   Now it is really Thursday...
Well, thanks for the good advice guys. I went to sleep last night after kind of a crappy, fear-filled day and when I woke up this, um, afternoon I felt lots better. I slept right through the alarm and of course since I didn't get up until the afternoon means I missed my Linguistics class...again... Meh. I'm pretty on top of things, so it's okay. Say, whatever happened to the 'random member' button? I loved that thing!

   It's actually still Wednesday night...
I'm going to be a little pouty throughout the course of this post. You have been warned. Up at 7am, did some junk around the house, got picked up by my friend/co-worker at 8:30am: Drove North for two and a half hours. Got to Calgary, nearly got lost, then got unlost. 11:30am: Had lunch with our Union Reps, drove to company head office. Waited for the crazy head office lady to get there. 1:00pm: started talking about proposals to our union agreement. 3:00pm: 5 minute coffee break, 3:05pm: talked more, 6:00pm: argued for a change, 8:30pm: finally finished talking (for today), went for dinner. 9:30pm: left Calgary, drove through soupy, thick fog for three hours, 11:30pm: got home and can look forward to at least two more days like this...Oh well. At least we didn't get into a wreck on the way home!

   Hard work...
Whew! After a long day of debating the existence of all humanity, I just want to kick back... I got up today planning on going to all, uh, two of my classes, but decided that since my linguistics homework was ridiculously easy, I could skip that. (again) So, I read my phil. of Religion articles, and got totally lost, so I actually went to that class. Guess what. I'm still lost. Then I decided to take my truck to the car wash. (Lots of people I meet are surprised to find out I'm a girl but I drive a truck. Is that so unusual?) Anyways, It was getting to be time to wash off all the bird crap. I park it under a tree, and it's like the birds just KNOW that it's an easy target! I can't go three days without washing it in the summer. Yuk.

Here's a picture of my cute lil' truck! After I smashed it up last year. See the tow truck? It's all fixed now though and it looks so nice, especially when it's not all poopy!

   Haha! That's from Napoleon Dynamite, my new favourite movie. The only reason I thought of it is because I dropped a stupid ham on myself at work today. The good news is it didn't fall on the nasty floor. It was kind of slimy and gross, but it was almost new and worth about thirty bucks, so a nice save was made by me! Wohoo! On the downside, I smell like ham... On the bright side, the dog seems to like me a lot more today!

   BUN FIGHT!!
Oh yeah, that's the stuff... Some days, work just rots, but when the boss isn't there and you get to work with good people, it's fun! I work in a grocery store, by the way. So, what's this about a bun fight you ask? Sometimes a stray bun from the bulk bin will be found hiding in some random place. Of course by the time anyone finds it, it has been there at least three days and has become especially crusty. I was the lucky bun-finder today, so I decided it would be a good idea to huck it at the girls up front. I was aiming for Kim's head. I missed but it was effective anyways. The stupid thing just exploded when it hit the counter! I then ever cleverly concealed myself, leaving them clueless as to where this dumb, crusty bun came from. Mwahahah!! So, work isn't all that bad. You guys ever have fun at work or is it just terrible always?

I'm so relieved! I did contact the site bosses and somebody went and fixed my problem for me! That'll save a lot of time, not to mention my sanity! So, thanks ever so much to Justin (who did the fixing, and warned me not to screw it up again, or else) and to all of my buddies who made valiant attempts! I's shaping up to be a great day, despite the fact that I'm due at work in two hours. And oh yeah, new art! Boo yah! (um, did I just say 'Boo yah'?)

   My eye is twitching... Can you see it?! Can you!!??
Thanks for trying you guys, but I think I might be SOL. Which is really too bad. I love this site, and now that it finally looks decent... *sigh* Oh, one last shot, You all will think I'm kind of a putz but since I can't describe what my problem is (Don't laugh!), I thought I'd show you and see what, if anything is to be done. Ready kids?

Here's a picture of the "edit profile" page. You can see the little bits of my intro thingie in the text box. Notice that there are no other text boxes. Curious, no? It gets better....

It's a little hard to tell in this picture, but you can see some HTMLified bits of my profile (what appears on the left hand side of my poor demented lil' site) Why in hell is the HTML for that in my intro? If there's just no way in hell to fix this problem, I may just leave it as it is and not build a whole new site. I'll never be able to change what's in the intro portion but it'll save me reloading everything! *twitch, twitch...*

   Dammit!
I broke my site! I was just working on it, trying to add my KKJ fanlisting to my into-ish bit and something (I have no idea what) happened and now, I can not edit the rest of my profile! AAHH! It all shows up on the screen because all the HTML is in the intro box space. Every other text box has disappeared and no ammount of reloading will bring it back! It's just...Gone! Anybody have any clue what the hell I did? Do I have to make a new site now?! Bah!

   Quiet day...
I did absolutely nothing productive today! I love it! On a day when I have no school, and no work I love doing nothing. (Hey, philosophizing about the creation and existence of all humanity is really hard!) I messed around with some images, read some smutty fanfiction (yes, the citrus kind, It's terrible I know) and replied to sappy, crappy friendship emails. This one was just too friggin' cute not to pass on, with the little kitties and the puppy... Awwww... I was actually pleasantly surprised that a couple of people I thought I had lost touch with sent it back to me, confirming the fact that we are indeed friends. Those of us with mediocre self esteem need that sometimes! (Heheh...) So that was my day... How're you guys?

   Screw University!
I'm gettin' a degree in Survey Science! Um, yeah, maybe I should still have a backup of some sort... I'll go take cooking at the college or something like that... Or hey, maybe Journalism! I like to write and would love to write fiction for a living, but That hasn't been going so well, but I could do journalism. Sure!
