*stunned* Alright guys, here's yet another reminder not to drink and drive... Earlier this week, a guy here in my city was walking down the street, minding his own damn business, and a drunk driver jumped the curb and hit him. I know that things like this (sadly) happen all the time, but this incident in particular hits closer to home for me, because the guy that got hit is someone that I went to school with since grade four. Super nice guy. I lost touch with him after high school though... Anyways, he survived (thank god), they had to airlift him to a hospital further north. Apparantly he was dragged a little ways by the car, so he's pretty banged up. So that was a real eye opener for me. To just... be more aware of the things going on around you, and more importantly, to be aware of yourself... And keep a lookout for friends, you never know what might happen...

I worry a lot about my friends, and that includes all of you...
