   My Weekend
So, Friday afternoon my aunt picked me up around 3:40pm. Jacob and David were happy to see me a screamed their happiness as I got in the car. That's when Varsi mentioned we were going to A store to look for some drums for Jacob, because apparently the ones he had gotten destroyed by a friend.

Four stores later, four: MOMMY! CAN I GET SOMETHING!, four toys/snacks later, Varsi remembered she needed Groceries for dinner. Off we go!

We were going to hit Quality Markets frist, but there happened to be a pet store nearby. Aunt Varsi told me that one of their hermit crabs had recently died and she read that they could get depressed and die if they didn't have another one. In we went to find a 'friend' for their hermit crab and walked out with two. Sitting in the car with the crabs Aunt Varsi decided to go to Aldeis instead because that would be cheaper.

At Aldies I picked up some instant Raman, rice, and clearnced cookies to take back and store at my dorm later. Then helped try to shove all of my aunt's grociers into the car for her. They didn't have a couple things she need at Aldies so we headed for Wal*Mart. There was a sale on soda, so I got some root beer and shopped with Varsi and there were more: MOMMY! I WANT SOMETHING! So then we spent forever looking for something the kids could buy.

Finally done, we headed for Aunt Varsi's house, but had to stop at a store on the way because she had forgotten something. We finally got into her house and finished unloading the car just after 7:30. Varsi made Lazana for dinner and put it in the oven. I was ropped into play 'Star Wars' which translated to: Take this toy gun and shoot at us!

Eventually the game settled down and we watched some TV. Some old TV that I got all nost...er... well, I never thought I'd see again. We watched Legends of the Hidden Temple, Figure it Out, and GUTS. You could tell the shows were from the early 90s... they were giving away Super Nintendo games as prizes. It made me laugh seeing the old toys and hearing Jacbo and David yelling: OH! I WANT THAT! Made me think of me and my sister sitting around doing the same thing.

We started playing 'Star Wars' again until around 10:30-11:00 when the food was finally done. Jacob would NOT eat the lazana saying it was horrible and yucky, so Varsi made him a sandwhich instead. It was SO good! I want more. Now.

While we were eating, Varsi handed me a Strawberry Daquri whine cooler to drink. Halfway through the meal Jacob asked:

Jacob: What's that taste like?
ZZ: Kinda like strawberries.
Jacob: Can I try some?
ZZ: Uh... um. (Varsi just sat there snickering) No, sorry, it's a big people only drink.
Jacob: But you're not a big person! You don't have a purse like mommy!
ZZ: I have a wallet.
David: I wanna see!

So I got my wallet out and showed them things, my phone cards, credit card, debit card, divers lience, ect...

Jacob: This means you can drive a car right?
ZZ: Yup!
David: Then how come mommy always has to pick you up?
ZZ: Because I don't have my own car.
David: Where's your car?
ZZ: I don't have a car.
Jacob: Then how do you get around?
ZZ: The bus.
David: And mommy!

Hehe, luckily the conversation moved away from wanting to taste whine coolers...

After eating the kids sat down and watched some more TV while playing 'Star Wars' with me. At around midnight we all started to get ready for bed. The kids wanted to watch Star Wars III downstairs, but ended up watching GUTS again and falling asleep. That's when I stole the TV to watch Rahxephon. Varsi was still up and had stolen my CDs and making copies of them for herself. I ended up staying up and watching Monk, only half watching because Varsi was chatting on and on about the concert. I think she's more excited that I am! ^_^

So I went to bed around 2:30-3:00am. Oh... and did I mention my Aunt's house doesn't have any heat? It was FREEZING! I had so many comforters on my and I was still shivering! Luckily the dog decided HE wanted the couch and it didn't matter if I was there first or not. So I had a big black lab laying on my stomach and chest all night, oh, and a cat who decided the pillow was big enough for her and my head.

The kids were up around 5:30am and put Star Wars III in and turned the volume all the way up. So I listened to the nifty lightsaber nosies as I attempted to sleep. Got up eventually and we rushed out the door because we were late to pick up this food package thing my Aunt promised a friend she'd pick up. We got to the pick up place they were delayed so we went to another music store to look at drums. Another: MOMMY CAN I HAVE THIS!? And more: I want my drums now!

They got kazoos, the drums were still too expensive, so off we went. The food was STILL delayed, so we decided to go to the mall but we had to be back by 1 and it was about 11am at the time. Went to the mall, Varsi had to the bathroom, so I went by myself to the book store.

I... was... in... heaven...

SO many mangas! So little money! ^^;; I spent WAY too much money. The only manga I was sad I couldn't find was Crono Crusade 7. It was the one I wanted the most. I'm not even going to LIST the manga I bought I feel so guilty with how much money I wasted.

Met Varsi in FYE. They had a tone of CDs that were rather cheap I would have liked to buy... but I was already hating myself for spending all the money in Waldens to buy anything except for a clearance item which was a VHs of Psycho for 1.99.

While thumbing through the millions of used CDs trying to find a really, really cheap one when Varsi suddenly yelled that we had to go NOW! That we were late to pick up the food. Out to the car we rush! There was more: MOMMY I WANT SOMETHING! And for once! ONCE! My aunt said no and we walked out with two red eyed kids. Not that I wanted them to cry, I was just happy she said no once. They're kinda spolied in my opinion... but I'm not a parent, I really shouldn't judge.

Out we run, get in the car... it's only noon, we still have a good hour, but Aunt Varsi didn't want to go back in after that scene with the kids. So we drove back to get the food anyway. The guy working there said that they were ready now and that the line was a short one. Yeah, like 400 people short. >_< Luckily Varsi spotted a friend of hers and the friend said she'd grab the food for us.

As we headed back Varsi remembered to tell me that they had to get pictures done with Andy's (Her husband) Mom and Dad, so there wasn't going to be room in the car for me.

We got back to her place, we had lunch, and they took off and I spent time alone in the cold, cold, cold, (And did I mention cold?) house. They were only suppose to be gone two hours, tops, about four hours later they returned! Varsi said she was just going to get the kids their dinner and would take me home. A few phone calls, emails, and I'm not sure what else, we were finally ready to go!

Out in the cold, cold, cold, car, but Varsi forgot something inside. Back in she went, then she forgot something else, back in she went, finally we were off!

"Oh wait! I need to get the mail!"

So we stopped and got the mail, finally we were off!

"Oh wait! I need to get karosine for the karosine heaters!"

So back we go to her house. She get the can, to the store! She fills it up, stops and talks to a friend of hers for awhile THEN! finally we're off!

I had 10 dollars I had planned on giving her for gas and such when I got to the campus when she couldn't refuse it (she always refuses money when I try to give it to her) but this time I forgot! I was so angry at myself when I reached into my pocket to get out my card to open the door and felt the money. AUG! I feel like such a jerk now. >_< She could probably really use the money too... I'm thinking about giving mom a call tomorrow and ask for Aunt Varsi's mailing address and just mailing her it.

Well, that was my weekend in a nut shell.
