Work sucks. The union meeting this morning was a little more productive than the last one, thank god. So, when I came in later on in the day for work, Assistant Boss tells me that bakery/deli chick is sick and I'm supposed to cover. Alright. I can handle it. Except for it's stinkin' busy and I'm all alone. And like every person is like, *whiny voice* "Ooohh, can I have 300 grams of that meat that you don't have any more of? And can I get it shaved?" *narrows eyes* Can you not see the lineup of ten bloody people behind you?!?! Not many things irritate me more than people who ask for meat shaved. It's just a pain in the ass. So I'm already behind schedule, and I'm in the back doing dishes like a sonofabitch when I hear "ding". That stupid 'ring for service' bell.. I silently freaked out and mouthed some not so nice words and then tore around the corner to see what the lady wanted. Now, here's the kicker. I stepped on a piece of waxed paper. Just one. And I totally biffed it. Yup. On the floor. Super. It's all good though. I'm just going to have a big ol' bruise on my knee...

Anyways, enough complaining. I'm going to crawl into bed with my book. I've been reading "The DaVinci Code" So far it's really awesome! And there's Bible references in it, so it's LIKE doing homework! Honest! But really, it's a gooder. If you haven't read it already, think about picking up a copy. Well.. Until next time, kids...
