   Another Monday. *sigh* Spent pretty much my entire day off yesterday bagging up stupid leaves. Ah well, at least its done.

Funny story... The neighbors have this psychotic cat that likes to tease my dog. It was in our yard yesterday morning and my dad decided to let the dog out and see what would happen. The dog dove through the railing like Super-Dog, the cat did a ten foot vertical jump into a tree, dog barked, cat hissed, dad laughed. Anyways this cat really is nuts. As I'm out front tossig pine cones into the bag, the damn cat charges me and attacks my arm! AAahhhh! Smacks me around a little and then runs off. I curse at it and go back to work only to have it happen again two minutes later! So I've got a few claw marks up my arm. Meanwhile the dog is in the backyard trying to dig a hole under the fence so he can get out and eat the cat. Heheheh...

Anyways, I've said in the past that Trigun is where it's at, but since then, I have been watching Hellsing. THAT'S where it's at! It's the kind of bloody, gory anime we all know and love! Vampires, large guns, a reasonable ammount of swearing, and a superb soundtrack. Nice!

The set I borrowed from my friend is an evil bootleg copy, (did you guys check out my article, by the way? That's what it's about) so I went and ordered myself a legit copy along with an NGE box set. Tuition is paid off for the year, so I have some extra cash to spare... Catch you guys later!!

   Aaannd.. Late night postiness!
War Update: After, um, virtually NO negotiations, Sita and I are pleased to claim our victory! We have heard nothing from our opponents in three days time, therefore we proclaim that they are defeated. *cracks bottle of champagne* Here's a picture of our victory party, Canuck style...

Anywho... Oddities of the day include:
#1. At work, a random lady says to me today, "You're looking a little pale today hun. Are you feeling okay?" I've never seen this woman before in my life. I had nothing to say to that, really. I mean, what DO you say to something like that? "thanks, I'll get that checked out" or "yeah, I did my makeup differently today" or "that's because I've been sitting at the computer for three days straight..."
#2. Set of parents brings their two year old into the store. He screams. not because he wants something, not because it's nap time, just for fun and entertainment. For half... a freaking... hour! *twitch* I was ready to just go shove a lollipop in his mouth or something just to get him to shut up! Honestly, if your kid is pissing off that many people at once, you take him home and let him scream there! Der!

Yeah, I never want kids. I think I would be a terrible parent. I'll just let my sister handle all that and I'll be the cool auntie. I'll spoil 'em rotten and then when they cry and poop their pants, I can be like, "oookay, and here's your kid back! Bye bye now!"

Yes. Bye bye now...

   Wow... Early morning postiness...
Well, doing all that writing last night sure made me feel better. After my last post-age, I had a superb flash of inspiration (and when one of those hits, I can't ignore it!) and I sat down and cranked out a 1200 word article and submitted it. I'm pretty proud of it. Should be up in a couple of days, unless the mods find it to be a big ol' pile of crap. We'll see how it's recieved.
(EDIT: Not 6 hours later than when I first posted, and it's already up! That was friggin' FAST!)

It's almost 10:30 in the morning and that means I'm officially not going to Linguistics class. *shifty eyes* It's the last day too, but I don't think I really give a damn. I can learn this stuff on my own and, with the exception of the syntax chapter, get a decent grade on the final. (I slacked on the syntax section and pretty much bombed the test. Stuff happened and I couldn't concentrate on that anyways. Heheh..)

Yasha, you're right about the art thing. I'm just being an idiot and I think I'll post my most recent drawing. You've already seen it, but, meh.

   Homina homina.... Hibbitty hibbitty...
I'm having trouble talking today. But then I normally do. That's just one more thing on my 'to do' list, learn to talk without messing up the words... *sigh* My tongue gets tied and I can't think on the spot and just a bunch of random nonsense comes out of my mouth. I hate it. It seems to work better when I write. I can produce coherent sentences and manage to (hopefully) sound semi-intelligent. So, anywho..

Had a union type meeting with a coule of co-workers. I'm not supposed to be talking about this crap, supposed to be kept confidential, but meh, who're you guys gonna tell. We're just kinda frustrated with this one guy, and we tried to set him straight today. The big mistake was asking ME to start this discussion. Yeah, like I said, I screwed the words all up, right off the bat. I was pretty scared that he was going to take it the wrong way and be really mad at me. My stomach was in knots this morning. Owww... I think everything will be okay though. Hopefully he's not mad, or wont stay mad long.

That's something else that scares me. I don't like it when people are mad at me, or act like they are, even if they're not. Even if it's some random person who has decided that I'm a bitch for whatever reason. Ouch, my feelings! I try not to be a bitch, but I'm sorry if I come off that way! Um, yeah... I really don't know where all this crap is coming from today. I guess I just needed to get it all out of me. (I managed to do it without dropping any 'F-bombs' though! When I can't control my vocabulary when I'm writing, that's when you know I'm really POed!) Thanks for listening guys. Now then, if I've managed to depress you all any...

   Ah, Sunday again... Spend an hour or so down at the theatre watching the craziness of the Dance competition that's going on this weekend. My sister did a contemporary solo. T'was cool. She totally kicked those other girls' butts! Heheh! Way to go Muffin!!

So anyways, I've got this great vest that I love a lot. (It's so old, but I'll never throw it out!)Anyhow, it has a zippered pocket on the butt. When I got down to the theatre, I put my keys in the butt pocket so I wouldn't lose them. So there I am walking around and every now and again, I have to spin around and look behind me. Because someone keeps smackin' me on the butt! Except there's just no one there! What the hell?! I finally figured out that it was my keys in the butt pocket moving around when I walk. Yeah, I felt like a moron. Heheh!

I'm almost halfway through this cursed paper. I gave up on the topic about my atheist professor having a tiff with his God. Apparantly, the answer involves Fideism and I don't know what that is. I slacked off that day. So now I'm writing about theistic and atheistic worldviews. Seems a little easier. I like easy.

Mini War Update:
We have called a temporary cease fire and will be entering negotiations as soon as Heero77 gives the word. Now, as Kronk would say... Begone...or however I get rid of you guys... ^_^

   So, I've been thinking...(yeah, it happens sometimes) How CAN he use a thermal energy weapon underwater?!
I was supposed to be writing this evil paper last night, and I should be working on it now, but I got distracted by something shiny (or maybe liquid. heheh..). And ended up being up until about 4am. Did a couple of things I probably shouldn't have, creeped a couple of people out, including the sister's boyfriend. Ehhhhh... I make an ass of myself on a continuous basis... *sigh* Anyways, I said what I said. That'll learn me. Or probably not.

I'll be spending most of the weekend writing... no, scratch that.. BS-ing my way through another paper. I have actually been doing my reading so I might have something to say about something! Go figure! No more skipping class! I promise! Bombed my last Linguistics test. Well, passed, but just barely. Now I must so, totally rock the final in order to have a decent grade. Wahh! It was supposed to be a BS course!

Hmmm... That was random... Have a wonderful weekend everyone. As you are all partying it up, the war will continue. The boys don't want to fight fair, and that's not very nice. Terrorists I say!!

More Collective Soul. *sigh* My favourite! I'm not sad at all today, although maybe I should be. I was up late last night finishing this ridiculous assignment for my Linguistics class. 3am and there I am, drawing phrase structure trees like mad! Managed to finish, although they're full of mistakes, (Wah!) but I just don't give a damn anymore. Three more days, a test and two papers (after writing those my brain will be a big ol' pile of mush) and I'm through with this school business! *Napoleon Dynamite voice* Yessss.

So I've been kinda thinking about changing my avi. I like this one a lot, but... Maybe one of these would be good for a bit.

I made these all myself and I'm pretty proud of 'em! Boo yah! (*smack* I did it again!) Or maybe I should go back to my original (which I did NOT make). Can't go wrong with a classic, eh?
