Crew (rowing)
.... eh.... so tired. ok, better explain. Today, I went to crew (rowing) in hopes of going to the lake to row, because of the beautiful weather and all. So we all got onto the bus and were all having a great time, when suddenly our coach tells us that he forgot the keys to our boat locker in his car, which his wife drove away. So guess what we had to do instead? no? ok, i'll just tell you then. We RAN. yes that's right, we RAN. I am not supposed to run. not because of some health problem or whatever, I just can't run. it's like a mental thing, if i have to run, my brain shuts off and I fall down. Which is why I chose crew (rowing) in the first place. Because I figured that we wouldn't do much running. (due to the fact of us being on the water, which is no place to run unless you're Jesus) But no matter how much I complained that my body was made for other things than running, like sitting or sleeping, or eating. So we ran. It actually wasn't that bad! But, i learned today that there is actually something worse than running! I know, it's suprising. It's called Step Aerobics and it was invented by bored coaches whose only joy in life is to torture and tire out the poor children in there care. I know it might sound wimpy, but climbing a whole bunch of stairs doesn't seem that hard... until you realize that each step is 2 feet high.. Then we had to HOP up the steps. Yes, HOP. I think they were trying to honor the Easter Bunny with that exercise. He must be really fit though, cause hopping is harder than it looks. Especially if you hop up and down 2 feet stairs. And I'm one of those physically weak people who can only do a little before becoming soaked with sweat and all red. I was flooding sweat at the end and hotter than a blue dwarf star. Well then the hard part was over and we had to do situps and such. Except for the lower-ab crunches, everything was pretty much ok then. And then I went over to the dining hall to eat. Never go eat at the boy's dining hall. THey have the worst food!
I ended up eating corn. CORN! That was the only food that i could identify! uh... well that was a tiring day. I should work on my homework. Procrastination can be bad sometimes. Talk to you later!
