I feel so much better. That stupid essay is done, finally. After staying up until 3am Tuesday night, and then getting up at 8 Wenesday morning to finish... It was a hard one.

I had to take a time out from working on it to go to a going away party for one of my coworkers. I guess I HAD to go, since I was the one organizing the whole shebang. We bought her a blue topaz pendant (which I had a helluva time picking out! *pant*). It's so pretty, it's set so that two little gold arms fold over the front of it like it's giving the stone a hug. Awwwwwwwww... So that took up the bulk of my day. Shopping and all..

And Wednesday after class, I picked up a bunch of halloweeny stuff to use as prizes for a pumpkin carving contest! Wohoo! The staff and I carved up ten pumpkins and we're going to let the customers vote on them. So there's a prize for the customer whose ballot I draw, as well as the staffer who gets the most votes. Heheh, won't be me. I'll see about posting a few pictures of em...

I'm gone.
