   Nobody Ever Reads the Manual!
Boo yah! I finished that damn paper and handed it the hell in! Special thanks to Mamma Vash for reminding me to think about free will, and to Raven8763 for a great analogy (Haha! God the office lackey, yeah...) So now there's time for some fun! I think I shall start some new art now that the last one has been posted, and go shopping, get my pictures developed. I got an entire roll from my staff party on the weekend. I'm getting antsy to see what's on there. I lost track of the camera a few times during the night. Hopefully nothing that will scar me for life! And I should probably clean up my house. Not fun but I'm sure there's probably some wierd stuff growing in the fridge...

   Fish heads, fish heads, eat them up, Yum!


Oy! I am so ready for some hardcore sleeping (if sleeping can possibly be hardcore) This dumb paper has drained all my brain power and I can't and don't want to think about it anymore! But I'm almost done... Hey, maybe you guys can help! It's about what would happen if we were to drop some of the 'infinities'(like all seeing, all knowing, all good...) of God in order to get rid of contradictions.

What kind of God would you guys prefer to have, one that is all perfect and all powerful or one that may have a 'flaw' (for lack of a better term)? I don't think God needs to be 100% perfect, He just neds to be better than ME! It's another touchy subject, I know, but I'm always interested to hear what others have to say about stuff like this! Danke, Merci, Arigatou and Gracias in advance! I've also finished my Sano drawing! Yeah!

   Holy randomness in the subject box, Batman!
I am glad I went to the staff party the other night. Not like I could have avoided it, I am the president of the Social Commitee! It was a good time and there is SO MUCH cake left over! *doles out cake left and right* Have some guys! Black Forest!

After another two hours of work on this ridiculous paper, I now have two paragraphs. Yay me! I feel like I'm being held prisonner! AAAhhh!

I think I'll take another break (I'm not putting it off, I swear!) and work on some art. Sanosuke in profile... S'coming along fairly well. I'm almost ready to try coloring 'em! anyways, off I go... Happy weekend everybody! Party lots but don't do it without me!

Holy Hanna!
Well, I got pretty much nowhere with that paper yesterday. One paragraph in four hours. How's that? Pretty crappy...I know... It's hard. On the plus, I'm feling better thanks to some good advice and jokes from my buddies! Thanks guys!

In about an hour I'll be off for a staff party that I'm not sure I'm looking forward to. I'll probably have a wicked time once i get there though. I've got about 250$ worth of alcohol stored in my truck right now. Open bar is not always a good idea people. Booze is kind of expensive!

So anyways, I'll sign off. Be good this weekend everyone, because I can't be there to keep an eye on you! If you're bad, Kenshin will kick your ass!!

Sorry...
Well, I usually try to keep the mood around here pretty light, because I can't stand to see other people upset, and if I can make them at least smile, all the better. But today, I'm feeling a little down... I think it might be because of this essay I'm trying to write. I'm getting frustrated, and I can't put into words what I want to say in it. That's kind of a first for me. I usually have a fairly easy time writing things down but I can never SAY exactly what I mean without screwing the words all up.

And now, I feel slightly worse because I'm remembering a time when I said some really dumb things and lost a shot at being with someone I truly cared for. I suck. I think I might go back to bed for a while...or maybe go get some pie...

   Children are evil!
So this lady comes into the store today with her kid. He's like, two, cries because he wants a balloon. I got no problem giving a kid a balloon if it's going to make him happy, so I tie it to his little hand and he screams more! What!? Turns out he wants to hold the actual ballon, not the string but he can't reach it 'cause it's tied to his hand for gods sake! So I cut the string real short so he can hold the balloon, not the string, and what does he do? He starts chomping on it! It didn't pop thankfully, but just you wait! One day...

And why do people always think I should be responsible for looking after their children?! No stinkin' way! Another little kid, just being curious, parks himself right in front of the automatic doors. Guess what happens next? Yeah, he got schmucked! Screamed. His mom had the nerve to give ME a dirty look. I just smiled and said "have a good day!" Haha!

I don't think I'll ever have children. No, I'll let my sister do all that and I'll just be an Auntie. Spoil 'em rotten and then when they cry and poop their pants I can just be like, "okay, here's your kid back!"

Gah!! I really should not be on the computer at all today! I am running out of reading week, and I should be... um, reading! But it is so addictive! I've got Union business to deal with, an assignment for Linguistics, and a paper for Phil of religion. That last one is going to be the kicker. I'll be thinking about nothing but that for at least three days! *sigh* I'm looking forward to the weekend though. If I can get all this crap done before then it'll be the dual party system for me.    I got a dollar, I got a dollar, I got a dollar hey hey hey hey!!
It's about stinkin' time! Mon ami Ralph is finally raising minimum wage in Alberta! That's just one less thing I have to argue for in Union Negotiations! For anyone who dosen't know, (that'd probably be anyone who doesn't live in AB, heheh) Ralph Klein is the AB Premier.

What a goober eh? This is the guy who doesn't exactly support the Kyoto accord, and said "He shoulda shot, shoveled and shut-up!" when a case of BSE (mad cow) was found in Alberta.

Here he is after getting a pie in the face, which he truly deserved in my opinion! (Hey look! He's living the dream!) I kinda want pie now... How's everyone's weekend going so far? Is it a long weekend in the US too?

   So I find myself down in Rio, talking to green M 'n' M's...
and I says to the guy, I says If you go to the prom in a dinosaur suit, people will think you're wierd!

I ever mention I enjoy drunk people? Haha! This lady comes into the store pissed out of her tree, and buys a pack of smokes. She says to me, "I had to buy 'em here, 'cause I couldn't get 'em over there..." (very slurred words...) And I go "Oh? Why is that?" She freaked out and goes, "Don't you question me missy! Don't you ever question me.. you think you're so..." and blah and so forth. As soon as she was out the door, I couldn't contain myself and burst out laughing. So did the other girl that was working.

We get a lot of drunk people, because we're next to a liquor store and a pub. They get booted out of there and then decide to try for the hairspray and the like. Sad but sometimes it's scary though! A guy once took a swing at one of the girls. Missed, thankfully 'cause he was too drunk... When stuff like that happens I have to act all out of character and yell at them...
