lose at all chance games, and i lose badly in other games due to an unlucky moment mid game usually >_<

my friends have a small joke about my luck. If we were all grouped up, and a tank came flying through the group on two wheels (or one treadmill, whatever), i'd be the only to get hit for some reason.

Unfortuneatly, I had to agree with them. It's just like that. I was the only one out of us lot to break my arm on a ramp we built together ages ago.

Just goes to prove it, yeah?

   Sixth Form
Right then!

For those of you unaware, Sixth form is another form of education for after mandatory Education in the UK.

It's basically like college, except you do it at certain secondary schools that supply it, maybe even the one you went to before going to sixth form.

Anyway, the year ended a while back, but i jsut found out my results a few weeks back for my AS exams. Need to do well to be able to carry on in sixth form and do my A levels, before going to uni.

Anyhoo. I was studying Philosophy and Ethics, Computing, Physics, and General studies. Was doing maths as well, but dropped it due to stress from work.

Alrighty then. This is the grades possible:

That's roughly. And i need 3 Es to have a chance of going back, with 3 Ds and above meaning i'll get to go back for sure.
